Intended to solve the problem of poor generalization of complex collision risk model, this paper proposes a novel collision risk model based on data-driven. Firstly, the main traffic pattern is clustered by Ordering Points to Identify the Clustering Structure algorithm. Afterwards, using probability statistics and mining the altering behaviors identify the abnormal behavior. And then, encounter situation and avoidance behaviors are identified by analyzing the relative motion characteristics of the two ships. Finally, by Kullback-Leibler dispersion and kernel density estimation methods, the key parameters are extracted from encounter data with avoidance behaviors. The collision risk model based on data-driven is constructed. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, the method is used in a heavy traffic area, the mouth of Yangtze River, China. The results show that the collision risk model based on data-driven can be more accurate. © 2024 IEEE.

Aimed at the demand of contingency return at any time during the near-moon phase in the manned lunar landing missions,a fast calculation method for three-impulse contingency return trajectories is ***,a three-impulse contingency return trajectory scheme is presented by combining the Lambert transfer and maneuver at the special ***,a calculation model of three-impulse contingency return trajectories is ***,fast calculation methods are proposed by adopting the high-order Taylor expansion of differential algebra in the twobody trajectory dynamics model and perturbed trajectory dynamics ***,the performance of the proposed methods is verified by numerical *** results indicate that the fast calculation method of two-body trajectory has higher calculation efficiency compared to the semi-analytical calculation method under a certain accuracy *** to its high efficiency,the characteristics of the three-impulse contingency return trajectories under different contingency scenarios are further analyzed *** findings can be used for the design of contingency return trajectories in future manned lunar landing missions.

When arriving at the airport,flight needs to be served by special *** at the dynamic time window scheduling problem of airport refueling vehicles,this paper establishes a vehicle routing problem model with time window to minimize the operating ***,a multi-strategy genetic algorithm is designed to gain the solve time window scheduling problem,which employs the crossover based on particle swarm optimization to accelerate the early search capability,and the local search method based on simulated annealing to increase the local optimization *** aiming at dynamically adjusting vehicle routes on the basis of static scheduling,a local replanning strategy based on a dynamic time window is introduced,which uses the original route matching and rescheduling *** results show that the multi-strategy hybrid algorithm can effectively reduce the number of routes and vehicles the airport *** different scales' dynamic changes of time windows,the algorithm could enable vehicles to still meet time constraints and effectively minimize the change of routes.

Gait Learning Reproduction for Quadruped Robots Based on Experience Evolution Proximal Policy Optimization

Bionic gait learning of quadruped robots based on reinforcement learning has become a hot research topic. The proximal policy optimization (PPO) algorithm has a low probability of learning a successful gait from scratch due to problems such as reward sparsity. To solve the problem, we propose a experience evolution proximal policy optimization (EEPPO) algorithm which integrates PPO with priori knowledge highlighting by evolutionary strategy. We use the successful trained samples as priori knowledge to guide the learning direction in order to increase the success probability of the learning algorithm. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed EEPPO algorithm, we have conducted simulation experiments of the quadruped robot gait learning task on Pybullet. Experimental results show that the central pattern generator based radial basis function (CPG-RBF) network and the policy network are simultaneously updated to achieve the quadruped robot’s bionic diagonal trot gait learning task using key information such as the robot’s speed, posture and joints information. Experimental comparison results with the traditional soft actor-critic (SAC) algorithm validate the superiority of the proposed EEPPO algorithm, which can learn a more stable diagonal trot gait in flat terrain. © 2023, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

In order to improve the intelligent level of sintered Nd2Fe14B process, realize the quality control forward and process optimization of sintered Nd2Fe14B process, this paper constructs a machine learning sintered Nd2Fe14B material performance prediction system. Based on the adaptive weighting method of gradient descent, the system integrates ElasticN et model and XGBoost model to construct a combined prediction model. The results show that the RMSE of the combined prediction model for Br is 0.031, and the coefficient of R2 is 0.628;the RMSE of Hcj is 0.0.36, and the R2 score is 0.897;the RMSE of BHmax is 0.036, and the R2 score is 0.851, which realize the accurate prediction of sintered Nd2Fe14B magnet performance. At the same time, the front-end interface of the system is friendly and intuitive, even users without deep technical background can quickly get started. With the help of the system, users can easily adjust the input variables, view the expected performance of sintered Nd2Fe14B materials under different conditions, and then make more intelligent production decisions, which has great potential application value for improving the quality and efficiency of sintered Nd2Fe14B. © 2024 IEEE.

The traditional color system of Beijing Forbidden City is comprehensive and complex. The research focuses on collecting color data from the Forbidden City, analyzing subjective and objective color attributes, and compute architectural color image scale. First this research used K-means algorithm to extract the theme color cards of Beijing Forbidden City. Subsequently, single colors were extracted using the idea of community detection, and matching colors were extracted based on the thought of association rule mining. Then this research extracted objective attributes of colors and designed experiments to quantify subjective attributes. Finally, the color subjective and objective data fitting was completed. This outcome is helpful for the digital preservation of traditional colors and the advancement of color culture inheritance practices. © 2024 IEEE.

The damage caused by the earthquake is *** the purpose of post-earthquake rescue is to reduce *** it is necessary to improve the efficiency of rescue as much as *** paper focuses on multi-agent cooperative target search in the post-earthquake rescue and how to exploit the prior information of post-disaster building to improve the searching efficiency.A regional necessity based searching strategy is proposed which utilizes pre-disaster building information and adapts to dynamic ***,the target probability map is estimated according to the distribution information of pre-disaster ***,the regional necessity map is constructed by integrating the target probability map and the perception of the environment during the search ***,the search strategy is proposed based on the regional necessity map and the particle swarm optimization *** the gradient direction of regional necessity and local optimal velocity,the agent dynamically selects the search *** comparing with other search strategies in simulation experiments,the proposed strategy could shorten the searching time and improve the searching efficiency in the small and medium-scale task ***,the search strategy can adapt to the post-earthquake dynamic environment,which is confirmed by dynamic experiments.
