The adaptive fading extended Kalman filter (AFEKF) is proposed for the accuracy and convergent speed problem of state of charge (SOC) estimation. This filter algorithm combines the adaptive extended Kalman filter and fading extended Kalman filter, which solves the problem of uncertainty of system noise and over-reliance on old data. The equivalent circuit model is utilized and the variable forgetting factor recursive least square(VFFRLS) is adopted to identify the model parameters. Experimental test platform is established to validate the method. Results show that the method is able to effectively improve the convergent speed and accuracy of SOC estimation, and the SOC error is less than 2%.

Uncertain factors such as the integration of renewable energy into the grid and load fluctuations have brought more risks to the safe dispatch of the grid. The random power flow is used to calculate the impact of distributed power sources and load fluctuations on the grid, and to quantify the probability distribution of line power, which can avoid the drawbacks of deterministic power flow that cannot fully reflect the line overload risk. Combining the line overload level with the traditional load shedding method can effectively prevent the system from cascading failures caused by the risk of line overload, improve the optimistic calculation results caused by the load shedding strategy in emergency situations that cannot consider source load fluctuations, and make the grid control more safe and reliable.

Nonlocality plays a fundamental role in quantum information science. Recently, it has been theoretically predicted and experimentally demonstrated that the nonlocality from an entangled pair can be shared among multiple observers using weak measurements with moderate strength. Here we report an observation of a counterintuitive result that nonlocality sharing can be achieved using weak measurements with very strong measurement strength. Our result not only sheds light on the interplay between nonlocality and quantum measurements, but also may find applications in quantum steering, unbounded randomness certification and quantum communication network. Based on GPS/Beidou technologies, dynamic safety supervision of commercial operating vehicles has played an important role in transportation industry safety. From the serious traffic accidents occurred in recent years, the major reasons were the improper safety supervision of vehicles. The traditional dynamic safety supervision mode and applications are insufficient. To make up for the lack of traditional dynamic supervision and realize the traceability and visualization of the supervision process, it is necessary to innovate the road transportation safety monitoring, with new management concepts and technologies. Based on the practical understanding of the traditional monitoring status of the industry, this paper proposes the third-party safety supervision of commercial vehicles. We successfully incorporate the application of third parties in other fields world widely and combine it with the development of vehicle dynamic monitoring technology. Through the innovative application of empirical applications in certain areas, the government bureau, enterprises, and monitoring operators all recognized the new model. The overall safety level indicators and accident data before and after the application are compared and analyzed. The results indicate that the new model has largely improved the safety level of transportation within the region. At the same time, it has broadened the scale of supervision, practically reducing the corporate costs and operating investment. The new model greatly improves the dynamic security monitoring effect, which satisfies all parties’ demands without increasing the input. At present, this model has been promoted and applied in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, which was proved to have important social and economic significance for modern transportation industries. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2019.

With the rapid developing of renewable energy, it has become a trend that a large number of distributed generations (DGs) integrate into distribution network. Existing distribution energy loss calculation method cannot quickly evaluate the effect of DGs on the distribution loss. To explore new method, the application of circuit theory-based loss calculation method is discussed in distribution network with DGs. Considering that DG has the ability of voltage regulation, namely it can play an important role in distribution voltage support, the grid connection nodes of DGs are equivalent to voltage source nodes, while the other load nodes are equivalent to current source nodes. Then the distribution loss are calculated in three parts: the loss caused by the voltage source alone, the loss caused by the single action of the current source, and the loss related to the both sources and network structure parameters. Loss calculation and discussion are done the 33-bus test distribution system with DGs. The applicability of the method in quickly evaluating the power loss of DG integrated distribution system is analysed and some valuable observation is also presented.

