An electric air conditioning (E-A/C) system model used for electric vehicle was set up. Combined with ADVISOR and MATLAB simulation tolls, the performance of electric vehicle could be relative accurately calculated with this model. Taking an electric coach as an example, the performance of E-A/C components have been researched, and the effect of E-A/C to vehicle economy performance and driving range have been simulation analyzed and compared. The results indicate that with the use of E-A/C, vehicle economy performance and driving range cut down remarkably. Comparing with conventional air conditioning system, E-A/C could reduce energy consuming definitely.

The past progress in transfer path analysis (TPA) and its limitations were reviewed. A innovative unbiased estimative methodology of transfer functionis was introduced and applied. The measurement method of transfer function was improved. Then TPA using the data of easy measurement in operational condition of vehicle can be put in practice. Accuracy of transfer function was improved, the process of measurement was predigested, and time was decreased. A data postprocessing program of measurement was written by MatLab. Finally, the improvement of TPA was validated through idling vibration of engine transmitting to compartment.

Eco-functional regionalization(EFR) is the base for regional ecological management in terms of the principle of adaptability and diversity. We develop a procedure and establish an index system of EFR including stable indices and fluctuant indices. Then we present a method of EFR based on fuzzy clustering, which has significant advantages over other method in science and practicality. We approach this method in Wanzhou District, which is located in the Three Gorges reservoir area, and get a two-level eco-region based on GIS. Furthermore, a series of suggestion on eco- regulation is proposed to improve the management of regional ecosystem.

Abrupt environmental pollution accidents occur more and more frequently in a region. Accurate zonation of environmental risk could provide an important tool for preventing and reducing such accidents. A zonation index system and measuring models of regional environmental risk are proposed, based on research of regional environmental risk system and analysis of causes of abrupt environmental pollution accidents occurred. Furthermore, a technique to regional risk zonation of environmental pollution accident is proposed. It involves with the selection of appropriate zonation principles, units, and indexes that can be used for measurement and classification of environmental risk, amending risk rank in a unit, and mapping risk zonation with GIS tools. The technique was applied in the case of environmental risk zonation in Minhang District, Shanghai. And Minhang was divided into four zones with risk degrees of high, medium, low, and lower.

The contact angles of cosolvent, nonionic surfactant, distilled water and diesel to quartz glass were tested by direct angle measuring and spreading area reverse calculating, and diesel containing sand columns were flushed by Ethanol(EtOH) solution, isopropanol(IPA) solution, Tween80, Brij35 and distilled water to investigate the influence of wettability of flushing liquid that contains surface active chemicals on its removal efficiency of residual oil from sandy soil. The results show thats with the increase of cosolvent concentration, the contact angle to quartz glass decreases to contact angle of diesel to quartz when the concentration of EtOH is greater than 70%, and that of IPA greater than 40%, while angles of two nonionic surfactants to quartz glass are greater than that of diesel, which indicates cosolvent is more powerful than nonionic surfactant in increasing its wettability to solid;the product of free oil will not vary obviously with different flushing solution as long as contact angle of flushing solution to quartz is greater than that of diesel, while free oil product will rapidly increase when the contact angle of flushing solution to quartz is smaller than that of diesel;single pore volume of 90% of EtOH solution can remove 87% of residual oil from diesel-containing sandy column, which indicates cosolvent flushing has great application potential to sandy soil contaminated by LNAPL.

At present, the load modeling is still one of the difficult problems in power system. In this paper, a new method is presented which uses wide-area measurements and support vector machine (SVM) for load modeling. Based on wide-area measurements, this method does non-linear regression analysis on model with SVM. By using radial basis function (RBF), model structure is optimized, and Bayesian Framework is used for identifying parameters, then a kind of non-mechanical model is founded. This method can easily solve the problems in choosing structure and identifying parameters. The founded model has good generalization ability, flexible structure, and rapid calculation speed. In the end, this method has been programmed; the simulation verifies the validity of this model.

Presented the traction control strategy of a Full-time four-wheels-drive vehicle with a continuously variable transmission relying on controlling the transmission, inter-axle differential and brakes. Built a vehicle transmission system software in-the-loop simulation platform with Matlab/Simulink software. simulation to the proposed control strategy and the traditional control strategy relying on adjusting the engine, inter-axle differential and brakes in the low attachment coefficient road respectively. The results showed that the control strategy with the transmission participating significantly improved the vehicle road surface traction in the low attachment coefficient road, and was superior to the control strategy of relying on controlling engine.

The basic principle of statistical energy analysis (SEA) was demonstrated, some domestic car was divided to 41 subsystems using SEA, and the car 3D model was established. Input parameters of regular-shape subsystems were computed using analytical method, modal density of the complex structure subsystem was tested by admittance method, and damped loss factor of the complex structure subsystem was also tested by steady energy stream method. The coupling loss factor of structure-structure, structure-cavity, and cavity-cavity was computed. Engine excitation and road excitation were measured by road experimentation, and sound excitation of engine compartment was measured in the anechoic chamber. The CFD model of the car was established, and the exterior wind excitation was simulated and computed with the CFD model. Finally, the car SEA model was established, 1/3 octave band spectrum of the car interior noise was predicted, and contrasted with experimentation result, credibility of the SEA model was confirmed. The results show that the model can meet the demand of middle-high frequency noise prediction in the car development and design stage.
