Multi-sensor fusion for 3D object detection is a crucial development in autonomous vehicle technology. Current research primarily explores the combination of monocular cameras with LiDARs. However, there is a notable gap in the integration of stereo cameras with LiDARs. A significant drawback of the fusion between monocular cameras and LiDARs is its vulnerability to sensor failures, which can completely disable the system. This paper presents a novel end-to-end framework called SLBEVFusion, which leverages the effective combination of stereo cameras and LiDARs for 3D object detection. The framework utilizes the rich semantic and depth data from stereo images along with spatial data from LiDAR point clouds to improve detection accuracy. Moreover, it addresses sensor failures by isolating the data streams of each sensor and implementing straightforward feature fusion in Bird's Eye View (BEV) space. Comprehensive testing on the challenging KITTI dataset demonstrates that our approach significantly enhances performance in 3D object detection by merging stereo cameras with LiDARs. © 2024, The Authors. Organocatalytic synthesis of chiral allene can be successfully achieved through the reaction between propargylic alcohol and 3-phenylindole catalyzed by chiral phosphoric acid with high yield and high enantioselectivity. The detailed reaction mechanism and origin of enantioselectivity were uncovered by quantum mechanical calculations. The results indicate that the reactions undergo the dehydration process, the C–C bonding reaction, the hydrogen abstraction and the regeneration of catalyst. Eight possible pathways were found and the most favorable reaction paths leading to the major and minor products were evaluated which were consistent with the experimental results. The distortion/interaction analyses of the transition states in enantioselectivity-determining steps confirm the most favorable pathway in leading the major product. QTAIM and IGM analyses are used to illustrate the role of intermolecular interactions. This work would provide insightful viewpoints on the asymmetric organocatalytic reaction by chiral phosphoric acid. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Multi-variant execution framework can protect software security. For the problem of performance loss caused by too many voting times in the existing multi-variant execution framework, this paper proposes a multi-variant voting algorithm based on dynamic feedback, which can make the multi-variant continuously improve its corresponding voting strategy at runtime. Using this algorithm, the multi-variant can get a stable voting range, reduce the number of voting, and effectively improve the performance of multi-variant.

In this paper, we explore the low-complexity optimal bilinear equalizer (OBE) combining scheme design for cell-free massive multiple-input multiple-output networks with spatially correlated Rician fading *** provide a spectral efficiency (SE) performance analysis framework for both the centralized and distributed processing schemes with bilinear equalizer (BE)-structure combining schemes applied. The BE-structured combining is a set of schemes that are constructed by the multiplications of channel statistics-based BE matrices and instantaneous channel estimates. Notably, we derive closed-form achievable SE expressions for centralized and distributed BE-structured combining schemes. We propose one centralized and two distributed OBE schemes: Centralized OBE (C-OBE), Distributed OBE based on Global channel statistics (DG-OBE), and Distributed OBE based on Local channel statistics (DL-OBE), which maximize their respective SE expressions. OBE matrices in these schemes are tailored based on varying levels of channel statistics. Notably, we obtain new and insightful closed-form results for the C-OBE, DG-OBE, and DL-OBE combining schemes. Numerical results demonstrate that the proposed OBE schemes can achieve excellent SE, even in scenarios with severe pilot contamination. © 2025 IEEE. All rights reserved.

As the intelligent transportation system develops by leaps and bounds, there is an increasing interest in the potential of Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks (VANETs) to enhance traffic efficiency and safety. The Conditional Privacy-Preserving Authentication (CPPA) scheme, which is suitable for solving anonymous authentication and message integrity during the communication, has been extensively studied to build the first line of defense for a secure VANET system. However, most existing Identitybased CPPA schemes rely on Tamper-Proof Devices (TPDs), which are susceptible to side-channel attacks. If the sensitive parameters stored in TPDs are compromised, the system could be completely ruined. In order to address this issue, Xiong et al. introduced a CPPA scheme with double-insurance, which was claimed to be secure against adaptively chosen message attacks. Unfortunately, we show in this paper that the scheme is universally forgeable, meaning that anyone can create a valid signature on any message, rendering the scheme inadequate for conditional privacy-preserving. After analyzing their shortcomings, we present a new scheme that addresses the issue, and formally proves its security under the Discrete Logarithms (DL) and Decisional Diffie-Hellman (DDH) assumptions. We also conducted experiments and simulations to evaluate our proposed scheme. The results demonstrate itssuperiority over similar schemes, indicating it is practical and effective in real-world scenarios. © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Penetration semantic knowledge mining plays an important role in automated penetration testing. The loss of external utility makes it hard to employ high utility itemset mining algorithms to retrieve the knowledge. To overcome this problem, this paper proposes an adaptive utility quantification strategy which could differentiate and quantify external utility of item effectively. Further, incremental high utility pattern tree structure is adopted to maintain utility information for incremental database so as to facilitate the calculation of external utility. The experimental result turns out that high utility itemsets mining algorithms with proposed adaptive utility quantification strategy could mine penetration testing semantic knowledge from raw penetration testing data effectively and efficiently. © 2020, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

A precise and durable health management strategy for battery power systems is crucial to maintaining the reliable operation of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs).This paper introduces an adaptive Decay Regularized Stochastic Configuration Networks(DRSCN) with Multi-level data processing for UAVs Battery Remaining Useful Life(RUL) Prediction. Firstly, a Multi source Signal Enhancement Analysis Framework (MSEAF) is effectively presented to criticalbattery health indicators from complex signals. Moreover, a significant innovation is enhancing the SCN model’s output layer, which introduces Decay Regularization to sparsify the layer’s weights, significantly reducing the risk of overfitting in later prediction stages. To further re fine and optimize DRSCN, a Convex Lens and Dual-Mechanism Enhanced Sand Cat Swarm Optimization (CLDM-SCSO) algorithm is employed for precise hyperparameter tuning, fur ther improving prediction accuracy. Finally, extensive control and ablation experiments on the NASA HIRF battery dataset validate the framework’s superior prediction accuracy and relia bility over existing methods, offering an efficient and reliable UAV battery health monitoring solution. © 2024, The Authors. An important goal in synthetic biology is in the design and implementation of control strategies embedded in biochemical reaction systems to enable control of the process at the molecular level. The problem of set-point tracking and perturbation disturbances in the biochemical reaction process can be solved by a state feedback control strategy and a more stable and better dynamic performance of synthetic controllers. First, it is shown how a set of CRNs can provide state feedback to the biomolecular implementation of the H ∞ controller. Then, to facilitate the modularity of biochemical process design, CRNs of trigonometric functions and repetitive sequence step signals are defined for the first time as input signals to the controller. Finally, numerical simulation experiments are designed to verify the effectiveness of the whole scheme from several perspectives, such as setpoint tracking and external perturbations. The results show that the state feedback H ∞ molecular controller outperforms the conventional linear controller because it has a faster tracking response and better perturbation rejection performance.
