Internet inquiry is playing an increasingly important role as the complement of the traditional medical service system, especially the similar cases recommendation. It can not only save the patients' waiting time, but also make use of the historical resources, for many cases with the same purpose have been solved perfectly. However, because of the diversity and non-standard of the patients' descriptions, the inquiry platform cannot find the cases with similar semantic easily. Most traditional retrieval methods require the overlap of two sentences, and this is not suitable with the diversity and non-standard descriptions. In this paper, we try to utilize the sentences' semantic representation in a continuous space to understand the cases, and then recommend the similar cases. We also incorporate it into query likelihood language models, trying to get better results. Our experimental data are all collected from a real internet inquiry platform, and the results show that our methods significantly outperform the state-of-the-art translation based methods for similar cases recommendation.

In this article, I would like to share my daughter's experience on self-STEAM education. In our daily life, she can always find problems and then dream them with her imagination, finally narrows down her solutions to solve problems in her own way. During these problem-solving processes, I noticed that she went through sciences, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics in a very natural way. So I would like to say, STEAM is the way we learn and grow ever since we were born. But later at school, we are trained in a way that subjects are completely disconnected. It might take time to change this situation at school, but at home, as parents, we need to realize that children can discover new things by themselves even from young ages, and provide rich learning environment for them and let them "STEAM " themselves in their own way.

Virtual Reality(VR) is a three-dimensional computergenerated virtual world. It is essential to introduced VR technology to education area to develop new teaching mode to improve the efficiency and quality of teaching and learning. Among them, VR classroom has quickly become most dazzling star with its subversive advantage. This paper proposes an overall integration solution of VR classroom, including its composition, its scene design of various disciplines and its main advantage. Finally, a case study of a geography lesson is provided to show its advantages and strong potentiality.

Long-term trends in fog and boundary layer characteristics in Tianjin,China

Long-term trends in fog episodes, vertical variations of atmospheric boundary structure, and air pollutant concentrations during two different heavy fog events in the Tianjin area were analyzed. The total amount of fog has increased since 1980 due to the stability of the boundary layer and an increase of pollutant emissions. The variation in the characteristics of the boundary layer and air pollutant concentrations were significantly different between the two fog processes （fog I and fog ll）. The onset of fog I was accompanied by a temperature inversion in the low atmosphere, and the average kinetic energy showed a clear diurnal trend and vertical variation, which increased with height. The dissipation of fog I was mainly due to turbulence. However, the atmospheric stratification was not stable in the lower layer before the onset of fog If. The diurnal and vertical changes in kinetic energy were very small, in which turbulent momentum at each measurement height tended to be zero. In the dissipation process of fogⅡ, wind speed increased significantly. Surface PM2.s concentrations decreased, but the ratio of PMzs to PM10 increased from 0.66 to 0.82 until fog I dissipated. However, the concentration of PMzs did not decrease at the early stage of fog Ⅱ, but the ratio of PM2.5 to PM10 PM2.5JPM10 decreased to 0.21 when fog Ⅱ dissipated. This study showed that there was a clear difference in the evolution of pollutant concentration for different pollutants and in different developing stages during the fog events. PM2.5 concentration accumulated faster than those of SO2 and NOx, and the PM2.5 cumulative rate was greater in the mid-term of the fog process.

The power system needs to coordinate the economic dispatch and the carbon emission under the carbon market. The CO 2 emission characteristics of different generation resources arc analyzed, then generation resources are divided into three categories: high , low and zero carbon emission. Considering the carbon capture unit and the demand response, the Low-Carbon Economic Dispatch model is established with carbon trading cost included in the objective function. To take the uncertainty of carbon price caused by multiple uncertain factors into consideration, a new low-carbon economic dispatch model is built, which uses Conditional Value-at-Risk(CVaR) method to recalculate the carbon trading cost. The YALMIP software is applied to solve the proposed model. The case studies show that low-carbon economic dispatch can improve the utilization of low-carbon and zero-carbon generation resources under carbon trading framework and the dispatch results are affected by the changes of carbon price greatly. Furthermore, with confidence level of carbon price uncertainty rising, the dispatch costs and carbon emissions increase accordingly.

The barrier net was put between accident source and objective vessel to reduce the probability of target damage due to fragments generated by vessel explosion,to offset the requirement of safety *** fragments trajectory,impact probability of fragments,ruptured probability of the impacted target,and domino effect risk were respectively calculated using Monte-Carlo simulations under the barrier *** effects of the height of barrier net on the probability of fragments impact were mainly investigated to obtain the reasonable height of barrier *** results showed that the domino effect risk decreased by nearly an order of magnitude,due to the significant reduction of impact probability of *** relative differences demonstrated that 70%-90% reduction in the domino effect risk was performed by the barrier *** impact probability of fragments decreased,but the intercepting probability of the barrier net increased linearly with the height of barrier *** save cost and leave space for emergency escape and rescue,the barrier net should be installed on an initial height *** the same height of barrier net,the intercepting probability will be increased much more than that under the barrier net directly installed on the ground.

Efficient Regeneration and Agrobacterium-mediated Transformation of Brassica napus Cultivar Qingza No.5

Using the hypocotyl and cotyledon explants of Brassica napus L. cuhivar Qingza No. 5 as receptors, hormone combinations in bud differentiation medi- um, bud growth medium and rooting medium were optimized to establish an efficient plantlet regeneration system of B. napus cuhivar Qingza No. 5. The results showed that the highest differentiation efficiency of hypocotyls of B. napus cuhivar Qingza No. 5 reached about 90%, which was three times that of cotyledons. The appropriate differentiation medium was MSB ＋ 5 mg/L thidiazuron （TDZ）＋7.5 mg/L AgNO3 ＋ 0.1 mg/L NAA ＋ 2 mg/L proline （L-pro）＋ 250 mg/L casein acid hydrolysate （CH）＋ 3% sucrose; the appropriate growth medium was 1/2 MSB ＋ 1 mg/L IBA ＋ 2 mg/L L-pro ＋ 250 mg/L CH ＋ 1.5% sucrose; the ap- propriate rooting medium was 1/2 MSB ＋ 0.2 mg/L IAA ＋ 1.5% sucrose. On this basis, a binary expression vector harboring insect resistance gene B12 was constructed and introduced into B. napus hypocotyls by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation. Positive plants were screened using hygromycin and carbenicillin. Transgenic plants were verified by PCR and GUS histochemical staining. The results showed that insect resistance gene B12 was successfully integrated into the nu- clear genome of B. napus plants and could be expressed normally. Leaves of transgenic plants with high expression levels were collected for indoor inoculation test with Plutella xylotella larvae to evaluate insect resistance of transgenic plants.
