The past decade has witnessed the rapid increasement in power conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).However,serious ion migration hampers their operational *** dopants composed of varied cations and anions are introduced into perovskite to suppress ion migration,the impact of cations or anions is not individually explored,which hinders the evaluation of different cations and further application of doping *** we report that a special group of sulfonic anions(like CF_(3)SO_(3)^(-))successfully introduce alkaline earth ions(like Ca^(2+))into perovskite lattice compared to its halide ***,with effective crystallization regulation and defect passivation of sulfonic anions,perovskite with Ca(CF_(3)SO_(3))_(2)shows reduced PbI2 residue and metallic Pb0 defects;thereby,corresponding PSCs show an enhanced PCE of 24.95%.Finally by comparing the properties of perovskite with Ca(CF_(3)SO_(3))_(2)and FACF_(3)SO_(3),we found that doped Ca^(2+)significantly suppressed halide migration with an activation energy of 1.246 eV which accounts for the improved operational stability of Ca(CF_(3)SO_(3))_(2-)doped PSCs,while no obvious impact of Ca^(2+)on trap density is *** the benefits of cations and anions,this study presents an effective method to decouple the effects of cations and anions and fabricate efficient and stable PSCs.

This paper proposes a novel modular subarray design composed of large-element-spacing elements. The large-element-spacing array technique is a way to reduce the cost of phased radar. However, the traditional large-element-spacing array design is always non-modular, which brings about inconvenience for design, manufacture, assembly, and maintenance. The proposed design uses basic module units of one type to form the whole aperture and can, therefore, reduce the cost while achieving modularity. By rotating the basic unit and adjusting the subarray's position in the basic unit, an array with an arbitrary shape is formed, and the grating lobe is suppressed. Gradient algorithm is utilized to optimize the array structure. Numerical simulations and analysis are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed design. © The Institution of Engineering & technology 2023.

Robot actuators directly affect the performance of robots, and robot drives directly affect the performance of robot actuators. With the development of robotics, robots have put higher requirements on robot drives, such as high stiffness, high accuracy, high loading, high efficiency, low backlash, compact size, and hollow structure. In order to meet the demand development of robot actuators, this research base proposes a new robot drive based on 3K-H-V topology using involute and cycloidal gear shapes, planetary cycloidal drive, from the perspective of drive topology and through the design idea of decoupling. In this study, the reduction ratio and the efficiency model of the 3K-H-V topology were analyzed, and a prototype planetary cycloidal actuator was designed. The feasibility of the drive is initially verified by experimentally concluding that the PCA has a hollow structure, compact size, and high torque density (69 Nm/kg). © 2022 IEEE.

The salient pole offset surface inset permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPO-SIPMSM) can achieve maximum utilization of torque components by maximizing both the permanent magnet torque and reluctance torque at the same current phase angle. A maximum torque per ampere (MTPA) control strategy is required to deal with the special torque-current phase angle characteristics. This paper introduces the basic principle of model predictive control (MPC) and builds an MPC-based MATLAB simulation control system for SPO-SIPMSM, which can achieve MTPA control and fully utilize its two torque components. The results of simulation demonstrate that the proposed control system based on the MPC method has high response accuracy and stability for SPO-SIPMSM under no load and under load. © 2023 IEEE.

Vehicle platoon is one of the concrete manifestations of multi-vehicle cooperative control and intelligent transportation. However, the velocity perturbation in the driving process will bring about stability and safety problems. The connected autonomous vehicles (CAVs) can obtain the motion status of the lead vehicle in real time and respond to it in time, which is of far-reaching significance to platoon control. Based on this, this paper focuses on the longitudinal driving strategy of connected autonomous vehicle platoons. Specifically, we provide a discrete double-integral model controller for each vehicle in a generic scenario, and the controller performs acceleration and deceleration control at each timeslot according to the state of the vehicle in front and its own state. Simulation experiments are designed by varying the size of the platoon and the number of connected autonomous vehicles. The experimental results show that the introduction of connected autonomous vehicles can effectively suppress the platoon velocity perturbation, increase the stability of the platoon driving, and significantly reduce the fuel consumption at the same time. © 2023 IEEE.

