Low-temperature atmospheric pressure plasma has important application value in the fields of material surface modification, waste gas and wastewater treatment, sterilization and disinfection. High voltage nanosecond pulse with rapid rise time can provide a higher constrained electric field, which could quickly ionize the gas and make the electrons quickly obtain higher kinetic energy. Higher density of free electrons and stronger chemically active substances will produce. Therefore, the high voltage nanosecond pulse generator is an efficient plasma excitation source with wide prospects. This paper proposes a 10. 7kV nanosecond pulse generator based on pulse forming line and variable impedance transmission line transformer(VITLT). The proposed pulse generator uses the inductance in the transmission line as the energy storage unit. The magnetic energy stored in the transmission line is released by MOSFET with a fast turn off speed to form nanosecond pulse. An interesting fact is that a variable impedance transmission line transformer is applied to multiply the output voltage of single module circuit. In addition, it can achieve modular pulse superposition through transmission line time isolation method to generate high voltage output. Finally, this paper carried out experimental research. The experiment results of single module circuit show that VITLT can achieve multiple increase of voltage amplitude. The output pulse amplitude of single module is 2kV, and the pulse width is 12 ns. A 7-stage multi-module stacker was built which can produce a high-voltage nanosecond pulse output with voltage amplitude of 10.7 kV, pulse width of 15 ns and repetition frequency of 200 kHz. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper proposes a modified iterative learning control(MILC)periodical feedback-feedforward algorithm to reduce the vibration of a rotor caused by coupled unbalance and parallel *** control of the vibration of the rotor is provided by an active magnetic actuator(AMA).The iterative gain of the MILC algorithm here presented has a self-adjustment based on the magnitude of the *** filters are adopted to extract the synchronous(1×Ω)and twice rotational frequency(2×Ω)components of the rotor *** the notch frequency of the filter and the size of feedforward storage used during the experiment have a real-time adaptation to the rotational *** method proposed in this work can provide effective suppression of the vibration of the rotor in case of sudden changes or fluctuations of the rotor *** and experiments using the MILC algorithm proposed here are carried out and give evidence to the feasibility and robustness of the technique proposed.

Passive radar based on Frequency Modulation (FM) Broadcast, Digital Video Broadcasting for Terrestrial (DVB-T), Digital Terrestrial Multimedia Broadcast (DTMB) and other low-frequency signals is of great concern, which can be used for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) detection. This paper establishes the echo model of the multi-rotor UAV and analyzes the range-Doppler characteristics with different flight states in the low-frequency passive radar. The results show that the micro-Doppler generated by the rotor in the low frequency is no longer the sinusoidal form, but the discrete frequency point, which produces multiple frequency lines in the range-Doppler image. The conclusion is confirmed by the field experiment, which has reference significance for multi-rotor UAV recognition. © The Institution of Engineering & technology 2023.

When the virtual synchronous generator (VSG) works in a grid with distorted voltages, it is difficult to guarantee the quality of its output currents. The existing harmonic suppression schemes are limited in various aspects. In this paper, a new voltage-current hybrid control (VCHC) scheme is proposed. At the fundamental frequency, VCHC is equivalent to voltage control to follow the fundamental voltage command from the VSG power control loop. VCHC is equivalent to current control at harmonic frequencies, which can suppress harmonic currents introduced by distorted grid voltages. Compared to existing methods, VCHC can greatly improve the output current quality of VSG without adding additional sensors or inductors. Finally, a 15kW experimental prototype was built and the experimental results verified the effectiveness of VCHC. © 2023 The Korean Institute of Power Electronics.

