Active label-denoising algorithm based on broad learning for annotation of machine health status

Deep learning has led to tremendous success in machine maintenance and fault ***,this success is predicated on the correctly annotated *** in large industrial datasets can be noisy and thus degrade the performance of fault diagnosis *** emerging concept of broad learning shows the potential to address the label noise *** with existing deep learning algorithms,broad learning has a simple architecture and high training *** active label denoising algorithm based on broad learning(ALDBL)is ***,ALDBL captures the embedded representation from the time-frequency features by a recurrent memory ***,it augments wide features with a sparse autoencoder and projects the sparse features into an orthogonal space.A proposed corrector then iteratively changes the weights of source examples during the training and corrects the labels by using a label adaptation ***,ALDBL finetunes the model parameters with actively sampled target data with reliable pseudo *** performance of ALDBL is validated with three benchmark datasets,including 30 label denoising *** results demonstrate the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed algorithm over the other label denoising algorithms.

Chalcogenide superlattices Sb_(2)Te_(3)-GeTe is a candidate for interfacial phase-change memory(iPCM) data storage *** employing terahertz emission spectroscopy and the transient reflectance spectroscopy together,we investigate the ultrafast photoexcited carrier dynamics and current transients in Sb_(2)Te_(3)-GeTe *** orientation and excitation polarization dependences of the THz emission confirm that ultrafast thermo-electric,shift and injection currents contribute to the THz generation in Sb_(2)Te_(3)-GeTe *** decreasing the thickness and increasing the number of GeTe and Sb_(2)Te_(3) layer,the interlayer coupling can be enhanced,which significantly reduces the contribution from circular photo-galvanic effect(CPGE).A photo-induced bleaching in the transient reflectance spectroscopy probed in the range of~1100 nm to~1400 nm further demonstrates a gapped state resulting from the interlayer *** demonstrates play an important role in the development of iPCM-based high-speed optoelectronic devices.

The stabilization of the formamidinium lead iodide(FAPbI_(3))structure is pivotal for the development of efficient photovoltaic *** two-dimensional(2D)layers to passivate the threedimensional(3D)perovskite is essential for maintaining the a-phase of FAPbI_(3) and enhancing the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).However,the role of bulky ligands in the phase management of 2D perovskites,crucial for the stabilization of FAPbI_(3),has not yet been *** this study,we synthesized nanoscale 2D perovskite capping crusts with=1 and 2 Ruddlesden-Popper(RP)perovskite layers,respectively,which form a type-Ⅱ 2D/3D *** heterostructure stabilizes the a-phase of FAPbI_(3),and facilitates ultrafast carrier extraction from the 3D perovskite network to transport contact *** introduced tri-fluorinated ligands to mitigate defects caused by the halide vacancies and uncoordinated Pb^(2+)ions,thereby reducing nonradiative carrier recombination and extending carrier *** films produced were incorporated into PSCs that not only achieved a PCE of 25.39%but also maintained 95%of their initial efficiency after 2000 h of continuous light exposure without *** findings underscore the effectiveness of a phase-pure 2D/3D heterostructure-terminated film in inhibiting phase transitions passivating the iodide anion vacancy defects,facilitating the charge carrier extraction,and boosting the performance of optoelectronic devices.

This paper presents a simulation method for investigating the failure of optocoupler equipment (OCEP) in multi-physical fields. The method is based on the aging of the solder layer of the photosensitive field-effect tube (PFET) and aims to analyze the performance degradation of the PFET. Firstly, a comprehensive multi-physical field model of the OCEP is developed using the actual structure of the CT test OCEP, taking into account the conductivity of the chip. Next, an OCEP failure simulation method is proposed, which takes into account the shedding of the PFET solder layer caused by the failure mechanism of the OCEP. Finally, the simulation results demonstrate that the degree of solder layer shedding reaches 70%, resulting in the failure of the OCEP. © 2023 IEEE.

Integrated Equivalent Model of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator Based Wind Turbine for Large-scale Offshore Wind Farm Simulation

The high-speed simulation of large-scale offshore wind farms(OWFs) preserving the internal machine information has become a huge challenge due to the large wind turbine(WT) count and microsecond-range time step. Hence, it is undoable to investigate the internal node information of the OWF in the electro-magnetic transient(EMT) programs. To fill this gap,this paper presents an equivalent modeling method for largescale OWF, whose accuracy and efficiency are guaranteed by integrating the individual devices of permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG) based WT. The node-elimination algorithm is used while the internal machine information is recursively updated. Unlike the existing aggregation methods, the developed EMT model can reflect the characteristics of each WT under different wind speeds and WT parameters without modifying the codes. The access to each WT controller is preserved so that the time-varying dynamics of all the WTs could be simulated. Comparisons of the proposed model with the detailed model in PSCAD/EMTDC have shown very high precision and high efficiency. The proposed modeling procedures can be used as reference for other types of WTs once the structures and parameters are given.

