Triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)is regarded as an effective strategy to convert environment mechanical energy into electricity to meet the distributed energy demand of large number of sensors in the Internet of Things(IoTs).Although TENG based on the coupling of triboelectrification and air-breakdown achieves a large direct current(DC)output,material abrasion is a bottleneck for its ***,inspired by primary cell and its DC signal output characteristics,we propose a novel primary cell structure TENG(PC-TENG)based on contact electrification and electrostatic induction,which has multiple working modes,including contact separation mode,freestanding mode and rotation *** PC-TENG produces DC output and operates at low surface contact *** has an ideal effective charge density(1.02 m Cm^(-2)).Meanwhile,the PC-TENG shows a superior durability with 99% initial output after 100,000 operating *** to its excellent output performance and durability,a variety of commercial electronic devices are powered by PC-TENG via harvesting wind *** work offers a facile and ideal scheme for enhancing the electrical output performance of DC-TENG at low surface contact force and shows a great potential for the energy harvesting applications in IoTs.

Active damping is commonly implemented to stabilize the LC-type voltage source inverter (VSI). Based on previous work, the effective stable region of traditional inductor-current feedback active damping control is narrow. In addition, the system cannot remain stable when fr is close to fs/6. In order to explore the reason behind this instability phenomenon, the open-loop transfer function derived from z-domain model is attained. It is confirmed that when fr is equal to fs/6, the contradiction between the crossing of −180° line and unstable poles of open-loop transfer function cannot meet the Nyquist stability criterion. Under this situation, lag compensation methods based on digital filters can be employed to reshape the open loop phase. In this paper, two different digital filters are proposed and assessed. Compared with notch filter, all-pass filter can provide more adjustable lagging phase and stability margin which can guarantee the system to satisfy the requirements of stability. Accordingly, all-pass filter is selected as the solution to reshape the phase. Finally, experimental results provided verify that the proposed method can stabilize the operation of the inverters when fr fluctuates around fs/6. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

On the basis of the existing non-intrusive Micro-Electro-Mechanical system (MEMS) voltage sensor based on charge induction, the sensing mechanism of the sensor is studied and the metal sensing structure is optimized in this paper. Firstly, the measuring principle and structure of MEMS voltage sensor are analyzed. The equivalent model of non-intrusive voltage sensor is established. The transfer function and amplitude-frequency response characteristics of voltage sensor are analyzed. And set up 10kV overhead line test environment. The input and output characteristics of the sensor are tested by experiment. The effects of different shapes and sizes of metal electrodes on the output of the sensor were compared and tested. The experimental results show that the line voltage sensor has good linear output. The increase of the area of the metal electrode will lead to the increase of the output of the sensor, and the circular arc electrode can make the sensor have better output signal. © 2023 IEEE.

Integrated Scheduling Model for Arrivals and Departures in Metroplex Terminal Area

In light of the rapid expansion of civil aviation, addressing the delays and congestion phenomena in the vicinity of metroplex caused by the imbalance between air traffic flow and capacity is crucial. This paper first proposes a bi-level optimization model for the collaborative flight sequencing of arrival and departure flights in the metroplex with multiple airports, considering both the runway systems and TMA (Terminal Control Area) entry/exit fixes. Besides, the model is adaptive to various traffic scenarios. The genetic algorithm is employed to solve the proposed model. The Shanghai TMA, located in China, is used as a case study, and it includes two airports, Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and Shanghai Pudong International Airport. The results demonstrate that the model can reduce arrival delay by 51.52%, departure delay by 18.05%, and the runway occupation time of departure flights by 23.83%. Furthermore, the model utilized in this study significantly enhances flight scheduling efficiency, providing a more efficient solution than the traditional FCFS (First Come, First Served) approach. Additionally, the algorithm employed offers further improvements over the NSGA II algorithm. Copyright © 2025, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Color constancy is widely used in the field of image processing. It can restore the color of the object itself from color deviation image. At present, color constancy methods based on statistics mainly focus on part of the image information such as brightness information. In order to better reflect the illumination from the aspect of brightness, this paper proposes a novel color constancy algorithm based on luminance weighting, and discusses the influence of different luminance block sizes on light source prediction. The experiments demonstrate that the proposed color constancy algorithm decrease by 10.17%, 4.79% and 7.66% in mean, median and trimean angular errors compared with the optimal algorithm. © 2022 IEEE.

