When solving the electromagnetic compatibility problem of low-voltage distribution system in thermal power plants, it is found that the current protection specifications for secondary cables in some conventional substations and common civil buildings are not suitable for thermal power plants, and there is a lack of reference standards for lightning protection data of secondary cables in thermal power plants. Therefore, this paper takes Xishui Substation as the research object, uses CDEGS software to build a three-phase low-voltage distribution system combined with the structural characteristics of large-scale ground screen, overhead cable bridge, building group and others of thermal power plants, and completes the modeling of its buildings, grounding grid, transformer and secondary overhead cable bridge. According to the layout of two buildings in the low-voltage distribution system, the overvoltage of the secondary power cable generated when the buildings are struck by lightning is calculated. The results show that the lightning strike will cause great electromagnetic influence on the secondary equipment. This provides data support for the layout design and protection of secondary cables in thermal power plants, and is of great significance for improving the insulation coordination capability of secondary systems.

Fire-fight helicopter is the core of forest aviation *** virtual reality technology to train the crew of helicopter can improve their skill to put out fire efficiently and reduce property ***,current methods of visualizing water-dropping of helicopter in virtual environment cannot simultaneously ensure real-time performance and *** the one hand,the existing visualization methods,which have been widely used,are often just visual imitations and cannot reflect the physical laws of *** the other hand,complex computations are required for the general fluid modeling method,which cannot meet the requirement of real-time response in a VR *** is of great significance to establish a simulation-oriented model of water-dropping from helicopter for achieving realistic water visualization and further increasing the fidelity and immersion of the virtual *** this paper,we demonstrate an effective approach to establish a water-dropping model of helicopter and visualize it in a VR system,simulating physical laws and virtual effects at the same time.

Sensing angular vibration motion using only self-referencing sensors has been gaining interest in various mobile applications. An example is long distance communication and tracking tasks on motorized vehicles. There is a lack of availability of infrastructure and externally referenced sensors like position sensitive detectors are not suitable. Hence, such applications can only rely on self-referencing sensors. Gyroscope is a good candidate for such applications. However, the drawback of gyroscope is the drift after integration. Most of the conventional filtering techniques introduce phase difference and is not ideal for real-time compensation applications. Several novel band-pass that do not introduce phase difference have since been introduced. However, such zero-phase band-pass filter works well for the velocity domain, but not in the displacement whereby there is significant drift after the numerical integration. To address this, a near zero-phase filtering algorithm is proposed. The proposed method first filter the drift or voluntary motion signal in the low frequency domain with recursive least square (RLS) based adaptive modeling. Weighted Fourier linear combiner (WFLC) is then used as zero-phase band-pass filter to estimate the angular displacement. Real experimental data is collected and the results demonstrated that the proposed method out-performs several other filtering techniques.

Land use reflects human activities on *** land use is the highest level human alteration on Earth,and it is rapidly changing due to population increase and *** areas have widespread effects on local hydrology,climate,biodiversity,and food production[1,2].However,maps,that contain knowledge on the distribution,pattern and composition of various land use types in urban areas,are limited to city *** mapping standard on data sources,methods,land use classification schemes varies from city to city,due to differences in financial input and skills of mapping *** address various national and global environmental challenges caused by urbanization,it is important to have urban land uses at the national and global scales that are derived from the same or consistent data sources with the same or compatible classification systems and mapping *** is because,only with urban land use maps produced with similar criteria,consistent environmental policies can be made,and action efforts can be compared and assessed for large scale environmental ***,despite of the fact that a number of urban-extent maps exist at global scales[3,4],more detailed urban land use maps do not exist at the same *** at big country or regional levels such as for the United states,China and European Union,consistent land use mapping efforts are rare[5,6](e.g.,https://***/open_land_use/).

With the limited urban land resources and people's high demand for living environment, the construction of urban substation is being increasingly denser and miniaturized indoor substation is being widely used. The outlet of substation is closely related to land area, so this paper proposes a new outlet scheme named positive and negative triangle outlet, based on common ways of outlet, to reduce the land area of substation. In order to compare the advantages of this outlet scheme with that of other outlet schemes under different indicators, AGA-AHP (Accelerating Genetic Algorithm Analytic Hierarchy Process) are used to perform quantitative evaluation for weight of various outlet schemes in electricity environmental protection, difficulty of installation, operation and maintenance, distribution cost, and land area, as well as its sub-indicators, and determine the optimal outlet scheme that meets the requirements. According to the actual situation of the project, outlet model of indoor substation is built by AGA-AHP algorithms, and judgment matrix is established by related experts. The algorithms can realize the quantification of qualitative indicators and the output of the optimal outlet scheme, so as to provide some reference to the construction of substation.

Load Distribution Constraints Based Power Supply Capacity Calculation for a Distribution Network

Starting from the application purpose of real distribution network planning, for the high-voltage distribution network connected by medium-voltage tie lines, the power supply capacity is predicted according to current feeder loads and their changing trends, so that the results are more realistic. Based on the above calculation process, the weakness of a distribution network can be identified intuitively and conveniently, which can be used as the basis for generating the measures or schemes to improve power supply capacities. Numerical examples show that the presented model and method are intuitive, simple, and stable and effective compared with the existing methods, and are convenient for application in practice.
