The voltage problem of active distribution networks (ADNs) is becoming more and more severe with the increase of the proportion for distributed energy resources (DERs) and new loads. This paper considers integrated photovoltaic (PVs) 5G base station (5G BS) as an emerging flexibility resource and uses it to optimize the voltage of ADNs. First, the voltage regulation potential of backup batteries and PVs in 5G BS is analyzed and evaluated. Then, a voltage optimization model of ADNs considering integrated PV 5G BS is established. This model is an integer second-order cone programming (MISOCP) problem, which can be easily solved by commercial software. Finally, an actual ADN is used to verify the effectiveness of the integrated PV 5G BS to participate in voltage optimization. © 2023 IEEE.

Given the surpassing of the Shockley-Quiesser efficiency limit in conventional p-n junction photovoltaic effect,bulk photovoltaic effect(BPVE)has garnered significant research ***,the BPVE primarily focuses on a narrow wavelength range,limiting its potential *** we report a giant infrared bulk photovoltaic effect in tellurene(Te)for broad-spectrum *** generated photocurrent in uniformly illuminated Te excludes other photoelectric effects and is attributed to the *** bulk photovoltaic wavelength in Te spans a wide range from the ultraviolet(390 nm)to the mid-infrared(3.8μm).Moreover,the photocurrent density of 70.4 A cm^(−2) under infrared light simulation outperforms that in previous ultraviolet and visible semiconductors as well as infrared *** attached to the dendrites or somata of the cortical neurons successfully elicit action potentials under broad-spectrum light *** work lays the foundation for the further development of infrared BPVE in narrow bandgap materials.

Insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) are one of the weak links of the wave energy converter. Accurate lifetime evaluation is an important support for the reliable operation of the wave energy conversion system. However, the impact of operating environment uncertainty wasn't consider in the current IGBT module lifetime evaluation model. This paper proposes a lifetime evaluation model of IGBT module considering environmental uncertainty, which effectively simulates the uncertainty of environmental temperature and wave energy power generation and improves the accuracy of lifetime evaluation results. Firstly, the Monte Carlo method is used to generate a large number of random scenarios to simulate the uncertainty of operating environment, and the scenario reduction method is introduced to extract typical operating scenarios. The scenario generation scenario and reduction fully balance the contradiction between accuracy and computational complexity of lifetime evaluation model. Secondly, the mission profile is divided into different time scales, and the influence of low frequency junction temperature and high frequency junction temperature on the life loss of IGBT module is quantitatively analyzed. Finally, the effects of different lifetime evaluation methods are compared by simulation, and the simulation results show that the proposed lifetime evaluation model has higher accuracy. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, the nonlinear free vibration behaviors of the piezoelectric semiconductor(PS) doubly-curved shell resting on the Pasternak foundation are studied within the framework of the nonlinear drift-diffusion(NLDD) model and the first-order shear deformation theory. The nonlinear constitutive relations are presented, and the strain energy, kinetic energy, and virtual work of the PS doubly-curved shell are *** on Hamilton's principle as well as the condition of charge continuity, the nonlinear governing equations are achieved, and then these equations are solved by means of an efficient iteration method. Several numerical examples are given to show the effect of the nonlinear drift current, elastic foundation parameters as well as geometric parameters on the nonlinear vibration frequency, and the damping characteristic of the PS doublycurved shell. The main innovations of the manuscript are that the difference between the linearized drift-diffusion(LDD) model and the NLDD model is revealed, and an effective method is proposed to select a proper initial electron concentration for the LDD model.

Aiming at the problems of large size, limited measurement band range and high cost of traditional voltage transformers, this paper designs a new electric field sensor based on the D-dot principle, which is only the size of a coin and the volume is greatly reduced. The static response and frequency characteristics of the sensor are tested by the built sensor performance test platform, and the test results show that the sensor can produce good static response for different waveforms, and the measurement frequency range is between 10Hz-l0kHz and has good linearity, which can not only realize low-frequency measurement but also meet the requirements of high-frequency measurement. Furthermore, the sensor is placed under the simulated transmission line, and the experimental results show that the output law of the sensor is consistent with the simulation results under different spacing and different voltage levels, in line with the electromagnetic field distribution law. Finally, the cost is compared and analyzed, and the analysis shows that the sensor has a high cost performance, which shows that the sensor has broad practical application prospects. © 2023 IEEE.

Masked image modeling (MIM), as a self-supervised learning paradigm in computer vision, has gained widespread attention among researchers. MIM operates by training the model to predict masked patches of the image. Given the sparse nature of image semantics, it is imperative to devise a masking strategy that steers the model towards reconstructing high-semantic regions. However, conventional mask strategies often miss these high-semantic regions or lack alignment with the masks and semantics. To solve this, we propose the Global Patch-wise Attention (GPA) framework, a transferable and efficient framework for MIM pre-training. We observe that the attention between patches can be the metric of identifying high-semantic regions, which can guide the model to learn more effective representations. Therefore, we firstly define the global patch-wise attention via vision transformer blocks. Then we design the soft-to-hard mask generation to guide the model gradually focusing on high semantic regions identified by GPA (GPA as a teacher). Finally, we design an extra task to predict GPA (GPA as a feature). Experiments conducted under various settings demonstrate that our proposed GPA framework enables MIM to learn better representations, which benefit the model across a wide range of downstream tasks. Furthermore, our GPA framework can be easily and effectively transferred to various MIM architectures. © 2024 ACM.

The traditional color system of Beijing Forbidden City is comprehensive and complex. The research focuses on collecting color data from the Forbidden City, analyzing subjective and objective color attributes, and compute architectural color image scale. First this research used K-means algorithm to extract the theme color cards of Beijing Forbidden City. Subsequently, single colors were extracted using the idea of community detection, and matching colors were extracted based on the thought of association rule mining. Then this research extracted objective attributes of colors and designed experiments to quantify subjective attributes. Finally, the color subjective and objective data fitting was completed. This outcome is helpful for the digital preservation of traditional colors and the advancement of color culture inheritance practices. © 2024 IEEE.

The creation of Chinese dance dramas plays an important role in the dissemination of Chinese culture in the context of pluralistic unity. As one of the outstanding poetry dramas in the past two years, 'The Journey of a Legendary Landscape Painting' (JLLP) has rich national cultural connotations and aesthetic value in its stage costume colors. This article first studied the data extraction method of stage costume colors based on clustering and association rule mining, and constructed the color dataset for JLLP. On this basis, the color semantic mining and extraction including subjective and objective factors were conducted. Finally, combined with color semantics, the character personality of JLLP was further analyzed. The research results show that the color extraction method designed in this article can accurately preserve the color characteristics of stage costumes. In addition, the costume colors of JLLP play a good supporting role in shaping the character personality. © 2024 IEEE.