Taking Internet as carrier and adopting emerging information and communication technology, intelligent science and technology, "Internet+" paradigm and means are emerging and applied to the paradigm innovation, business optimization and efficiency improvement. In this paper, comparative analysis is firstly conducted on the "Internet+" paradigm and means from the perspective of paradigm, means and support technology to propose that Smart cloud manufacturing (Smart CMfg) is a scheme to match Chinese national conditions and competitive advantages. From the perspective of model-based system engineering, the incentive and feedback model of manufacturing industry development is then proposed to discuss the development path and mechanism of the transformation and upgrading of Chinese Smart CMfg-based manufacturing industry. Determination of time-and size-dependent fine particle emission with varied oil heating in an experimental kitchen

Particulate matter（PM） from cooking has caused seriously indoor air pollutant and aroused risk to human *** is urged to get deep knowledge of their spatial-temporal distribution of source emission characteristics,especially ultrafine particles（UFP ＆lt; 100 nm） and accumulation mode particles（AMP 100-555 nm）.Four commercial cooking oils are auto dipped water to simulate cooking fume under heating to 255℃ to investigate PM emission and decay features between 0.03 and 10 μm size dimension by electrical low pressure impactor（ELPI） without *** and sunflower produced high PM_（2.5） around5.1 mg/m^3,in comparison with those of soybean and corn（5.87 and 4.55 mg/m^3,respectively）at peak emission time between 340 and 450 sec since heating oil,but with the same level of particle numbers 6-9 × 10~5/cm^*** values of PM_（1.0）/PM_（2.5） and PM_（2.5）/PM_（10） at peak emission time are around 0.51-0.55 and *** 15 min naturally deposition,decay rates of PM_（1.0）,PM_（2.5） and PM_（10） are 13.3%-29.8%,20.1%-33.9%and 41.2%-54.7%,which manifest that PM_（1.0） is quite hard to decay than larger particles,PM_（2.5） and PM_（1.0）.The majority of the particle emission locates at 43 nm with the largest decay rate at 75%,and shifts to a larger size between137 and 555 nm after 15 min *** decay rates of the particles are sensitive to the oil type.

Accurate detect mill load inside the heavy rotating ball mill is one of the key factors for realizing operation optimization and control of the mineral grinding process. By using multi-source mechanical signals, such as vibration and acoustical signals at different location of the ball mill system, to construct mill load parameter forecasting(MLPF) model has been a hot and focus recently. However, a few researches about the relative accuracy and reliability contribution ratio of these different multi-source signals are addressed. It is necessary to select the suitable mechanical signal at different industrial applications. Aim to this problem, multi-source mechanical signal analysis based on linear latent structure MLPF model is studied in this paper. At first, Fast Fourier transformer(FFT) is used to obtain mechanical frequency spectrum of the time domain vibration and acoustic signals with characteristics of high dimension and strong co-linearity. Then, project to latent structure(PLS) models are build based on these spectra data. Finally, a new defined metric is used to estimate relative accuracy and reliability contribution ratio of these multi-source signals based on generalization performance and structure parameter of different prediction model. Experiments based on a laboratory-scale ball mill are used to valid the proposed method.

Investigation of sensitivity analysis and compensation parameter optimization of geometric error for five-axis machine tool

To improve the accuracy of five-axis machine tool with a swiveling head, an approach for optimizing compensation values taking into account the sensitivity of position-independent geometric error is proposed in this paper. At first, the synthetic volumetric error model of five-axis machine tool has been established with homogeneous transformation method and multibody system theory, which describes the effect of geometric error components on position and orientation error vector intuitively. Second, the probability distributions of geometric errors in workspace of machine tool are sufficiently taken into account in order to overcome the defects of the analysis at certain locations, and then, global quantitative sensitivity analysis is introduced for determining the effect of each geometric error on precision of machine tool. Next, the optimum values are obtained by multiobjective quality loss and precision robustness trade-offs based on archive-based microgenetic algorithm (AMGA) for geometric error compensation. Finally, the geometric error compensation experiments were carried out, and the results show that the accuracy of measuring trajectories are improved significantly, which reaches 73.7% after error compensation with optimum values based on sensitivity analysis. Hence, the proposed methodology of analysis and compensation are effective for analyzing the effect of geometric errors and improving the precision of machine tool. © 2017, Springer-Verlag London Ltd.

The emerging of the distributed generations in the distribution network changes the structure of the network, which used to operate without generations. However, the locations of these DGs are fixed when performing the distribution reconfiguration, which may contribute to the stability problem. The small signal stability of theses DGs in the distribution reconfiguration hasn't been well considered in the literature. This paper establishes the small signal model of the distribution system considering the dynamic model of these DGs, and proposes a model which aims to decrease the power loss of the system on the basis of guaranteeing the small signal stability. The IEEE 33 system is used to verify the rationality of this model.
