Neural network models face two highly destructive threats in real-world applications: membership inference attacks (MIAs) and adversarial attacks (AAs). One compromises the model's confidentiality, leading to membership privacy breaches, while the other disrupts the model's availability, rendering it dysfunctional. Recent work has shown that adversarial examples can pose dual threats to neural network models, both MIAs and AAs, so that these two different types of attacks have a certain degree of intersection. However, existing defense methods typically focus on defending against one of the two attacks and cannot simultaneously address both. To address the above issues, we propose a defense method called regularization mixup adversarial training (RMAT), aiming to protect model membership privacy while ensuring model availability. The core idea of RMAT is to use a continuous augmentation strategy during training to generate mixup adversarial examples, weakening attackers' understanding of membership data, and updating the model with a new membership-weighted loss strategy to improve its generalization ability for handling unknown samples. This approach can further protect the model's membership privacy and ensure model availability. Experimental results demonstrate that compared to single defense strategies, RMAT can simultaneously protect the model's membership privacy and availability. © 2024 IEEE.

Plant disease diagnosis in time can inhibit the spread of the disease and prevent a large-scale drop in production,which benefits food *** detection-based plant disease diagnosis methods have attracted widespread attention due to their accuracy in classifying and locating ***,existing methods are still limited to single crop disease *** importantly,the existing model has a large number of parameters,which is not conducive to deploying it to agricultural mobile ***,reducing the number of model parameters tends to cause a decrease in model *** solve these problems,we propose a plant disease detection method based on knowledge distillation to achieve a lightweight and efficient diagnosis of multiple diseases across multiple *** detail,we design 2 strategies to build 4 different lightweight models as student models:the YOLOR-Light-v1,YOLOR-Light-v2,Mobile-YOLOR-v1,and Mobile-YOLOR-v2 models,and adopt the YOLOR model as the teacher *** develop a multistage knowledge distillation method to improve lightweight model performance,achieving 60.4%mAP@.5 in the PlantDoc dataset with small model parameters,outperforming existing ***,the multistage knowledge distillation technique can make the model lighter while maintaining high *** only that,the technique can be extended to other tasks,such as image classification and image segmentation,to obtain automated plant disease diagnostic models with a wider range of lightweight applicability in smart *** code is available at https://***/QDH/MSKD.

Accurate identification of plant diseases is important for ensuring the safety of agricultural *** neural networks(CNNs)and visual transformers(VTs)can extract effective representations of images and have been widely used for the intelligent recognition of plant disease ***,CNNs have excellent local perception with poor global perception,and VTs have excellent global perception with poor local *** makes it difficult to further improve the performance of both CNNs and VTs on plant disease recognition *** this paper,we propose a local and global feature-aware dual-branch network,named LGNet,for the identification of plant *** specifically,we first design a dual-branch structure based on CNNs and VTs to extract the local and global ***,an adaptive feature fusion(AFF)module is designed to fuse the local and global features,thus driving the model to dynamically perceive the weights of different ***,we design a hierarchical mixed-scale unit-guided feature fusion(HMUFF)module to mine the key information in the features at different levels and fuse the differentiated information among them,thereby enhancing the model's multiscale perception ***,extensive experiments were conducted on the Al Challenger 2018 dataset and the self-collected corn disease(SCD)*** experimental results demonstrate that our proposed LGNet achieves state-of-the-art recognition performance on both the Al Challenger 2018 dataset and the SCD dataset,with accuracies of 88.74％and 99.08％,respectively.

When some application scenarios need to use semantic segmentation technology, like automatic driving, the primary concern comes to real-time performance rather than extremely high segmentation accuracy. To achieve a good trade-off between speed and accuracy, two-branch architecture has been proposed in recent years. It treats spatial information and semantics information separately which allows the module to be composed of two networks both not heavy. However, the process of fusing features with two different scales becomes a performance bottleneck for many nowaday two-branch models. In this research, we design a new fusion mechanism for two-branch architecture which is guided by attention computation. To be precise, we use the Dual-Guided Attention (DGA) module we proposed to replace some multi-scale transformations with the calculation of attention which means we only use several attention layers of near linear complexity to achieve performance comparable to frequently-used multi-layer fusion. To ensure that our module can be effective, we use Residual U-blocks (RSU) to build one of the two branches in our networks which aims to obtain better multi-scale features. Extensive experiments on Cityscapes and CamVid dataset show the effectiveness of our method. On Cityscapes, our light version network without pretrain weight can achieve 71.1% mIoU at 163 FPS on a single Nvidia RTX 3070 using full resolution images(1024×2048pix). And the large version can achieve 77.9% mIoU with a speed of 43 FPS which still reaches the real-time criterion. Non-Intrusive Load Event Identification Algorithm Based on Color Coding

