The optimal site of wind farms is determined using an updated genetic algorithm approach, which maximizes output capacity while reducing the amount of turbines built and the area used by each farm. In particular, two examples are examined: One kind of wind is a homogeneous wind that blows in just one direction, while the other two are also possible. In the first scenario (a), 599 individuals were first split into 25 subpopulations and then evolved three thousand times. The evolution of case (b) takes place over three thousand generations, beginning with $\mathbf{6 0 0}$ individuals distributed over 19 subpopulations. Every design’s fitness, overall power generation, power output efficiency, and ideal configurations are all part of the findings. The results show that the modified genetic algorithm provides much better results compared to the conventional Genetic Algorithm method.

The detection and analysis of sentiment have received great importance by professionals from ecommerce, medical services, physiologists, and social critics. The computerization has resulted in tremendous increase of online users. The users have adapted posting their day to day life events, expressions, judgement, memories, etc. on social media platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Twitter as a part of life. Online postings consist of text and huge number of emojis as well. To evaluate the correct sentiment of such online postings, an accurate approach is required which evaluates the score and polarity of emoji used in an online sentiment. In the current paper, we have proposed an approach to evaluate score and polarity of 4158 emojis. Emoji evaluation is a task of determining the score and polarity of emoji as positive, negative, and neutral based on the sentiment of sentence and the short name description of emoji. The accuracy of the proposed approach is evaluated through machine learning approaches like Linear Regression, SVM and Random Forest. Search engines are essential for getting information from web sites in the internet age. They use a variety of ranking algorithms, depending on content-based information extraction techniques or statistical searching strategies, to organise the retrieved results. It is still difficult, nevertheless, to comprehend the underlying information on each web page without opening each one individually. This challenge motivates the concept and implementation of an object-attribute-value (O-A-V) information extraction system as a web model. To help with future searches, this model functions as a user dictionary by helping to filter search terms in queries. To evaluate the first model, natural language processing (NLP) and semantic web (SW) queries in the form of English phrases are employed. Similar to this, content-based picture information extraction and retrieval against user queries is used by image search engines like Google Images. Using picture descriptions, a domain ontology is constructed in order to close the semantic gap between user expectations and image retrieval outcomes. The second suggested model looks at subject-predicate-object (S-P-O) interactions by analysing natural language user queries using an NLP parser algorithm. This extraction builds upon the O-A-V web model, which is ontology-based. The article presents a SPARQL auto-query generation module to auto-generate SPARQL questions by utilising S-P-O extraction and taking into account the intricacy of creating SPARQL queries from the standpoint of a user. The auto-generated SPARQL query is used to obtain photos after these queries are placed on the ontologies. Systems for retrieving documents and images were developed and evaluated against industry standards in order to provide answers to these problems. The outcomes show improvements over baseline systems.

Alzheimer's disease is a degenerative neurological disorder that typically impacts individuals over the age of 65, causing damage to the brain and resulting in challenges with memory, cognition, and behavior. Although there is currently no cure for this condition, various therapies and medications exist to manage symptoms and slow the progression of the disease. Individuals with Alzheimer's disease experience cognitive impairment, changes in behavior, and communication difficulties, often leading to psychological and behavioral issues like anxiety, aggression, and depression. In this research paper, a novel approach to predicting outcomes using MRI data sets from the Open Access Series of Imaging Studies (OASIS) is proposed. The method involves data exploration, data preprocessing, and the development of a hybrid model that utilizes both Logistic Regression and Decision Tree algorithms. Through rigorous testing, the proposed hybrid model demonstrated superior accuracy compared to existing models, achieving an overall accuracy rate of 96%.

Monkeypox is a viral disease found in Central and West Africa, and it presents notable public health challenges due to its clinical similarity to smallpox. Recent outbreaks in over 40 countries have underscored the urgent need for quick and accurate diagnosis, especially in settings with limited resources where traditional diagnostic methods may be inadequate. This study explores the application of deep learning techniques to classify four specific types of monkeypox skin lesions. Transfer learning was employed to evaluate the performance of different models using a dataset of 770 skin lesion images. Various methods, including data augmentation and image preprocessing, were utilized to improve the effectiveness of the models. The results indicate that the custom SqueezeNet model was the most successful, achieving an accuracy of 98.85% and an F1 score of 98.89%. These results surpass previous research benchmarks across four key evaluation measures. Additionally, the model was integrated into a web-based diagnostic tool capable of reliably detecting different forms of monkeypox. This study represents a significant advancement in utilizing artificial intelligence for disease detection, offering a practical approach for early and accurate monkeypox diagnosis. The proposed system has thex potential for seamless integration into clinical practice, aiding healthcare professionals in timely interventions. © 2024 IEEE.

