Due to the limitation of training datasets and global motion understanding to optical flow estimation, current methods only focus on local clues and ignore the motion continuity of consecutive frames, resulting in an inconsistent motion problem. After theoretical analysis, we find the multi-frame methods need to pay more attention to the continuity between cost volumes than two-frame methods. Thus, our method is based on a multi-frame framework and introduces extra object coordinates in each frame by the segmentation model to revise the matching pairs in cost volume. Specifically, we introduce a Cost Volume Adaptation Module, including a Bbox Spatial Queries to store coordinates information and a Correlation Query Queue to query the object position of different frames. On the Sintel and KITTI test benchmark, our proposed MemoFlow achieves 1.00 and 1.69 average endpoint error (AEPE) on the clean and final passes and an F1-all error of 4.43%, ranking 1st among all three-frame methods and two-frame methods. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.

Characterizing thermal stability boundary is fundamental to the operation and control of power system, directly impacting its safety and economic efficiency. With the integration of large-scale renewable energy sources, operation modes of power system have become increasingly complex and variable. The influence characteristics of multi-dimensional variables on system boundary tend toward strong nonlinearity and coupling, posing challenges for traditional characterization methods. This paper first analytically derives the thermal stability boundary manifold and its gradient vector trajectory based on a single-machine equivalent system, exploring the nonlinear nature of system boundary manifold. Secondly, considering the active-reactive power coupling characteristics of renewable energy devices, it analyzes the nonlinear and non-convex features and patterns of system boundary manifold under typical scenarios such as weak sending and weak receiving conditions. Finally, a segmented approximation method suitable for high-dimensional nonlinear boundary manifold is proposed. This method utilizes sensitivity analysis and the K-Medoids algorithm to perform clustering analysis of high-dimensional gradient vectors and segmentation of boundary manifold, followed by fitting linear approximation expressions for each segment using the least squares method. The practicality and effectiveness of the proposed method are validated through a case study of the IEEE 3-machine 9-bus system. © state Grid Electric Power 2025.

Furfural content in oil is considered as an effective parameter to evaluate the ageing state of oil-immersed *** previous thermal ageing experiments at 130℃,we found that moisture increment in oil-paper system makes more furfural distribute in ***,the microcosmic mechanism of moisture effect on furfural diffusion from paper to oil is still unknown,and the furfural equilibrium law at transformers'typical operating temperatures is also unclear,resulting in the unreliability of the existed furfural evaluation *** elucidate the above problems,molecular dynamics simulation and furfural equilibrium experiments at 60℃ were carried out at different moisture *** results show that high moisture content makes part of furfural diffuse from paper to oil *** moisture content increases from 1% to 2%,mass fraction of furfural in oil may increase from 32.98% to 49.83%,leading to furfural content in oil increases from 0.76 mg/L to 1.06 mg/L when the degree of polymerisation of insulation paper is about 524,which increased by 39.5%.The increase in moisture content makes cellulose form hydrogen bonds with H_(2)O preferentially,decreasing the hydrogen bonds interaction between cellulose and ***,partial furfural falls off cellulose and diffuses into oil,leading to an increase in furfural content in *** eliminate the moisture interference,a corrected furfural assessment model based on the moisture equilibrium curve has been constructed,which can accurately evaluate the ageing state of insulation paper regardless of the moisture influence.

An MPPT control strategy based on the combination of adaptive nonlinear mutation particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed. The algorithm uses the tanh function to control the inertia weight, balances the ability of particles to optimize globally and locally, uses the ISRU function to control the learning factor, balances the weight relationship between individual learning and social learning, and improves the convergence speed of the algorithm. The nonlinear Cauchy mutation operation is proposed to expand the scope of optimization;Finally, the perturbation and observation method is used to track locally near the maximum power point to reduce power oscillation. The simulation validates that the photovoltaic MPPT control strategy based on the improved particle swarm algorithm can effectively get the maximum power point under shading conditions and improve the output efficiency of the PV array. © 2024 IEEE.

