Electrohydrodynamic(EHD)printing technique,which deposits micro/nanostructures through high electric force,has recently attracted significant research interest owing to their fascinating characteristics in high resolution(<1μm),wide material applicability(ink viscosity 1–10000 cps),tunable printing modes(electrospray,electrospinning,and EHD jet printing),and compatibility with flexible/wearable *** the laboratory level of the EHD printed electronics'resolution and efficiency is gradually approaching the commercial application level,an urgent need for developing EHD technique from laboratory into industrialization have been put ***,we first discuss the EHD printing technique,including the ink design,droplet formation,and key technologies for promoting printing efficiency/*** we summarize the recent progress of EHD printing in fabrication of displays,organic field-effect transistors(OFETs),transparent electrodes,and sensors and ***,a brief summary and the outlook for future research effort are presented.

Super-resolution (SR) of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is gaining increasing attention for being able to provide detailed anatomical information. However, current SR methods often use the complex convolutional network for feature extraction, which is difficult to train and not suitable for limited computation resources in the medical scenario. To tackle these bottlenecks, we propose a multidistillation residual network (MDRN) for more differential feature refinement, which has a superior trade-off between reconstruction accuracy and computation cost. Specifically, a novel feature multidistillation residual block with a contrast-aware channel attention module was designed to make the residual features more focused on low-vision information, which maximizes the power of MDRN. Comprehensive experiments demonstrate the superiority of our MDRN over state-of-the-art methods in reconstruction quality and efficiency. Our method outperforms other existing methods in peak signal-noise ratio by up to 0.44-1.82 dB in 4× scale when GPU memory and runtime are lower than in other SR methods. In the paper, stability analysis of a class of incommensurate fractional-order systems (IFOS) is studied. These sufficient conditions are based on the linear matrix inequality (LMI) and straightforwardly used to solve the feasible solutions with the LMI toolbox. Finally, two examples including a circuit example are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, and the comparison with the previous results shows that the proposed method is less conservative. © 2023 Technical Committee on Control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Graph-to-text generation task is transforms knowledge graphs into natural language. In current research, pretrained language models(PLMs) have shown better performance than structured graph encoders in the generation task. Currently, PLMs serialise knowledge graphs mostly by transforming them into undirected graph structures. The advantage of an undirected graph structure is that it provides a more comprehensive representation of the information in knowledge graph, but it is difficult to capture the dependencies between entities, so the information represented may not be accurate. Therefore, We use four types of positional embedding to obtain both the directed and undirected structure of the knowledge graph, so that we can more fully represent the information in knowledge graph, and the dependencies between entities. We then add a semantic aggregation module to the Transformer layer of PLMs, which is used to obtain a more comprehensive representation of the information in knowledge graph, as well as to capture the dependencies between entities. Thus, our approach combines the advantages of both directed and undirected structural information. In addition, our new approach is more capable of capturing generic knowledge and can show better results with small samples of data. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper focuses on the application of wheeledlegged robots for extraterrestrial exploration. To address the stability and terrain adaptability issues during planetary surface exploration, a novel motion control strategy integrating body attitude control and support force control is proposed based on kinematic inverse solution. This strategy adjusts the body posture by dynamically regulating the length of each leg to ensure sufficient wheel-ground contact force while traversing rough terrains. The paper also conducts simulation and tests of the wheeled-legged robot in typical terrains. Results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm effectively overcomes terrain variations and enhances stability during the robot's movement.

A distributionally robust scheduling strategy is proposed to address the complex benefit allocation problem in regional integrated energy systems(RIESs)with multiple stakeholders.A two-level Stackelberg game model is established,with the RIES operator as the leader and the users as the *** considers the interests of the RIES operator and demand response users in energy *** leader optimizes time-of-use(TOU)energy prices to minimize costs while users formulate response plans based on prices.A two-stage distributionally robust game model with comprehensive norm constraints,which encompasses the two-level Stackelberg game model in the day-ahead scheduling stage,is constructed to manage wind power ***-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)conditions transform the two-level Stackelberg game model into a single-level robust optimization model,which is then solved using column and constraint generation(C&CG).Numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy in balancing stakeholders'interests and mitigating wind power risks.

With the development of intelligent agents pursuing humanisation,artificial intelligence must consider emotion,the most basic spiritual need in human *** emotional dialogue systems usually use an external emotional dictionary to select appropriate emotional words to add to the response or concatenate emotional tags and semantic features in the decoding step to generate appropriate ***,selecting emotional words from a fixed emotional dictionary may result in loss of the diversity and consistency of the *** propose a semantic and emotion-based dual latent variable generation model(Dual-LVG)for dialogue systems,which is able to generate appropriate emotional responses without an emotional *** from previous work,the conditional variational autoencoder(CVAE)adopts the standard transformer ***,Dual-LVG regularises the CVAE latent space by introducing a dual latent space of semantics and *** content diversity and emotional accuracy of the generated responses are improved by learning emotion and semantic features ***,the average attention mechanism is adopted to better extract semantic features at the sequence level,and the semi-supervised attention mechanism is used in the decoding step to strengthen the fusion of emotional features of the *** results show that Dual-LVG can successfully achieve the effect of generating different content by controlling emotional factors.

As an emerging technology, blockchain has enabled trustworthy data sharing and efficient cooperation in many industries. It can also make data traceable and auditable, which perfectly meets the regulatory demands for data security and privacy. However, the employment of blockchain is limited in some fields due to the poor scalability of the consensus mechanism. Therefore, this paper introduces a scalable consensus mechanism called RPBFT to improve the performance of large-scale systems. To demonstrate the advantage of RPBFT over classic consensus mechanism, we find a way to implement it in blockchain systems and conduct performance tests to evaluate the throughput and latency of the established systems. The results show that RPBFT is superior and more suitable for large-scale blockchain systems. © ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering 2024.
