In order to explore the bioelectric effect of high-voltage extremely short pulse electric fields (esPEFs) on tumor cells, first, based on the finite element platform, a spherical single-cell Multiphysics model was established. Both electroporation and dielectric relaxation of the membrane are considered. The electroporation effects and Maxwell stress tensors on cell and nuclear membranes were analyzed;secondly, taking MDA-MB-231 cells as the research object, combined with fluorescent probe technology, The state change and fluorescence dissipation of its subcellular structure exposed to esPEFs were studied. The results show that high-pressure esPEFs preferentially act inside the cell, causing electroporation effect and tensile stress on the nuclear membrane;it destroys the integrity and order of the cytoskeleton, and damage the subcellular structural functions of the endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria, and nucleus. Enhancement of Soil Discharge Channels on Potential Surrounding Buried Cables Under Impulsive Currents

Substations have a large number of signal transmission cables beneath the *** the insulation safety and signal reliability of the cables are affected severely by the electromagnetic *** high-amplitude impulsive currents,the dispersion of currents can cause soil discharge and thus cause unexpected distortions in an electromagnetic *** paper focuses on the distortions of the electric *** general,soil discharge channels occur in the vicinity of the independent *** development of the channel might enhance the electric field distribution and the potential surrounding the outer insulation of the cables(*** surface potential on the cable).Therefore,this paper establishes a platform for observing the soil discharge channel and measuring the surface *** characteristic of the channel is extracted from the captured image of soil discharge channels and the surface potential is obtained by the measured coupling capacitive current on the shield *** paper also presents an improved model considering a dynamic growing discharge channel for the transient analysis of the grounding *** results show the surface potential increases as the discharge channel approaches the *** quantify this enhancement effect,the ratio of the highest to the lowest value of surface potential in different directions is taken as the multiple of the surface potential *** calculated multiples of the surface potential increase are in the range of 1 to 1.64 times under different conditions by the improved ***,taking the soil discharge channel into account is helpful to accurately analyze the impulsive interference of buried cables.

The phenomenon of transformer failure caused by oil‐sulphur corrosion of oil₋paper insulation system has always been concerned by *** 39 is the most used metal passivator for inhibiting sulphur ***,Irgamet 39 causes abnormal dissolved gas in oil during the process of exerting anti‐corrosion ***,the gas production mechanism of Irgamet 39 and its long‐term corrosion resistance were *** with other metal passivators,the Irgamet 39 produces more dissolved gases in oil,especially H_(2),CO and CO_(2).The main sources of free radicals in the gas production process are from the branched chains of the Irgamet 39 structure(−CH_(2)N(C_(8)H_(17))_(2)and−CH_(3)).Furthermore,the ageing products of insulating paper and oil promote the cleavage of the chain in the Irgamet 39 molecule,which then causes Irgamet 39 to generate more dissolved *** 39 exhibits excellent long‐term corrosion inhibition properties,while it also leads to abnormal gases in the oil,which can affect the interpretation of the dissolved gas analysis data and thus interfere with the *** work provides useful information for the practical application of Irgamet 39 and helps electrical workers make reasonable predictions for transformer problems.

Bimetallic Pt-skin catalyst is a class of near-surface alloy(NSA)that owns a high degree of control over ***,density functional theory(DFT)is used to calculate the energetics of oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)on Pt-skin over Ir,Pd and Au substrates.A Brønsted-Evans-Polanyi(BEP)relationship can be determined for the oxygen molecule *** binding energy of both atomic oxygen and hydroxyl radical is found to correlate well with the d band center of Pt-skin *** catalytic activities show the volcano relationship as the positions of each substrate in the periodic *** effect of surface strain,band structure and charge transfer on the d band center is well studied,and it can be found that the surface strain effect plays a dominant role for all Pt-skin *** substrate makes the d band center of Pt-skin go far away from the Fermi level,while Au substrate makes it move towards the Fermi *** different from both Ir and Au,Pd substrate makes the d band center of Pt-skin comparable with the monometallic Pt.

With the trend of multiple energies or flexible demand in power systems,binary variables appear in systemwide constraints,which are the foundation of marginal pricing currently in *** appropriate pricing method incentivizes compliance of market participants;otherwise,compliance can be incentivized by paying discriminatory uplift payments which jeopardize transparency of *** paper proposes two theorems to examine whether the binary variables brought by multiple energies and flexible demand will impact compliance under marginal *** first theorem shows sufficient conditions with which marginal pricing with fixed binary variables incentivizes compliance,while the second theorem shows sufficient conditions to require uplift *** improve transparency by reducing uplift payments under cases which fall into the second theorem,this paper further proposes a pricing method by combining 1)designed constraints to price binary variables in system-wide constraints,and 2)convex hull pricing to price binary variables in private *** of the proposed theorems and pricing method is verified in an electricity-gas case(consisting of the IEEE 30-bus system and the NGS 10-node system)and the IEEE 118-bus test system.

