Phase change cooling system is a key component of high power electronic equipment, and its insulation performance plays a very important role in the stable operation of power system. Aiming at the problem of two-phase flow charging in the phase change cooling system, a device for generating and detecting two-phase flow charging is designed in this paper, and a test method for two-phase flow and single-phase flow charging is proposed. First of all, it can generate two-phase flow, control the two-phase flow in a certain boiling state to measure the flush current, simulate the actual condition of phase change media in high-power power electronic equipment. Secondly, it can measure the charging of single-phase liquid flow at the same time and compare the charging degree of the same phase change medium in the two-phase state and the monomeric state. In this paper, an augmented reality-based perceptual feedback method of dexterous prosthesis has been proposed, which can establish an intuitive and convenient feedback pathway and reduce the use load of prosthetic hands. The proprioception and force feedback strategy was proposed and established based on augmented reality technology. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the above strategies are verified by experiments. First, the feasibility of the proprioception feedback strategy is tested, and then the force feedback strategy is tested. The experimental results show that the proposed method establishes an effective perceptual feedback closed-loop control, improving patients' cognition of the prosthesis, including force, grasping gestures and other information, and improving users' perception ability.

Due to the excellent mechanical,chemical,and electrical properties of third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide(SiC),pressure sensors utilizing this material might be able to operate in extreme environments with temperatures exceeding 300℃.However,the significant output drift at elevated temperatures challenges the precision and stability of ***-time in situ temperature monitoring of the pressure sensor chip is highly important for the accurate compensation of the pressure *** this study,we fabricate platinum(Pt)thin-film resistance temperature detectors(RTDs)on a SiC substrate by incorporating aluminum oxide(Al_(2)O_(3))as the transition layer and utilizing aluminum nitride(AIN)grooves for alignment through microfabrication *** composite layers strongly adhere to the substrate at temperatures reaching 950℃,and the interface of the Al2O3/Pt bilayer remains stable at elevated temperatures of approximately 950 *** stability contributes to the excellent high-temperature electrical performance of the Pt RTD,enabling it to endure temperatures exceeding 850℃ with good *** characteristics establish a basis for the future integration of Pt RTD in SiC pressure ***,tests and analyses are conducted on the interfacial diffusion,surface morphological,microstructural,and electrical properties of the Pt flms at various annealing *** can be inferred that the tensile stress and self-diffusion of Pt films lead to the formation of hillocks,ultimately reducing the electrical performance of the Pt thin-flm *** increase the upper temperature threshold,steps should be taken to prevent the agglomeration of Pt films.

BACKGROUND: In an online issue tracking system, e.g., GitHub Issue Tracker, feature requests and the associated comment stream provide valuable crowd-generated knowledge for requirements elicitation. To decide whether a feature request should be accepted or not, stakeholders need to identify the comments for/against the feature and understand the two-sided opinions, which is time- and effort-consuming considering the abundant information embedded in lengthy comment stream per feature request. AIMS: This paper proposes VoteBot for automatically detecting stance (for/against) and summarizing the related opinions on a feature request, which can facilitate the decision making (i.e., voting) of feature requests. To our best knowledge, such an approach is previously unexplored for crowd-based requirements elicitation. METHOD: VoteBot is a relation-aware approach, which incorporates three types of relations among the comments or among the comment sentences to better understand the discussions about feature requests. Specifically, it extracts the reply-to relation among the comments, and incorporates it into a BERT-based classifier for stance detection. It also designs a graph-based ranking algorithm, and incorporates semantic relevance and argumentative relations for stance summarization. RESULTS: The automatic evaluation on 250 feature requests with 6,598 comments from five GitHub projects, and the evaluation with practitioners on five new projects, show the promising results. CONCLUSIONS: VoteBot is effective in stance detection and stance summarization, and potentially useful for understanding feature requests and associated discussions in real-world practice. © 2023 IEEE.

开发具有优异抗氧化性能的高熵二硼化物对于扩展其在极端环境中的潜在应用至关重要.本文通过调控W含量首次制备出了具有优异抗氧化性能的非等摩尔(Hf,Zr,Ta,W)B_(2)高熵二硼化物.采用机器学习对材料氧化深度进行了量化分析,发现制备的(Hf_(0.28)Zr_(0.28)Ta_(0.28)W_(0.15))B_(2)样品在1473–1773 K温度范围内具有优异的抗氧化性能,这主要是因为适量的WO_(3)可以有效抑制B_(2)O_(3)的挥发.此外,由于Hf和Zr元素的优先氧化以及氧化产物的扩散激活能差异,1773 K下生成的产物层形成了一个四层结构.通过计算的相稳定性图以及氧原子与不同金属吸附位点之间的吸附能和电荷转移,进一步证明了Hf和Zr元素的优先氧化.具有优异抗氧化性能的非等摩尔(Hf_(0.28)Zr_(0.28)Ta_(0.28)W_(0.15))B_(2)高熵二硼化物在超高温结构材料领域具有潜在的应用前景.

As the number of cores in large-scale chip multiprocessors (CMPs) grows, the complexity and overhead of directory-based cache coherence protocols become increasingly important. To reduce the cost of coherence protocol, previous studies classified data into private and shared, and used different coherence protocols for them. On the one hand, private data can be taken out of coherence. On the other hand, because of the spatial locality of private data, a coarse-grained directory can be used to reduce the directory storage. This paper proposes RG_VIPS, a simple coherence protocol based on region granularity directory. We use a write-through protocol for private data and a write-back protocol for shared data. Compared to previous work VIPS, RG_VIPS eliminates OS dependencies and also implements a simple cache coherence protocol (only two stable protocol states, Valid and Invalid) with finer granularity. Simulation of a 16-core CMP with PARSEC shows that the RG_VIPS protocol has little impact on the performance while simplifying the protocol. © 2022 IEEE.

Self‐regulating high‐temperature superconducting(HTS)flux pumps enable direct current injection into a closed‐loop superconducting coil without any electrical *** this work,the process of charging a coil by a self‐regulating HTS flux pump is examined in detail by numerical *** proposed model combines an H‐formulation finite element method(FEM)model with an electrical circuit,enabling a comprehensive evaluation of the overall performance of self‐regulating HTS flux pumps while accurately capturing local *** results indicate that the proposed model can capture all the critical features of a self‐regulating HTS flux pump,including superconducting properties and the impact of the secondary *** the numerical results are compared to the experimental data,the presented model is found to be acceptable both qualitatively and *** on this model,we have demonstrated how the addition of a milliohm range,normal‐conducting secondary resistance in series with the charging loop can improve the charging *** addition,its impact on the charging performance is revealed,including the maximum achievable current,charging speed,and the generated *** modeling approach employed in this study can be generalized to the optimization and design of various types of flux pumps,potentially expediting their practical application.

Based on the meshing method, a representation and conflict detection method for the traditional airspace is designed. The method performs grid representation and conflict detection for the traditional geometric airspace. Firstly, the global airspace is divided and gridded, and all grids are coded and expressed digitally;Next, a grid coded multiway tree is established by using the latitude, longitude and height codes of the airspace grid to represent the traditional geometric airspace;Finally, the airspace conflict detection method based on grid is constructed. According to the airspace grid multiway tree, the conflict airspace grid is obtained and the conflict area is represented by the conflict airspace grid. Simulation results show that this method can improve the efficiency of conflict detection compared with the traditional conflict detection algorithm. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
