In this paper, we introduce InternVL 1.5, an open-source multimodal large language model(MLLM) to bridge the capability gap between open-source and proprietary commercial models in multimodal understanding. We introduce three simple improvements.(1) Strong vision encoder: we explored a continuous learning strategy for the large-scale vision foundation model — InternViT-6B, boosting its visual understanding capabilities, and making it can be transferred and reused in different LLMs.(2) Dynamic high-resolution: we divide images into tiles ranging from 1 to 40 of 448×448 pixels according to the aspect ratio and resolution of the input images, which supports up to 4K resolution input.(3) High-quality bilingual dataset: we carefully collected a high-quality bilingual dataset that covers common scenes, document images,and annotated them with English and Chinese question-answer pairs, significantly enhancing performance in optical character recognition(OCR) and Chinese-related tasks. We evaluate InternVL 1.5 through a series of benchmarks and comparative studies. Compared to both open-source and proprietary commercial models, InternVL 1.5 shows competitive performance, achieving state-of-the-art results in 8 of 18 multimodal benchmarks. Al-Si alloys have excellent corrosion resistance,low thermal expansion coefficient,and high strength-to-weight ratio,which make them widely used in structural components in the automotive and aerospace industries[1,2].However,the coarseα-Al dendrites result in poor mechanical properties[3,4],and the widely used Al-5Ti-B(all compositions are in wt.%unless otherwise specified)refiner fails in as-cast aluminum alloys with high silicon content(≥5 wt.%)due to the Si-poisoning effect[5,6].Fortunately,in order to overcome Si-poisoning,a series of refiners have been ***-B refiner is effective for refining aluminum alloys with high silicon content,but it is easy to be poisoned by Ti/Zr[7,8].Al-Nb-B[9–11]and Al-V-B[12]refiners have a certain ability to overcome Si-poisoning,while the nucleating particles have a large density and are easy to agglomerate and settle,leading to the grain refinement fading ***-Ti-C-B refiner realizes the anti-Si/Zrpoisoning ofα-Al grain refinement based on the evolving effect of a doped TCB complex[13,14].Al-Ti-Nb-B refiner prepared with Nb partially substituted Ti can improve the refinement level of Al-10Si alloy to 109–125μm[15,16].However,the existing preparation method of the refiner uses pure Nb powder as raw material,resulting in high preparation costs,which limits its application in industry to a certain extent.

The output of new energy represented by wind power and photovoltaic power features volatility and randomness. It is a practical approach to use the guaranteed rate with statistical characteristics to analyze the output coefficient of new energy. However, there is a lack of analysis and demonstration on the value of the new energy output guaranteed rate. To solve this problem, a selection method for the new energy output guaranteed rate considering optimal energy storage configuration is proposed. First, the influence of the new energy output guaranteed rate on the new energy output coefficient is analyzed. Secondly, with the goal of minimizing the comprehensive costs, an optimal configuration model of energy storage based on the output guaranteed rate of new energy is constructed, and particle swarm optimization is used for the optimization solution. Then, according to the optimal energy storage configuration results under different guaranteed rates, a reasonable new energy output guaranteed rate is determined by maximizing the comprehensive benefits obtained from energy storage. Finally, an example applied to the power grid in an area of Guangdong in Southern China is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Chemical looping dry reforming of methane(CL-DRM)is a highly efficient process that converts two major greenhouse gases(CH_(4)and CO_(2))into syngas ready for the feedstock of liquid fuel *** of the major obstacles facing this technology now is creating oxygen carriers that are stable and *** fabricated highperformance Sr_(0.98)Fe_(0.7)Co_(0.3)O_(3-δ)perovskite-structured oxygen carrier by combining A-site defects and B-site doping of SrFeO_(3-δ).During isothermal CL-DRM tests at 850℃,Sr_(0.98)Fe_(0.7)Co_(0.3)O_(3-δ)achieved 87%CH_(4)conversion and 94%CO selectivity in the CH_(4)partial oxidation reaction,followed by a syngas yield of 8.5 mmol/g,and CO yield of 4.2 mmol/g in CO_(2)decomposition.A-site defect engineering of the perovskite creates abundant oxygen vacancies and enhances oxygen storage capacity(OSC).Co-doping of the B-site of Sr_(0.98)FeO_(3-δ)increases oxygen mobility and CH_(4)/CO_(2)activation,resulting in high activity in the CL-DRM *** methodology resulted in high ionic mobility and facilitated the rapid diffusion of oxygen in the bulk phase,thereby increasing the redox properties of SrFeO_(3-δ).The oxygen carrier exhibits excellent structural stability and regeneration ability in successive redox *** strategy offers a simple but very effective pathway to tailor OSC,oxygen mobility,and oxygen vacancies of perovskite-structured materials for chemical looping or redox-involved processes.

Due to the presence of nitrogen,nitrogen-containing volatile organic compounds(NVOCs) are more difficult to remove than conventional volatile organic compounds(VOCs).Both catalytic activity and N_(2)selectivity should be considered in the design of suitable catalysts.A series of Ag/Ce-Zr solid solution(Ag/CZ)catalysts were prepared and applied to the catalytic oxidation of N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF).Redox ability and acidity were regulated by modifying the Zr *** introduction of Zr promoted the formation of active oxygen species until the molar ratio of Zr reached 0.5,after which the formation ***,adding Zr increased the number of weak and medium acidic sites,which significantly improved DMF *** improved DMF adsorption hindered the combination of nitrogen and active oxygen,thus reducing the generation of NO_(x)***,the Ag/CZ(5:5) catalyst,with suitable redox ability and acidity,exhibited the highest activity(T_(90)=176℃),the lowest elimination temperature of organic compounds(T=255℃),satisfactory N_(2)yield(95%-75% in the range of 240-400℃),and outstanding stability under both common and humid conditions(at least50 h).The reaction mechanism was investigated based on the in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DRIFTS) *** the catalytic oxidation of DMF,the surface lattice oxygen directly participated in the dehydrogenation and dissociation of the C(O)-N *** generated dimethylamine(DMA) was then oxidized by active oxygen species to form the final product.