Non-invasive load monitoring (NILM) can help residents monitor the operation of household appliances and achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction. Load event identification is a key task of non-intrusive load monitoring. In order to enrich the characteristics of load events and improve the identification accuracy of load events, a load event identification algorithm based on color coding (CCA) is proposed. On the basis of retaining the basic waveform of active power, the three characteristics of active power (R), reactive power (G) and reactive power change trend (B) are fused to construct the color image of load events, and the image is trained and rec-ognized based on the AlexNet convolutional neural network with parameter adjustment. The experimental results show that this load event identification algorithm can stably and effectively distinguish the load events of different devices. Compared with three commonly used classifiers, the results show that this algorithm is superior to the traditional event classification algorithm based on power sequence. © 2016, J. Network Intell. With the gradual formation of the cloud computing ecosystem, the value of cloud computing is becoming increasingly evident, and the accompanying information security issues have become core elements. The challenge lies in securely transmitting, computing, and sharing data in a cloud computing environment while keeping privacy. In this paper, we propose an access control proxy re-encryption scheme that supports inner product operations based on lattices in the standard model. First, the ciphertext is linked to the attributes, and condition for transition is associated with the re-encryption key. The proxy may re-encrypt ciphertext that meets attribute conditions instead of all ciphertext, thereby limiting the proxy’s conversion permissions. Furthermore, the user outputs the inner product value after decryption. Finally, honestly re-encryption attacks (HRA) security with increased CPA security is employed to better capture the target of proxy re-encryption. In addition, we propose a new method of hiding access policy, which uses differential privacy technology to perturb the attribute values to better safeguard the privacy of users. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2024.

Graph convolutional network(GCN)as an essential tool in human action recognition tasks have achieved excellent performance in previous ***,most current skeleton-based action recognition using GCN methods use a shared topology,which cannot flexibly adapt to the diverse correlations between joints under different motion *** video-shooting angle or the occlusion of the body parts may bring about errors when extracting the human pose coordinates with estimation *** this work,we propose a novel graph convolutional learning framework,called PCCTR-GCN,which integrates pose correction and channel topology refinement for skeleton-based human action ***,a pose correction module(PCM)is introduced,which corrects the pose coordinates of the input network to reduce the error in pose feature ***,channel topology refinement graph convolution(CTR-GC)is employed,which can dynamically learn the topology features and aggregate joint features in different channel dimensions so as to enhance the performance of graph convolution networks in feature ***,considering that the joint stream and bone stream of skeleton data and their dynamic information are also important for distinguishing different actions,we employ a multi-stream data fusion approach to improve the network’s recognition *** evaluate the model using top-1 and top-5 classification *** the benchmark datasets iMiGUE and Kinetics,the top-1 classification accuracy reaches 55.08%and 36.5%,respectively,while the top-5 classification accuracy reaches 89.98%and 59.2%,*** the NTU dataset,for the two benchmark RGB+Dsettings(X-Sub and X-View),the classification accuracy achieves 89.7%and 95.4%,respectively.

Deep learning (DL) is widely used in radio frequency fingerprint identification (RFFI). However, in few-shot case, traditional DL-based RFFI need to construct auxiliary dataset to realize radio frequency fingerprint identification. To address this issue, we propose a few-shot RFFI (FS-RFFI) method based on interpolating metric learning and KNN (IntML-KNN). Specifically, the method first extends the dataset with data augmentation, and CutMix interpolation. Secondly, combining with metric learning to enhance the generalization capacity of the model. Finally, KNN algorithm is designed to realize device classification and detection. The proposed IntML-KNN method is verified on the commercial available LoRa dataset. The experimental results indicate that the proposed scheme exhibits strong classification and generalization performance in FS-RFFI. Meanwhile, the recognition rate of the proposed IntML-KNN reaches 97.00% with only 10% samples. © 1994-2012 IEEE.

TSA-IPFE: A Secure Solution for Authorization Revocation and Dynamic Identity Assignment in IoT

Inner Product Functional Encryption (IPFE) offers strong privacy protection for smart devices by outputting only the results of function computations, minimizing data leakage. This makes it well-suited for privacy-preserving operations in edge cloud environments, however, the edge cloud increases the complexity of the information authorization system, and traditional static authorization methods hinder collaboration between smart devices. Moreover, existing IPFE schemes fail to revoke computational authorizations when a smart device switches edge clouds. To address these challenges, we propose the Two-Step Authentication Inner Product Functional Encryption scheme (TSA-IPFE), specifically designed for the three-tier »cloud-edge cloud-smart device» architecture. TSA-IPFE enables dynamic authorization management through a two-step identity-matching process. This process revokes computational authorizations as devices move between edge clouds. It also facilitates dynamic authorization by setting up identity validation processes at different network locations, enabling seamless collaboration between smart devices from different vendors within the same cloud architecture. Finally, we prove the semantic security and anonymity of TSA-IPFE through a simulation-based proof, utilizing indistinguishable transformations in the dual system, a comparison with other algorithms demonstrates the efficiency of TSA-IPFE on a common platform. © 2014 IEEE.
