A distributionally robust scheduling strategy is proposed to address the complex benefit allocation problem in regional integrated energy systems(RIESs)with multiple stakeholders.A two-level Stackelberg game model is established,with the RIES operator as the leader and the users as the *** considers the interests of the RIES operator and demand response users in energy *** leader optimizes time-of-use(TOU)energy prices to minimize costs while users formulate response plans based on prices.A two-stage distributionally robust game model with comprehensive norm constraints,which encompasses the two-level Stackelberg game model in the day-ahead scheduling stage,is constructed to manage wind power ***-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)conditions transform the two-level Stackelberg game model into a single-level robust optimization model,which is then solved using column and constraint generation(C&CG).Numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy in balancing stakeholders'interests and mitigating wind power risks.

This paper explores the innovation of teaching mode of image processing and machine vision courses under project orientation. Traditional image processing courses always lack a proper practical application, leading to some difficulties for students to understand the theoretical knowledge and apply the course content. Therefore, in order to better develop students' abilities in various aspects, this study takes the intelligent diagnosis of lung nodules as an example, and organically combines the theoretical knowledge in the textbook with the practical application in the project. In this paper we firstly discuss the content and importance of the image Processing and Machine Vision course, and review its research progress in related fields. Then we describe the design and implementation of the innovative model, and demonstrate the actual teaching effect under the new model through case studies. The final results show that this project-oriented teaching mode enhances students' learning interest, innovative thinking, practical and teamwork ability, which provides an important reference value for undergraduate talent cultivation. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). The load-bearing performance(LBP)of pumpable supports(PPS)is crucial for the stability of longwall pre-driven recovery room(PRR)surrounding ***,the unbalanced bearing coefficient(UBC)of the PPS(undertaking unequal load along the mining direction)has not been investigated.A mechanical model of the PRR was established,considering the main roof cantilever beam structure,to derive an assessment formula for the load,the failure criteria,and the UBC of the ***,the generation mechanisms,and influencing factors of the UBC were *** sensitivity analysis shows that the main roof hanging length(l_(2))and the spacing between the PPS(r)significantly impact the UBC.A novel design of the PPS and the coupling control technology were proposed and applied to reduce the UBC of the PPS in the adjacent longwall *** results showed no failure of the PPS at the test site,with the UBC(ζ)reduced to 1.1 consistent with the design value(1.15)basically,fully utilizing the collaborative LBP of the ***,the maximum roof-to-floor convergence of the PRR was 234 mm,effectively controlling the stability of the surrounding rock of the PRR and ensuring the mining equipment recovery.

Ultrahigh Performance Triboelectric Nanogenerator Enabled by Charge Transmission in Interfacial Lubrication and Potential Decentralization Design

Triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) is a promising strategy for harvesting low frequency mechanical energy. However, the bottlenecks of limited electric output by air/dielectric breakdown and poor durability by material abrasion seriously restrict its further improvement. Herein, we propose a liquid lubrication promoted sliding mode TENG to address both issues. Liquid lubrication greatly reduces interface material abrasion, and its high breakdown strength and charge transmission effect further enhance device charge density. Besides, the potential decentralization design by the voltage balance bar effectively suppresses the dielectric breakdown. In this way, the average power density up to 87.26 W·m^(-2)·Hz^(-1), energy conversion efficiency of 48%, and retention output of 90% after 500,000 operation cycles are achieved, which is the highest average power density and durability currently. Finally, a cell phone is charged to turn on by a palm-sized TENG device at 2 Hz within 25 s. This work has a significance for the commercialization of TENG-based self-powered systems.

Accurately and efficiently calculating the near field of the EUV mask with large-scale and complex patterns is a critical part of EUV aerial image simulation. Therefore, a calculation method based on the full-vector beam propagation method is proposed, which successfully realizes ultra-fast near-filed calculation with comparable accuracy for the investigated examples. The proposed method shows strong competitiveness for EUV mask near-field calculation and can also be applied to calculate the EUV aerial image accurately and efficiently by supplementing the projection lens model and vector imaging method. © 2024 SPIE.

After the thin slab continuous casting and rolling production line of a domestic steel plant was put into operation, with the vigorous development of hot-dip galvanized products, the strip blackening defect on the surface became more prominent. After hot-dip galvanizing, the coil had a certain spacing of strip black spot defects on the surface, which could not meet the needs of high-end users and restricted the improvement of the manufacturing capacity of the headless production ***, this article uses scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), three-dimensional profilometer, and optical microscope (OM) to study the microscopic characteristics and causes of black spot defects on the surface of hot-dip galvanized steel. There are a large number of oxidized black spots on the surface of the stripe black area. The zinc layer thickness of the cross-section at the blackened area is smaller than that of the normal area, and the secondary dendrites inside the zinc layer at the blackened area are not well-developed in the normal area. The surface roughness Ra and Rt of the blackened position in the three-dimensional morphology display show significant differences from the normal position. Electron microscopy observation shows that the grain size of the substrate at the blackened area is different from that at the normal area after removing the zinc layer, which is the direct cause of the final surface showing stripe black spot defects. By optimizing the heating temperature uniformity of the IH on the thin slab continuous casting and rolling production line, the stripe black spot defects were ultimately eliminated. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Development of a cable-driven redundant space manipulator with large bending angle by combining quaternion joints and segmented coupled linkages mechanism

A cable-driven redundant manipulator has significant potential in confined space applications, such as environmental exploration, equipment monitoring, or maintenance. A traditional design requires 3N driving motors/cables to supply 2N degrees of freedom(DOF) movement *** number of motors is 1.5 times that of the joints’ DOF, increasing the hardware cost and the complexity of the kinematics, dynamics, and control. This study develops a novel redundant space manipulator with decoupled cable-driven joints and segmented linkages. It is a 1680 mm continuum manipulator with eight DOF, consisting of four segmented linkages driven by eight motors/pairs of cables. Each segment has two equivalent DOF, which are realized by four quaternion joints synchronously driven by two linkage cables. The linkage cables of adjacent joints are symmetrically decoupled and offset at 180°. This design allows equal-angle movement of all the joints of each segment. Moreover, each decoupling driving mechanism is designed based on a pulley block composed of two fixed and movable pulleys. The two movable pulleys realize the opposite but equidistant motions of the two driving cables, i.e., pulling and loosening, assuring symmetrical movements of the two driving cables of each segment. Consequently, the equivalent 2N-DOF joints are driven only by 2N motors, significantly reducing the hardware cost and simplifying the mapping relationship between the motor angle/cable length and the joint angle. Furthermore, the bending range of each segment could reach 360°, which is three times that of a traditional design. Finally, a prototype has been developed and experimented with to verify the performance of the proposed mechanism and the corresponding algorithms.
