Videos on the internet have been increasingly becoming the chief source of knowledge and information in today's digital age. However, with increasing length of videos and diminishing time to spare in everyone's lives, a need has emerged for Video Summarization tools that can provide a good summary about the content of videos without the need to watch videos in their entirety. In this paper, we introduce a two-fold approach to fetch the subject matter of videos through effective summarization. The employed approach comprises of two phases: the first phase involves performing speech-to-text conversion using an Automatic Speech Recognition(ASR) system based on a Convolutional Neural Network(CNN) for generating respective transcripts for input videos while the second phase involves performing Extractive Text Summarization to summarize the text generated by extracting the important information. © 2023 IEEE.

In today's world, the growth of connected networks has also created a significant risk due to increasing risks of cyber-attacks. In this paper, various hybrid cybersecurity frameworks have been reviewed and analyzed that utilize machine learning approaches in combination with federated learning. These frameworks are assessed in terms of their security against complex cyber threats. In particular, machine learning focuses on improving threats detection by searching for patterns and other oddities in complex datasets, while the federated learning decentralizes the topology of the model training. This decentralization helps to enhance strict data compliance requirements and reduce data exposure risks. When synergized in the dual approach, the security system is strengthened as well as the enforcement of data privacy and other compliance where available. Empirical results have proved that this methodological approach provides better outcomes especially aimed at detection among other benchmarks. The improvement due to the hybridization indicates a scalable and robust solution that can adapt the evolving cyber threats landscape. The hybrid combination may establish new cybersecurity standards and open the door to more secure digital interactions across various sectors. © 2024 IEEE.

Pneumonia has been a concerning issue worldwide. This infectious disease has a higher mortality rate than Covid-19. More than two million individuals lost their lives in 2019 out of which almost 600,000 were infants less than 5 years of age. Globally, identification of the disease is done manually by radiologists, but this method is highly unreliable as its accuracy is not sufficiently good. With the evolution of computational resources, especially the computing power of GPUs, it has become possible to train very deep CNNs. This study involves a comparative analysis of neural networks for pneumonia recognition. The goal is to do binary image classification for pneumonia recognition on each of the three models, namely, a Sequential model using TensorFlow (built from scratch), ResNet50 and InceptionV3 and comparing their efficiency, to discover which model suits best for smaller datasets and which suits best for larger datasets. Dataset consists of 5856 anterior and posterior Chest X-Ray images labeled as either Normal or Pneumonic. © 2023 IEEE.

With the help of a hand recognition system, non-verbal communication can be easily achieved with the control of computers. With the help of technology interacting with humans becomes very easy and convenient. Further, the technology can be extended when combined with augmented reality, cloud computing, and IoT for more practicality and real-life implementation. A business needs to work on the right problems to be able to grow. These problems can only be provided by the people who are using the product or service made by the business. Accurate customer feedback is what allows a business to set its priorities straight. Thus, in this paper, we have attempted to make a simple and easy-to-use tool from already existing resources that will provide real-time customer reviews to business owners which will help them in improving their service. The result of the model execution includes the performance of various concepts that are face detection, face recognition, emotion detection, storage in the database and calculations to find the positive (happy and surprise), negative emotion (sad, fear, angry, and disgust) and neutral (neither positive nor negative). For understanding the functioning of the model, OpenCV and CNN fundamentals have been explained in detail in the paper. This paper concludes by discussing the future scopes of the tool created. In the past, CCTV cameras were used for security only, but now these can be used to get customers’ real-time reviews also which will be very beneficial to them to improve their services. A phone number is a personal unique number which can identify its owner. Personal information can be exploited through a person's phone number. Many methods such as phishing and spam attacks have been used to exploit a person's personal information. Nowadays, a phone number has many linked important information such as bank accounts, and passwords which make it more vulnerable to attacks. The growing demand for accessibility and connectivity is creating demand for an efficient solution. Hence, a caller identification app which can identify caller ID and spam protection of the incoming call or SMS is required. It protects users from attending unwanted calls and messages. In this work, the design and working of a caller identification app using AWS services is explored. Many researchers have conducted studies and surveys to identify the process of caller identification and develop caller identification methods and have published their research about the same. Most of these methods are conventional. What makes the proposed model novel, is that it uses a cloud-based new age model with complete backend design to develop a strong caller identification application with its roots in the AWS cloud. Though other models have been successful, this model is better because of the benefits provided by the cloud, which include high availability, scalability, elasticity, security, and cost-friendliness. © 2023 IEEE.

The film industry has evolved because of visual effects (VFX). Matte painting is a component of VFX and is important to VFX. Matte painting is a successful method for producing realistic visual effects and backgrounds for movies and television. To produce a scene or setting that can be utilized as a background in a movie or television show, this technique entails painting on a flat surface, such as a canvas or board. Filmmakers can depict a setting that is not actually there with the use of matte painting. The set will cost a lot of money to produce. The pharmaceutical industry is paying more attention to medicinal plants since they are less likely to cause undesirable responses and are less expensive than current medicines. These features have attracted researchers interest in automatic medicinal plant recognition. There are several ways to improve the powerful medicinal plant classifier that can be useful in real-time classification. This work uses several reliable and effective deep-learning techniques for classifying plants based on leaf images. The recent research work is collected systematically and categorized based on their techniques. Further, the dataset details, performance measures used for evaluation, tools utilized for implementation, and chronological review of the collected works are discussed. Internet of Things (IoT) applications, such as e-healthcare departments have grown tremendously where devices gather patient data and instantly transmit it over a distance to servers. Despite its huge advantages, IoT in the healthcare sector has acquired little consideration, largely because of the threats of unauthorized access to private health data made possible by the weak wireless communication channel. The economic complexity of the current security protocols makes them inappropriate, hence new security protocols must be developed for resource-constrained and diverse IoT networks. This work suggests an authenticated key agreement protocol for the Internet of medical things (IoMT) that is based on zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP). The research will include the comparison between computational delays in traditional protocols and ZKP protocol. This paper provides a protocol to obtain privacy of data in IoMT environment on the basis of zero knowledge phenomenon and anonymous communication by ZKP. © 2023 IEEE.