With the advent of the lnternet-of-Things (1oT) era, sensor nodes are required in almost all fields to achieve a better interaction between humans and the environment. Piezoelectric energy harvester (PEH), which exhibits an equivalent electrical model of an AC current source /P in parallel with the inherent capacitor CP, is a promising technology to resolve the energy problem of such sensor nodes. Recently, inductor-based rectifiers, capacitor-based rectifiers and hybrid rectifiers have been proposed to improve the energy extraction efficiency of PEH devices [1]-[5]. However, these structures all require the aid of additional capacitors or inductors to achieve bias-flip operation, as illustrated in Fig. 1. These extra passive devices are typically large, which can be a major bottleneck in system-volumeconstrained applications such as MEMS [4]. In response to the above problem, this work proposes a novel 8-phase self bias-flip PEH interface with charge recycling and reusing (SBFRR). By using the C P of 4 PEHs as flipping capacitors, this scheme achieves a high voltage flipping efficiency without using extra energy reservoirs. The 4 C P can also serve as flying capacitors to achieve switched-PEH DC-DC (SPDC) conversion for MPPT, while maintaining a MOPIR of >3.5× with a PEH input voltage (Vp) from 0. 78Vto4.9V. © 2023 IEEE.

To exactly detect the water ice of the South Pole of the moon, a lunar regolith in-situ analysis payload deploying a mass spectrometer is proposed for China future lunar exploration missions. In order to receive the lunar regolith sample from a robotic arm with a soil sampler and transfer it into a furnace for further analysis, a sample manipulation mechanism is required during the above work flow. To solve the problems of adapting the sampler's docking accuracy, receiving and transferring two different types of lunar soil sample under times of in-situ analysis, etc., a sample repetitive manipulation mechanism (SRMM) is proposed in this paper. By using a floating adjustable docking components and a flexible hopper, two types of encapsulated regolith sample and bulk material sample can be received with minimal sample loss, respectively. In order to receive and transfer two types of samples multiple times, two sample receiving methods have been designed that can be repeatedly transferred. A worm and worm wheel combined with a ball screw is designed in SRMM. To verify the above mechanism design, validation experiments were conducted. It indicates that this novel SRMM can be deployed in the future mission after further environmental tests. © 2023 IEEE.

Enhancement of Soil Discharge Channels on Potential Surrounding Buried Cables Under Impulsive Currents

Substations have a large number of signal transmission cables beneath the *** the insulation safety and signal reliability of the cables are affected severely by the electromagnetic *** high-amplitude impulsive currents,the dispersion of currents can cause soil discharge and thus cause unexpected distortions in an electromagnetic *** paper focuses on the distortions of the electric *** general,soil discharge channels occur in the vicinity of the independent *** development of the channel might enhance the electric field distribution and the potential surrounding the outer insulation of the cables(*** surface potential on the cable).Therefore,this paper establishes a platform for observing the soil discharge channel and measuring the surface *** characteristic of the channel is extracted from the captured image of soil discharge channels and the surface potential is obtained by the measured coupling capacitive current on the shield *** paper also presents an improved model considering a dynamic growing discharge channel for the transient analysis of the grounding *** results show the surface potential increases as the discharge channel approaches the *** quantify this enhancement effect,the ratio of the highest to the lowest value of surface potential in different directions is taken as the multiple of the surface potential *** calculated multiples of the surface potential increase are in the range of 1 to 1.64 times under different conditions by the improved ***,taking the soil discharge channel into account is helpful to accurately analyze the impulsive interference of buried cables.

In the paper,the state and sensor failure observer for fractional order systems with order 0 <α <1 and 1 <α<2 is proposed to estimate the system state and sensor failures at the same *** general,unbounded sensor faults will inevitably lead to system ***,it is very necessary to study the reliable controller for fractional order systems against sensor *** the linear matrix inequality concept and the augmented system method,the sensor faults can be in any form,even unbounded.A reliable observer-based controller based on the state and sensor failures estimation is proposed,which can make the system work well regardless of whether the sensor *** α=1,methods proposed in the paper are equivalent to these of the integer order systems,scilicet,our methods can be extended to integer order ***,a simulation example is used to demonstrate the efficiency of the present methods.