Transmission safety and capacity of overhead transmission lines are important for the electric power system. Icing seriously threatens the security of power delivery, reflected in the line galloping and line-tower collapsing. Here, novel anti-icing aluminum (AI) conductors with different diameters were successfully prepared by anodization techniques. The superhydrophobicity and glaze icing behavior of all specimens were verified. Furthermore, the transmission capacity of prepared Al conductors was evaluated by up- current experiments. Line loss of all Al conductors was calculated and determined by mathematical formulations. Results show that anodized Al conductors exhibit good anti-icing properties and increased transmission capacity, attributed to the superhydrophobicity and heat dissipation of the nanopores micro-structure. The good anti-icing properties and large transmission capacity make the anodized overhead transmission line the potential low-cost candidate to improve transmission safety and capacity. © 2023 IEEE.

Ti at the oxidation states of Ti^(3+)and Ti^(4+),was used to enhance the performance of Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(2)F_(2)O by partially substituting *** doping Ti,the crystallographic volume is decreased due to the less radii of Ti^(3+/4+),and the valence of Ti is demonstrated identical to *** sodium insertion in Ti-doped Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(2)F_(2)O,the two discharge plateaus split into three because of the rearrangement of local redox ***,the optimized Na_(3)V_(0.96)Ti_(0.04)(PO_(4))_(2)F_(2)O shows a specific capacity of 123 and 63 mA·h/g at 0.1C and 20C,*** 350 cycles at 0.5C,the capacity is gradually reduced corresponding to a retention of 71.05%.The significantly improved performance is attributed to the rapid electrochemical kinetics,and showcases the strategy of replacing V^(3+/4+)with Ti^(3+/4+)for high-performance vanadium-based oxyfluorophosphates.

Influences of the ambient humidity and temperature on the material removal and wear behaviors on the soft-brittle KDP optics lithographed by the AFM probes

KDP (K2HPO4) crystals possess excellent nonlinear electro-optical properties and are often employed as Pockels cells and frequency converters. Ink-free DPN (IF-DPN) provides a promising method to lithograph surface nano-patterns in KDP optics to improve their laser damage resistances. However, material removal and wear behaviors are greatly affected by humidity and temperature. In this work, theoretical analyses at atomic- and electronic-scales are performed based on molecular dynamics and ab initio to study lithography behaviors (indentation and scratching) for IF-DPN. Lithography experiments with different humidity and temperatures are also executed on KDP substrate, which align well with theoretical results. During indentation processes, surface materials are squeezed into substrate, leading to deep subsurface damages and significant material recoveries. While the scratching processes would cause intense surface material stripping, and sharp-edge of AFM probe facilitates this process. Numerous K-related chemical structure defects would emerge during the lithography processes, which is the predisposition of microstructure change inside KDP crystal. The binding processes of AFM probe, water, and KDP crystal are spontaneous exothermic reactions. Bonding reactions of Si-O, Si-H, and O-H covalent bonds would expedite the wear of AFM probe and KDP crystal. The humidity affects lithography behaviors mainly through chemical dissolution actions, reducing surface integrity and structural strength of KDP crystal and facilitating material stripping. The high humidity would intensify the hydroxylation reaction occurring on AFM probe and KDP crystal surfaces, enhancing their hydrophilicity. The high temperature would result in a reduction of the condensed water meniscus and adsorbed water film, weakening chemical actions of IF-DPN. Power cables are one of the most important devices in the power system. In order to diagnose the aging state of XLPE cable insulation, this paper carried out 90°C, 120°C, 150°C accelerated thermal aging experiments and accelerated water tree aging experiments on the cable section samples in the laboratory, tested and analyzed the changing laws of tanδ-f curves, Lissajous figures and current harmonic content of different samples. The experimental results show that for the cable section samples with internal water tree aging, the Lissajous figure inclination angle is significantly larger than that of the thermal aging samples, and the harmonic component of the current is mainly within tenth order. With the increase of aging time, the characteristics will be more obvious, so the ageing type of the cable can be distinguished. At the same time, the minor axis length of the Lissajous figure and the harmonic distortion within the tenth order THD10 have a good correlation with the tanδ of the cable, which can be used to judge the aging degree of the cable. © 2023 IEEE.

Recently, more attention has been paid to the humidity-related failure of power devices, and some failure is related to thermal resistance increment at an early stage during aging tests. However, this phenomenon still needs further verification. In this article, the influence of humidity on the thermal resistance of power devices is studied based on three kinds of DUTs packaged with epoxy molding compound (EMC) and silica gel with/without baseplate. The results show that moisture can invade DUT and cause transient thermal impedance Zth variation in two aspects, one corresponds to the case surface of DUTs, and the other corresponds to the solder layer of DUTs. © VDE VERLAG GMBH · Berlin · Offenbach.