The pulsed magnetic field generator can be used in transcranial magnetic stimulation and tumour therapy, etc. In order to further optimize the output performance of the conventional pulsed magnetic field generator, this paper proposes an energy-saving pulsed magnetic field generator based on Marx, the energy efficient pulse source (EEPS) with an energy-feedback circuit structure, which can be used to achieve the recovery of the energy at the load end by means of commutation, to be conducive to the energy-saving of the system and a high-frequency-heavy output. In addition, the magnetic field change rate of the generator output can be flexibly adjusted through the cascade of discharge modules combined with the control of the switch on-time sequence of each level to achieve the adjustment of the output waveform. the adjustment of the pulsed magnetic field duration and the operating frequency can be achieved through the switch on-time and the switching frequency. In order to analyse the output performance of the generator and the energy recovery efficiency of the system, we constructed a two-stage EEPS platform and selected a multi-turn solenoid coil, which is commonly used in biomedical applications, to carry out the study. we tested the topology's ability to regulate the rate of change of the magnetic field by outputting pulsed magnetic fields in the form of triangular waveforms and exponential waveforms, and achieved a maximum of four levels of adjustability of the rate of change of the magnetic field, as well as the generation of pulsed magnetic field of amplitude as high as 1 T in the target location. magnetic field at the target location. The energy saving rate and self-loss rate of the system were measured based on the triangular wave output mode, and we found that the energy recovery efficiency of the system gradually increased with the increase of current. Low-temperature atmospheric pressure plasma has important application value in the fields of material surface modification, waste gas and wastewater treatment, sterilization and disinfection. High voltage nanosecond pulse with rapid rise time can provide a higher constrained electric field, which could quickly ionize the gas and make the electrons quickly obtain higher kinetic energy. Higher density of free electrons and stronger chemically active substances will produce. Therefore, the high voltage nanosecond pulse generator is an efficient plasma excitation source with wide prospects. This paper proposes a 10. 7kV nanosecond pulse generator based on pulse forming line and variable impedance transmission line transformer(VITLT). The proposed pulse generator uses the inductance in the transmission line as the energy storage unit. The magnetic energy stored in the transmission line is released by MOSFET with a fast turn off speed to form nanosecond pulse. An interesting fact is that a variable impedance transmission line transformer is applied to multiply the output voltage of single module circuit. In addition, it can achieve modular pulse superposition through transmission line time isolation method to generate high voltage output. Finally, this paper carried out experimental research. The experiment results of single module circuit show that VITLT can achieve multiple increase of voltage amplitude. The output pulse amplitude of single module is 2kV, and the pulse width is 12 ns. A 7-stage multi-module stacker was built which can produce a high-voltage nanosecond pulse output with voltage amplitude of 10.7 kV, pulse width of 15 ns and repetition frequency of 200 kHz. © 2023 IEEE.

Silicone rubber has been widely applicated in the electrical field, especially used as insulation materials, due to its excellent physical properties. However, the performance of silicone rubber will decline with its aging process leaded by plenty of factors. There's lack of methods for overall nondestructive characterization of the aging degree of silicone rubber in use presently. In this paper, the thermal aging experiment of silicone rubber is designed, and the nonlinear coefficient of the sample is measured by nonlinear ultrasonic method during the aging process, the change of the nonlinear coefficient of the sample during the aging process is analyzed, the rule of thermal aging of silicone rubber is summarized, and the feasibility of using the nonlinear coefficient as the aging characterization of silicone rubber is discussed. © 2023 IEEE.

Understanding the physical essence of wheel-terrain interaction is critical to establish the terramechanics model. The discrete element method (DEM) can be used to simulate a series of wheel-terrain interaction quickly and efficiently, which can be convenient to analyze the physical information of the interaction. This paper simulates the interaction of slipping wheel running on soil simulant using 3D-DEM. The information of particles and wheel is obtained from the wheel-terrain interaction. The consequent velocity and stress field of soil simulant is obtained by smoothening the velocity of discrete soil particles and contact interaction force between particles. A method to calculate the fraction field of soil simulant in the particle bed with boundary is proposed to obtain the consequent fraction field distribution. The simulation results are consistent with experimental results. This study can provide instructions for the establishment of physical terramechanics model. When the virtual synchronous generator (VSG) works in a grid with distorted voltages, it is difficult to guarantee the quality of its output currents. The existing harmonic suppression schemes are limited in various aspects. In this paper, a new voltage-current hybrid control (VCHC) scheme is proposed. At the fundamental frequency, VCHC is equivalent to voltage control to follow the fundamental voltage command from the VSG power control loop. VCHC is equivalent to current control at harmonic frequencies, which can suppress harmonic currents introduced by distorted grid voltages. Compared to existing methods, VCHC can greatly improve the output current quality of VSG without adding additional sensors or inductors. Finally, a 15kW experimental prototype was built and the experimental results verified the effectiveness of VCHC. © 2023 The Korean Institute of Power Electronics.