The large application of renewable energy generation(REG)has increased the risk of cascading failures in the power *** the same time REG also provides the possibility of new approaches for the suppression of such ***,the capacity and position of the synchronous generator(SG)involved in regulation limit the power regu-lation speed(PRS)of REG to the overload line which is the main cause of cascading failures,while the PRS of SG is related to the position and shedding *** and SGs have difficulty in achieving effective cooperation under constraints of system power ***,the dynamic variation of line flow during power regulation causes new problems for the accurate evaluation of line thermal safety under ***,a new strategy for quan-titatively coordinating shedding power and power regulation to block cascading failures in the dynamic security domain is proposed in this *** control capability and dynamic security domain of the overload line are mod-eled,and the coordination control method based on power regulation is then proposed to minimize shedding *** algorithm for the optimal control scheme considers the constraints of load capacity,power source capacity and bus *** correctness of the proposed method is verified using case studies.

In recent years, arcing faults inside large oil-immersed power transformers have been frequent. Suspended bubbles, as the main product of high temperature, high humidity, material aging and cracking gas production inside transformers, are one of the main causes of arcing inside transformers. However, due to the complex structure of the oil channel and the large fluctuation of the internal flow field distribution, the resulting bubble morphology evolution and movement law is not clear. In this paper, the influence of the initial position of bubbles and the relative position between bubbles on the flow field distribution is fully considered, and the dynamic behavior of suspended bubbles in oil under two fluid forms of natural oil circulation and forced oil circulation is simulated and studied by combining laminar and turbulent flow models and bubble force control equations, and the correlation mechanism between suspended bubbles and flow field distribution characteristics is analyzed. The simulation results show that the flow field in the laminar state affects the bubble aggregation and trajectory, while the turbulent state affects the bubble distortion and motion time, and a reasonable model in the simulation of bubble dynamic behavior is more beneficial to improve the simulation accuracy. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. In generator design field,waveform total harmonic distortion(THD)and telephone harmonic factor(THF)are parameters commonly used to measure the impact of generator no-load voltage harmonics on the power communication *** hydrogenerators are considered the optimal generator for exploiting low-head,high-flow hydro resources,and they have seen increasingly widespread application in China's power systems recent ***,owing to the compact and constrained internal space of such generators,their internal magnetic-field harmonics are ***,accurate calculation of their THD and THF is crucial during the analysis and design stages to ensure the quality of power *** in the electromagnetic field finite element modeling analysis of such generators,the type and order of the finite element meshes may have a significant impact on the THD and THF calculation results,which warrants in-depth *** address this,this study takes a real 34 MW large tubular hydrogenerator as an example,and establishes its electromagnetic field finite element model under no-load *** types of meshes,five mesh densities,and two mesh orders are analyzed to reveal the effect of electromagnetic field finite element mesh types and orders on the calculation results of THD and THF for such generators.

In order to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of oil‐paper insulation partial discharge detection by the fibre‐optic Fabry-Perot(FP)ultrasonic sensor,this work studied the ultrasonic signal’s frequency characteristics of typical oil‐paper insulation partial dis-charges and the vibration characteristics of the FP sensor’s diaphragm in the liquid *** on the works above,a multifrequency FP sensor array is proposed,consisting of several FP sensors with different resonant frequencies to detect partial *** experimental results show that the liquid environment has a significant effect on the vibration characteristics of the FP sensor’s diaphragm,and the sensitivity and accuracy of partial discharge detection can be improved based on the multifrequency FP sensing array,which can also be applied in the pattern recognition and localisation of partial discharges.

This paper proposes control strategies for startup and emergency braking procedures of Doubly-Fed InductionMachine-Based Flywheel Energy Storage system (DFIM-FESS). For startup procedure, short-circuit the stator and simplify the stator Flux Oriented Control (FOC) by ignoring the transient part of the voltage equation based on flywheel characteristics, then perform the rotor currents control can output large electromagnetic torque and increasing speed stably. For emergency braking procedure, the rotor is two-phase short-circuited connect to DC source, the stator is connected to the braking resistance, then analyze the constraint conditions of the system, and propose the method to get the suitable parameters of the brake resistance and the DC excitation resource. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the control strategies and configuration method of equipment parameters. © 2023 IEEE.
