In Industry 4.0 background,unmanned fullprocess automated production has gradually become a hot topic,and the realization of intelligent and information factory requires the joint cooperation of multiple industries,in which the inspection device that replaces traditional manual work is an inescapable *** present,domestic and foreign research on intelligent inspection trolley is focused on obstacle avoidance function based on various *** this context,it is introduced an algorithm based on monocular camera as a sensor,using Python language to access OpenCV library,and utilizing Gaussian filter function and Canny operator-based image contour extraction to complete the distance *** algorithm can achieve the distance measurement and obstacle avoidance function at a lower *** test results show that the system can automatically identify the distance of obstacles in the inspection process,and according to the visual information captured by the camera in real time,it can independently generate steering action and collision reminder,and can complete the preliminary requirement of intelligent inspection.

SABC grinding circuit (Semi Autogenous + Ball mill + Crushing circuit) is an important typical configuration in comminution production, which has control problems such as uncertainty and strong coupling. In this paper, an intelligent expert control method for grinding process based on hybrid model is proposed. First, a hybrid model driven by mechanism and data is proposed to realize online perception of production indicators such as particle size in cyclone overflow; then, the application scope of expert rules is improved by intelligent correction of uncertainties; finally, the process mechanism knowledge and the online perception data of the hybrid model are integrated to realize the coordinated production of each sub process in the target SABC circuit. The method proposed in this paper has been applied in an intelligent expert control system of SABC circuit in a concentrator to meet the production target.

The mechanism of the copper flotation process is complex and highly uncertain, making it difficult to establish a precise mechanism model. For a long time, the operational adjustment of the flotation process has mainly relied on manual labor, which makes it difficult to ensure mineral quality and economic benefits for the enterprise. In order to achieve automation of the flotation process operation, this article proposes an intelligent operational adjustment method based on case-based reasoning and the generalized regression neural network (CBR-GRNN). In the offline stage, the working conditions are divided based on PCA and K-means method, and the case bases are established for each type of different working conditions. In the online stage, we first determine the category of the target case and search in the corresponding case base to obtain the most similar operational adjustment solution. Due to the fact that the most similar case may not fully match the target case, further compensation is necessary. Therefore, this paper proposes a new difference-driven case revision scheme using GRNN. The final solution for reuse is the operational adjustment value compensated by GRNN. Finally, the experimental results in an actual copper flotation process have demonstrated that the proposed method can effectively perform operational adjustment. Furthermore, the superiority of the proposed method is further demonstrated by comparing it with the other two techniques.

The hazardous and complex nature of underground mining imposes stringent safety requirements on autonomous driving. T-shaped roadways, common in such environments, present significant challenges for non-line-of-sight (NLOS) target localization. Traditional underground positioning technologies often fail in these settings due to severe signal attenuation and multipath effects, leading to potential accidents. This manuscript proposes a novel localization algorithm using single-input-multi-output (SIMO) Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) millimeter-wave radar to address these challenges. We analyze millimeter wave multipath propagation in T-shaped tunnels and construct an FMCW multipath echo model. Using CA-CAFAR and MVDR algorithms, we accurately estimate target distance and angle information. Additionally, a theoretical false point matching elimination method is designed to improve positioning accuracy by mitigating false target interference. Field tests in typical T-shaped NLOS scenarios demonstrate the method's high-precision positioning, enhancing the safety and efficiency of autonomous vehicles in coal mines. © 2024, The Authors. Taking the semi-autogenous mill,a commonly used equipment in the grinding process,as the research object,the problem of continuous and stable operation of the production process in the best working conditions is discussed to improve the utilization rate of resource and achieve the purpose of coordinating energy saving and production *** main reason why the semi-autogenous mill cannot achieve economical operation is that its load is difficult to realize on-line *** order to ensure the continuous operation of grinding production and prevent the occurrence of empty grinding and full grinding,the staff can only conservatively feed the mine through experience,resulting in unbalanced operating *** proposed PSPCAW-SVM composite soft-sensing algorithm is selected,and the soft-sensing model of the semi-autogenous mill load is established according to the sample data of the process,which is used for the online monitoring of the mill load,and the accuracy and stability of model is evaluated through the calculation of simulation prediction results and performance indicators.

By analyzing the soft-sensing modeling process of SAG based on support vector machine,the problem mainly involves the selection of auxiliary variables and data processing in soft-sensing *** this paper,the correlation coefficient method is used to analyze the correlation between the dominant variable and the auxiliary variable,and the auxiliary variable with high correlation is *** phase space of the signal related to the load of SAG is reconstructed,and the selection dimension of the auxiliary variables is preliminarily determined,and the principal component analysis technology is used to fuse some auxiliary variables to prevent information *** it combines the three techniques to construct an improved PSPCA algorithm for screening auxiliary variables,and determines the auxiliary variables of the soft-sensing model,and wavelet denoising filtering is performed on the data sample of the determined auxiliary variables to remove the noise in the original ***,PSPCAW-SVM softsensing model is established to lay the foundation for further research.

In the ore flotation process, the grade of copper concentrate determines the quality of the final product. Nevertheless, in the actual production, the measurement of this parameter takes a long time, making it difficult to measure in real time online. In this paper, a soft sensor method based on nonnegative garrote (NNG) and least squares support vector machine (LSSVM) is proposed. This paper uses the actual production data provided by the DCS system to predict and model this variable The simulation results show that the researched soft-sensing method can accurately predict the change of copper concentrate grade, and can achieve real-Time estimation during actual production process. In addition, the accuracy of the proposed algorithm is obviously superior to other soft-sensing methods. © 2020 ACM.

In the paper, a new adaptive variable selection algorithm for nonlinear regression multi-layer perceptron (MLP) is proposed. The proposed algorithm applies the nonnegative garrote (NNG) to shrink the input weights of the trained MLP. An adaptive indicator is designed by introducing the mean impact value (MIV) algorithm, which can improve the coefficient shrinkage efficiency of the NNG algorithm. The proposed algorithm uses cross-validation and Bayesian information criterion to calculate the optimal shrinkage parameter. The performance of adaptive variable selection algorithm is demonstrated by an example of artificial dataset. Simulation results show that the algorithm has better model accuracy and simplicity than other state-of-Art algorithms. © 2020 ACM.

The semantic segmentation of road objects is a prerequisite for autonomous driving. Rapid or bumpy movement of vehicles can lead to the images to be blurred, which reduces the safety of autonomous driving. This study combines the dynamic visual sensor (DVS) and RGB camera to improve the detection accuracy of road semantic segmentation. Firstly, based on DVS and RGB images, we develop two datasets of blurred images, including the stone and run datasets. Then, a double channels’ detection network is designed with several Swin-transformer modules, and the two channels are designed to extract features from DVS and RGB images, respectively. In addition, a feature fusion module is designed to extract attention from DVS images. Finally, experiments demonstrate that our proposed double-channels’ fusion method achieves the state-of-the-art segmentation performance for blurred images.
