Aiming at the problems of large size, limited measurement band range and high cost of traditional voltage transformers, this paper designs a new electric field sensor based on the D-dot principle, which is only the size of a coin and the volume is greatly reduced. The static response and frequency characteristics of the sensor are tested by the built sensor performance test platform, and the test results show that the sensor can produce good static response for different waveforms, and the measurement frequency range is between 10Hz-l0kHz and has good linearity, which can not only realize low-frequency measurement but also meet the requirements of high-frequency measurement. Furthermore, the sensor is placed under the simulated transmission line, and the experimental results show that the output law of the sensor is consistent with the simulation results under different spacing and different voltage levels, in line with the electromagnetic field distribution law. Finally, the cost is compared and analyzed, and the analysis shows that the sensor has a high cost performance, which shows that the sensor has broad practical application prospects. © 2023 IEEE.

Masked image modeling (MIM), as a self-supervised learning paradigm in computer vision, has gained widespread attention among researchers. MIM operates by training the model to predict masked patches of the image. Given the sparse nature of image semantics, it is imperative to devise a masking strategy that steers the model towards reconstructing high-semantic regions. However, conventional mask strategies often miss these high-semantic regions or lack alignment with the masks and semantics. To solve this, we propose the Global Patch-wise Attention (GPA) framework, a transferable and efficient framework for MIM pre-training. We observe that the attention between patches can be the metric of identifying high-semantic regions, which can guide the model to learn more effective representations. Therefore, we firstly define the global patch-wise attention via vision transformer blocks. Then we design the soft-to-hard mask generation to guide the model gradually focusing on high semantic regions identified by GPA (GPA as a teacher). Finally, we design an extra task to predict GPA (GPA as a feature). Experiments conducted under various settings demonstrate that our proposed GPA framework enables MIM to learn better representations, which benefit the model across a wide range of downstream tasks. Furthermore, our GPA framework can be easily and effectively transferred to various MIM architectures. © 2024 ACM.

The traditional color system of Beijing Forbidden City is comprehensive and complex. The research focuses on collecting color data from the Forbidden City, analyzing subjective and objective color attributes, and compute architectural color image scale. First this research used K-means algorithm to extract the theme color cards of Beijing Forbidden City. Subsequently, single colors were extracted using the idea of community detection, and matching colors were extracted based on the thought of association rule mining. Then this research extracted objective attributes of colors and designed experiments to quantify subjective attributes. Finally, the color subjective and objective data fitting was completed. This outcome is helpful for the digital preservation of traditional colors and the advancement of color culture inheritance practices. © 2024 IEEE.

The creation of Chinese dance dramas plays an important role in the dissemination of Chinese culture in the context of pluralistic unity. As one of the outstanding poetry dramas in the past two years, 'The Journey of a Legendary Landscape Painting' (JLLP) has rich national cultural connotations and aesthetic value in its stage costume colors. This article first studied the data extraction method of stage costume colors based on clustering and association rule mining, and constructed the color dataset for JLLP. On this basis, the color semantic mining and extraction including subjective and objective factors were conducted. Finally, combined with color semantics, the character personality of JLLP was further analyzed. The research results show that the color extraction method designed in this article can accurately preserve the color characteristics of stage costumes. In addition, the costume colors of JLLP play a good supporting role in shaping the character personality. © 2024 IEEE.

Machinery health monitoring under time-varying speed conditions is an ongoing challenge, where the significant variations in rotational speed frequently result in false alarms and missed defect detections. In this paper, a simple method, i.e., dynamic contrast analyzer (DC-Analyzer), is proposed to generate health indicators for machinery self-adaptive monitoring. Contrastive learning is used to adjust the representational features of vibration signals with various speeds, which facilitates the self-extraction of manifold trend over speeds. A minor network is proposed to perform feature regression between rotational speeds and vibrational representations for condition alignment. The final health indicators of rotating machinery can be obtained by calculating the feature similarity of real-time vibrational representations and corresponding approximate features from the regressor. The effectiveness of DC- Analyzer is verified on a rolling bearing test rig. The results show that the proposed method outperforms those representative approaches in health indicator generating, which provides more potential for the issue of dynamic and time-varying conditions. © 2024 IEEE.

Millet agriculture,which originated in northern China,alongside rice agriculture,have nurtured the Chinese *** manuring practices likely promoted and maintained sustainable millet agricultural production in the loess area of northern ***,ongoing controversy exists regarding the indicators of prehistoric manuring intensity of foxtail millet(Setaria italica)and common millet(Panicum miliaceum).Here,we present the results of pot and field fertilization experiments on two millet *** findings suggest that manuring can significantly increase the δ^(15)N values of foxtail millet,and its δ^(15)N values increase with increasing manuring *** δ^(15)N values of foxtail millet leaves are systematically greater than those of grains by approximately 1.6‰.Manuring could have a long-term residual impact on increasing the δ^(15)N values of soil and millet *** with previous crop fertilization experiment results,we propose that the impact of manuring on the δ^(15)N values of non-nitrogen-fixing crops is roughly *** δ^(15)N value and amount of manure are key factors determining the extent of change in plant δ^(15)N *** millet grain δ^(15)N values can serve as reliable indicators of manuring ***,we provide an interpretive framework for assessing the correlation between manuring levels and the δ^(15)N values of archaeological millet *** δ^(15)N values of ancient millet grains suggest widespread and intensive manuring practices in prehistoric millet agriculture in northern China,spanning from the early Yangshao period to the Longshan period.

Due to the prediction errors and diverse driving styles of surrounding vehicles, traffic congestion and even accidents can occur in the traffic bottleneck area where vehicles merge into the main road. To ensure that connected and automated vehicles (CAVs) can quickly and efficiently merge into the main road, this paper proposes a cooperative trajectory planning method based on optimal control for vehicle cut-in scenarios. A optimal control model is constructed, and a quintic polynomial is used to generate the initial solution of the optimal control problem to accelerate the solution process and improve the success rate. Finally, The obtained merging trajectory is then synchronized with the movement of vehicles on the main road to optimize their actions and ensure a safe merging process. Joint simulation with Robot Operating system (ROS) and RVIZ is utilized, and the results show that the proposed algorithm can quickly obtain cooperative results, the locally successful merging trajectory meets the requirements of smoothness and safety, and if the solution does not allow merging, the merging vehicle is instructed to terminate the execution. © 2023 IEEE.

Mixed Aleatory-epistemic Uncertainty Modeling of Wind Power Forecast Errors in Operation Reliability Evaluation of Power systems

As the share of wind power in power systems continues to increase, the limited predictability of wind power generation brings serious potential risks to power system reliability. Previous research works have generally described the uncertainty of wind power forecast errors(WPFEs) based on normal distribution or other standard distribution models, which only characterize the aleatory uncertainty. In fact, epistemic uncertainty in WPFE modeling due to limited data and knowledge should also be addressed. This paper proposes a multi-source information fusion method(MSIFM) to quantify WPFEs when considering both aleatory and epistemic uncertainties. An extended focal element(EFE) selection method based on the adequacy of historical data is developed to consider the characteristics of WPFEs. Two supplementary expert information sources are modeled to improve the accuracy in the case of insufficient historical data. An operation reliability evaluation technique is also developed considering the proposed WPFE model. Finally,a double-layer Monte Carlo simulation method is introduced to generate a time-series output of the wind power. The effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed MSIFM are demonstrated through simulation results.