The process of an object leaping out of the water is very similar to the jumping process of an aquatic animal during prey or avoid predators. The study of the process of an object leaping out of the water is beneficial to the design of robots jumping out of water. In this work, the free jump of a sphere out of the water is successfully simulated based on the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software Fluent, with User-Defined Functions to control the motion of the sphere, the volume of Fluid model, dynamic meshing, and Detached Eddy Simulation. The velocity of the sphere at the water-air interface and the height of the sphere leaping out from the water surface obtained from the numerical simulation are compared with experimental results. The maximum error between the experimental and the simulated results is 2.28% in the water-discharge velocity and 2.65% in the leaping height from the water surface. In addition, this paper model the dynamics of the sphere during the water discharge process. The paper also analyses the free deformation of water surface, the water film rupture process on the surface of the sphere, the variation of fluid drag on the sphere, and the variation of the fluid velocity field during the free ascent of the sphere after acquiring an initial velocity of 2.81 m/s. © 2023 IEEE.

Nanosecond Pulsed Bipolar Cancellation of the Killing Effect on Glioblastoma

Objective: Glioblastoma (GBM) is the deadliest type of cancer and current clinical treatments for malignant gliomas have many side effects. The article discusses the possibility that nanosecond pulsed electric fields (nsPEFs) can be focused on tumors for local killing. As well as the possibility of utilizing the CANCAN (canceled bipolar) effect to reduce neurostimulation and thus overcome side effects such as seizures and edema. Method: In this paper, we use cell ablation and viability experiments to investigated the BPC (Bipolar cancellation) effect of U87-MG cells under the action of nsPEFs of various pulse numbers and the electric field amplitude. Results: The results showed that maximum BPC efficiency (163.9%) was obtained with nsPEFs of 15 kV/cm and 15 pulses, and unipolar nsPEFs of 20 kV/cm and 15 pulses were able to achieve a killing effect of 90% with cell suspension, then this electric field is used as a reference for the ablation experiments. Conclusion: Cell ablation experiments found that the electric field threshold of 3D (3D-like tissue) cell ablation (5.805 ± 1.455 kV/cm) is lower than that of monolayer wall cells (8.95 ± 0.75 kV/cm), which can cause a larger ablation area under the same pulsed electric field conditions. In addition, the BPC effect was more significant for 3D cells, but the trends of ablation area and BPC efficiency were similar when modulating the number of pulses. © 2025 IEEE.

Underwater vehicle manipulator systems (UVMSs) is becoming a research hotspot in the field of marine intelligent equipment. Introducing visual feedback equipped with cameras in the loop to guide UVMS to complete the grasping has comprehensive advantages of response speed, work efficiency and intelligence. In this paper, mapping between the feature error and the motion of the UVMS generalized degrees of freedom is established to realize the suspended grasping under the coordinated motion of the vehicle body and the manipulator. Then, a UVMS motion control algorithm based on time delay estimation (TDE) is constructed for visual servo autonomous grasping process, the TDE of which is used to estimate and compensate the lumped interference in real time. The Lyapunov theory is applied to analyze its stability and its control performance is verified through simulation experiments. The simulation results shew the effectiveness of the proposed visual servo control with TED method based on line features. © 2024 IEEE.

An adaptive dynamic vibration absorber(ADVA)is designed for lowfrequency vibration *** leaf springs are applied as the tuning stiffness *** principle of variable stiffness is analyzed to obtain the effective range of the first natural frequency variation.A classic simply supported manipulator is selected as the controlled *** coupled dynamic model of the manipulator-ADVA system is built to obtain the maximum damping efficiency and the vibration absorption capacity of the designed *** experimental platform is set up to verify the theoretical *** is revealed that the ADVA can adjust the first natural frequency on a large scale by changing the curvature of the leaf *** amplitude of the manipulator is reduced obviously with the installation of the designed ***,based on the short-time Fourier transformation(STFT),a stepwise optimization algorithm is proposed to achieve a quick tuning of the natural frequency of the ADVA so that it can always coincide with the frequency of the prime *** the above steps,the intelligent frequency tuning of the ADVA is realized with high vibration absorption performance in a wide frequency range.

Study of the Effect of Harmonics and Stress on the Integrated Magnetic Properties of Oriented Silicon Steel Sheets

The core structure of transformers and reactors is subject to stress and high-frequency excitation during operation. The core structure is made of laminated silicon steel sheets, which are subject to magnetostrictive strain under alternating magnetic fields. To investigate the comprehensive magnetic properties of oriented silicon steel sheets under the in uence of harmonics and stress, this paper builds a magnetic property measurement system for electrical steel and investigates the magnetization and magnetostriction characteristics of oriented silicon steel sheets of type 30SQGD105 under working frequency, harmonic and applied stress conditions. The results show that the effects of harmonics and stress on the hysteresis characteristics of the silicon steel sheet are small, and the effects on the magnetostriction characteristics are large. © (2023).
