Conventional nanosecond clock synchronization protocols are generally target-type or content-type, the synchronization rate is low, which leads to the increasing of the mean value difference of synchronization, so we propose to study the design of nanosecond clock synchronization method for real-time transient simulation. Combined with the actual clock synchronization requirements, we first calculate the link congestion coefficient, adopt a multilevel approach to strengthen the synchronization rate, set up a multilevel clock synchronization protocol, based on which we determine the clock source quality coefficients and construct a nanosecond clock synchronization model for real-time transient simulation, and use redundancy processing to achieve clock synchronization. The test results show that compared with the high-efficiency phase-color clock synchronization method and the cross-clock synchronization method, the mean synchronization difference of the designed transient simulation nanosecond clock synchronization method is controlled to be less than 0.5, which indicates that the designed clock synchronization method is more efficient, stable, and targeted, and the synchronization effect is significantly improved. © 2024 IEEE.

In anticipation of future extensive lunar surface operations, lunar rovers are required to advance towards higher speeds and improved energy conservation. When traveling at high speeds on the lunar surface, the vehicle's energy expenditure is greatly amplified by the influence of the terrain, particularly in conditions where driving and steering are coupled. This paper proposes an energy-saving control strategy for lunar rovers that employs dynamic rear-axle torque distribution, with the goal of optimizing transient energy consumption during travel. To tackle the challenge of non-differentiable functions within the optimization objectives, we suggest using a zeroth-order gradient optimization method for resolution, dynamically constraining the range of control parameters to fulfill the dynamic torque distribution objectives as needed for the task. The energy-saving control effectiveness of the algorithm has been confirmed through simulation, demonstrating a minimum energy-saving ratio of at least 4%, which increases to over 11% as the speed level rises, offering a valuable technical solution for the energy optimization of lunar rovers.

Bayesian Network Based Imprecise Probability Estimation Method for Wind Power Ramp Events

Although wind power ramp events(WPREs)are relatively scarce,they can inevitably deteriorate the stability of power system operation and bring risks to the trading of electricity *** this paper,an imprecise conditional probability estimation method for WPREs is proposed based on the Bayesian network(BN)*** method uses the maximum weight spanning tree(MWST)and greedy search(GS)to build a BN that has the highest fitting degree with the observed ***,an extended imprecise Dirichlet model(IDM)is developed to estimate the parameters of the BN,which quantificationally reflect the ambiguous dependencies among the random ramp event and various meteorological *** BN is then applied to predict the interval probability of each possible ramp state under the given meteorological conditions,which is expected to cover the target probability at a specified confidence *** proposed method can quantify the uncertainty of the probabilistic ramp event ***,by using the extracted dependencies and Bayesian rules,the method can simplify the conditional probability estimation and perform reliable prediction even with scarce *** results on a real wind farm with three-year operation data illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

This paper develops a combined active and passive adaptive variable admittance compliant control algorithm for space robotic manipulators. In fact, the assembly task for space robots requires compliance and precision while ensuring avoidance of any occurrences of rigid collision throughout the process. Therefore, we design a new combined active and passive variable admittance control structure combined with the following three parts to meet these acquirements. Firstly, we develop an active variable admittance algorithm to facilitate the space robot rapid movement, enabling it to achieve higher speeds while maintaining compliance. Then, to mitigate the occurrence of unforeseen rigid collisions during the robot motion, we devise a passive variable admittance control algorithm, which aims to minimize the impact of collision events and ensure the robot safe operation. Furthermore, by employing the Lyapunov theory, a new active adaptive variable admittance control algorithm is presented for robot constant force output. Consequently, through contrast experiments, we demonstrate the effectiveness and enhanced performance of the proposed algorithm. © 2023 IEEE.

When arriving at the airport,flight needs to be served by special *** at the dynamic time window scheduling problem of airport refueling vehicles,this paper establishes a vehicle routing problem model with time window to minimize the operating ***,a multi-strategy genetic algorithm is designed to gain the solve time window scheduling problem,which employs the crossover based on particle swarm optimization to accelerate the early search capability,and the local search method based on simulated annealing to increase the local optimization *** aiming at dynamically adjusting vehicle routes on the basis of static scheduling,a local replanning strategy based on a dynamic time window is introduced,which uses the original route matching and rescheduling *** results show that the multi-strategy hybrid algorithm can effectively reduce the number of routes and vehicles the airport *** different scales' dynamic changes of time windows,the algorithm could enable vehicles to still meet time constraints and effectively minimize the change of routes.

The damage caused by the earthquake is *** the purpose of post-earthquake rescue is to reduce *** it is necessary to improve the efficiency of rescue as much as *** paper focuses on multi-agent cooperative target search in the post-earthquake rescue and how to exploit the prior information of post-disaster building to improve the searching efficiency.A regional necessity based searching strategy is proposed which utilizes pre-disaster building information and adapts to dynamic ***,the target probability map is estimated according to the distribution information of pre-disaster ***,the regional necessity map is constructed by integrating the target probability map and the perception of the environment during the search ***,the search strategy is proposed based on the regional necessity map and the particle swarm optimization *** the gradient direction of regional necessity and local optimal velocity,the agent dynamically selects the search *** comparing with other search strategies in simulation experiments,the proposed strategy could shorten the searching time and improve the searching efficiency in the small and medium-scale task ***,the search strategy can adapt to the post-earthquake dynamic environment,which is confirmed by dynamic experiments.

Virtual power plants (VPPs) struggle with peak-shaving due to unreliable distributed generation (DG) data and the intermittent nature of wind and solar power, impacting carbon emissions. This paper proposes a low-carbon dispatch strategy for VPPs based on a Bagging ensemble forecasting model. Firstly, a VPP dispatch framework based on DG output and load forecasting is established, and a Bagging ensemble forecasting model with feature selection is proposed. Secondly, the control characteristics of flexible industrial, commercial, and residential loads are analyzed to establish a control cost model, which is then integrated with the balanced relationship between wind, photovoltaic, and energy storage, as well as the carbon emission mechanism, to formulate a low-carbon dispatch model. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed strategy can improve the accuracy of DG output and load forecasting in complex feature environments while realizing the interaction between source-grid-load and reducing the generation and operation costs of the grid. © 2024 IEEE.

As more distributed energy sources integrate into distribution networks, issues such as voltage fluctuations and reduced observability become increasingly prominent. Therefore, this paper proposes an algorithm for forecasting-aided state estimation (FASE) in virtual power plants' integrated operation management platform. Firstly, a Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM)-Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) algorithm for distribution network FASE is introduced. Secondly, the integrated management of virtual power plant platforms (IM-VPPP) enhances the observability of distribution networks. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, simulations are conducted using the IEEE 33-bus standard distribution system. Results demonstrate significant advantages of the algorithm in terms of accuracy and robustness. © 2024 IEEE.