The expansion of Internet of Things devices and its network is not only transforming across industries but also has been playing an important role in our day-to-day life. Though, this increase in the number of connected IOT devices brings the concern of different cyber threats and vulnerabilities. Gradually, attacks are getting matured day by day which compromises the security and intruders are getting easy access into the IOT environment due to traditional security mechanism. Deception technology has been an effective technique has improved security in IOT devices. Deception technology implements the deployment of honeypots, deceptive elements, breadcrumbs in required IOT environment as defence mechanism. In this study, we discuss different deceptive methods along with synthetic data generation that can be applied in multiple IOT environments to enhance the security by not only identifying anomalous behaviour but also prevent intruder to perform malicious activities.

Data security is difficult in the ever-changing digital world. Existing techniques may not provide comprehensive security, real-time hazard monitoring, and usercentred access management. Our response must be forceful and adaptable. The study led to the development of a five-part data safety technique. AEA, DTD, SIM, UCAC, and AAP are all part of this organisation. AAP makes identification fast and secure;AEA protects data;DTD detects hazards in real time;SIM tests security on a broad scale;and UCAC regulates access. Ablation can reveal systemic roles. New methods outperformed previous ones in some key aspects. Visual tools emphasise privacy, freedom, user experience, and connection to aid decisionmaking. In ever-changing digital situations, one may employ a powerful and adaptable data security solution. © 2024 IEEE.

With achievements of Machine learning over the past years many computer networks and artificial intelligence actively using Machine learning architecture and its technology to improvise the performance of their approach for effective output. Machine learning plays great role in the field of wireless ad-hoc network as by providing the suitable environment to the routing protocols to make them react accordingly so that will have maximum throughput and parameters such as packet delivery ratio, hop-to-hop count, optimization of quality of service (QoS) will increased. In this paper, various types of Machine learning applied on different wireless Ad-hoc network are studied and how the performance parameters vary accordingly. A systematic approach is used to study all simulators which are utilized and evaluated by different protocols used in MANET, VANET. There is a need of a many other parameters to be studied and simulation used in Ad-hoc network which enables the users to ensure the optimization so that we can minimize the chances of failure of data and maximize the throughput after selecting best model of machine learning. This paper presents the futuristic anatomy of different machine learning models used in various protocols. © 2021 IEEE.

The most crucial smart service suitable for any country is a smart and robust policing system. According to law, for any offense, cognizable or non-cognizable, an FIR has to be lodged with the police station for any further action, exceptional only in some cases. The ratio of cops to people has a sizable gap. The unavailability of police stations nearby, and political influence, among others, cause hindrances to the judicial system. Investigation case file tampering and bribery demands add to the problem list. These issues cause the basic system involved in this, is continuing in the interest of ‘Trust’. Our objective is to build a decentralized application/tool which can be used by the existing police system to deal with the problems aforesaid. Common people and police officers will be treated as equal part-takers in terms of the authority to add information to the blockchain. The FIR details are encrypted, and hash is stored in IPFS, but the catch here is the encryption will be done in a way that necessary details will be revealed for distinguishing complaint A from B, but the complainant or defendant identity is not revealed either to the police officials or to anybody having visibility in the blockchain before FIR lodging. Further, this research work helps to identify real users from spammers following an exhaustive verification check discussed further. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.

Turbomachinery includes sustainable development, such as design, manufacturing, and operation, from the view point of a life cycle. Electronic Twin is a high-potential technology or turbomachinery with large investment volumes and a lengthy lifetime. This research provides a basic framework with various twin digital technologies to allow the life cycle of turbomachinery, comprising the design, analysis phase, production and mounting operation and management and recycling mode. The current electronic copy and turbine equipment are discussed briefly. New digital twin methodologies, modelling, feigndetectors, the Internet of Things, big information, and AI technology are being explored.