In this paper, a dual-band filter with flexible frequency allocation is proposed using novel dual-mode T-shaped dielectric resonator (DR). Benefiting from the hybrid electromagnetic boundary and triangular chamfers on DRs, dual-mode frequencies could be manipulated independently while keeping wide spurious-free window. Then not only tiny but also large frequency ratios could be both achieved via the presented structure. Moreover, mechanisms of independent adjustments on external and internal couplings are investigated, facilitating flexible dual-band bandwidth control. For verification, a three-order dual-band filter operating at 1.8 and 2.1 GHz is designed. The exhibited low loss and high selectivity within compact size illustrate the proposed filter at high-standard multiband communication systems. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the phenomenon that the novel coronavirus pneumonia virus is easy to spread in large-scale indoor venues with dense people in recent years, we proposed a method of querying close contacts for epidemic prevention and control in large-scale indoor venues. Firstly, we obtain the location information of all personnel in the indoor venue at all times and store them in a time sequence database. Secondly, determine the personnel and the time period that need to be inquired, and divide the time period into several time slices according to the situation of this personnel entering and leaving different areas in the indoor venue. Finally, settle and count the relevant information of other personnel who have close contact with the personnel need to be required in each time slice, summarize the close connection situation of all time slices, and realize the analysis of the close contact situation of the personnel need to be required. Through experimental verification, this invention can quickly and accurately analyze the close connection situation in large-scale indoor venue with dense personnel, and provide strong guarantee for epidemic prevention and control of indoor venues. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The utilization of intelligent vehicles for detecting road anomalies has become a relatively common phenomenon. The existing road disease detection workload is large, the robustness is not high, and small diseases are easily ignored, which brings huge challenges to road disease detection. A road disease detection model named RDDS based on YOLOv5 is proposed. Based on the YOLOv5 algorithm, we incorporate Transformer encoder blocks into the head part to form Transformer Prediction Heads (TFE), expanding their number to four. This enhancement aims to improve the model's capability to detect small targets and road diseases of different scales. In addition, we introduce the convolutional block attention model (CBAM) to make the network pay more attention to important channels and spatial locations, thereby improving the performance and generalization ability of the model. Aiming at the problems of low resolution and insufficient data volume in current road disease data sets, we propose a new road disease detection data set RDDSC. Finally, we conducted experiments on the RDDSC data set. The experimental results showed that compared with the original YOLOv5, the RDDS parameters increased slightly, while the detection accuracy was significantly improved. Compared with existing detection algorithms, RDDS has obvious advantages in road disease detection. © 2024 IEEE.

The quality of porcine oocytes determines the developmental potential of early porcine embryos, while the quality of porcine oocytes can be qualitatively described by their mechanical properties. In previous studies, porcine oocytes were often considered as a homogeneous spheroid, which was clearly contrary to its physiological structure consisting of multiple layers of components from the inside out. In this study, we first measured the mechanical properties of different subcellular components of porcine oocytes in situ using atomic force microscopy(AFM). The whole porcine oocyte and cytoplasm were subjected to multiple single-point indentations in situ under ramp mode, and the Young's modulus was obtained by fitting the force curve with the Sneddon model. In ramp mode, when the preset force was reached, the magnitude of the force was kept unchanged and the change of probe position was recorded to obtain the viscoelastic properties of each subcellular component. Then, a finite element model of porcine oocytes was established. Finally, we performed narrow-neck pipette pass-through experiments and suction penetration experiments of porcine oocytes to verify the accuracy of our model. The finite element model of porcine oocytes established by us is of great significance for further study of oocyte micromanipulation under different conditions.

The operational safety of aircraft and vehicles at the airport currently mainly relies on the ATC and drivers, and there is a risk of collision caused by negligence of personnel. At present, control voice and video surveillance are important information that can be obtained from mode information, but they are not fully integrated into the control automation system application. Through the intelligent pattern recognition technology, the control voice and video monitoring information are recognized and processed, and the control system is integrated into the control system to accurately determine the operation trend of the airport target, and promptly give warnings, which has important practical significance. In response to this need, this paper studies structured command generation based on control voice, three-dimensional relationship calculation based on target semantics, future trajectory prediction and target conflict warning methods, to achieve knowledge-incorporated flight conflict detection between airport targets, and automate air traffic control system application method is designed to provide support for airport operation safety guarantee. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The bad weather would affect the operation of airport. Improving capability of weather information detection can guarantee efficient operation of airport. Some air traffic management systems are able to extract the weather information from the radar signal. Some kinds of text include weather information during actual operations, such as aerodrome hazardous weather warning. Current ATM systems cannot process texts due to unstructured characteristics. Compared with radar signal, the aerodrome hazardous weather warning consists of human’s prior experience, which is more useful in application of situation awareness. This paper proposes a deep-learning approach for weather information extraction, which can improve the capacity of aerodrome hazardous weather warning information extraction. The method applies the named entity recognition model to extract the information such as weather type, weather state, speed and direction of wind, starting and end time, etc. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
