This paper presents computer modeling, analysis and research of the hyper-chaotic Lorenz system based on programming interface that has been developed in LabView software environment. This study allows for generating and research of the main information properties of hyper-chaotic Lorenz system, focusing on time distribution of the four chaotic coordinates, phase portraits and Lyapunov exponents. The programming interface demonstrates the algorithm of masking and decrypt of the information carrier. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The expansion of the web is accelerating, which helps encourage the creation of fresh ideas. In today's internet era, we must suggest techniques to filter out various information. Social media sentiment analysis based on Twitter data can monitor the real-time monitoring of the COVID-19 vaccine. In this way, relevant organizations or governments can take proactive steps to address misinformation and inappropriate behaviour around the COVID-19 vaccine, which threatens the success of the national vaccination campaign. The purpose of this research is to determine if there is a link between how people feel about the COVID-19 vaccine on Twitter and how many people actually get vaccinated against it. This study uses the COVID-19 All Vaccines Tweet dataset sourced from Kaggle. This research Identifies public sentiment, emotion, word usage, and trend of all filtered tweets. The results show that there are 31% positive tweets, 10% negative tweets, and 58% neutral tweets. Tweets with neutral subjective valence tend to cluster in the middle of the polarity scale (between -1 and +1), whereas tweets with strong subjective valence are spread across the scale.

STEM is the interdisciplinary subject's integration which plays a key role in the future career. The integration of STEM education and project-based learning on science worksheets in digital format needs to be explored as the alternative guideline for students to provide higher-order thinking skills. Thus, this research aims to develop bioacoustic student worksheet based on STEM-project to enhance critical thinking skills. Borg & Gall model was used and adopted into five main steps: (1) research and information collecting; (2) planning; (3) develop a form of product; (4) expert judgment; (5) product revision. The preliminary research was conducted through an online questionnaire and interview with 17 science teachers in Central Java to collect information about STEM-project based learning implementation and students' critical thinking. Validation of bioacoustic student worksheet was carried out to science learning experts and two instructional media experts. Data were collected through a media validation questionnaire. Descriptive quantitative technique was used to analyze the quality of developed worksheets by converting the score to a scale of 4 based on Nieveen's criteria. The worksheet has been developed in flipbook digital format with additional animation videos to promotes active learning which is easy to use. Measure the sound wave quantities and design the bioacoustics investigation on plant growth projects give opportunities to the students to ask questions, analyze, and evaluate. Based on the expert judgment using Nieveen criteria, the developed worksheet is feasible to use, and able to enhance critical thinking skill.

According to Indonesian Law no. 14 of 2008 concerning public information disclosure states that every state organizer and public institution is encouraged to conduct public information disclosure. To carry out the transparency, the Tegal City Government has launched a service information system website at http://*** as an online media in order to obtain and to provide Tegal City's public information services for the public. The interview result with the website service manager stated that the website has never been assessed against user satisfaction. In fact, the public information system is the image of the local government towards the seriousness of providing facilities for the public to be accessed easily. This study used WebQual 4.0 and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods with 4 (four) instruments, there are usability quality, information quality, quality of service interaction, and visual quality with a total of 24 indicators presented in questionnaires. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach and data is processed using SPSS software. The results of this study state that Tegal City public service information system website is good in general, but there are top priority improvements to be made immediately such as the attributes of providing accurate information and the ease for people to understand the information. The results of this research are expected to contribute positively to the development of Tegal city public service information system website in order to be better and qualified, and also improving competitiveness in realizing good governance.

Data access that is accurate, fast, and precise is a modern need for analysis or business decision making. NLIDB (Natural Language Interface to Database) is a system that allows users to access information from a database by entering requests that are stated in natural language. The NLIDB for Indonesian language that has been built has not been able to handle decision support data queries. The method of translating imperative sentences into SQL queries is done in two stages. The first stage is identifying the imperative sentence and parsing the sentence into a parsed tree that is assisted by the PC-PATR syntactic parser. The second stage is processing the parse tree into an SQL query. The parse tree is analyzed to look for parts of SQL, then do object searching for SQL parts to ontology. The objects found will be arranged into SQL queries. NLIDB application development is carried out to test the results of the translation of imperative sentences into SQL queries and see the application performance in translating imperative sentences into SQL queries. Application development is done with the Python programming language and MySQL database. The application that was built successfully translates imperative sentences into SQL queries for cross tab data, summary data, trend data, and top-N/bottom-N data. The application performance in carrying out the translation process is quite good, but it is necessary to improve performance for the ontology object searching process on the query generator component. Development that can be done for further research is the handling of sentence forms that have affixes and subquery handling. © 2019 IEEE.

Computer security is a very important thing in an information system. The strength of the NTRU algorithm is the difficulty of finding a short vector of a lattice (a discrete subgroup of a collection of vectors that includes the entire vector environment) of a random polynomial that has a large degree. The strength of the RSA algorithm lies in the level of difficulty in factoring non-prime numbers into the primary factor. As long as no efficient algorithm has been found to find the prime factors of large integers, the RSA algorithm is highly recommended for message encryption. And finally this is the TRIPEL DES algorithm designed using a 56-bit key, and that size is enough to run a secure encryption technique. This algorithm provides a simple solution that is running the DES Algorithm 3 times for data blocks. The results of our study of measuring speed on encryption and decryption using the same file are superior to the RSA algorithm compared to the NTRU and TRIPLE DES algorithms. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

NLIDB (Natural Language Interface to Database) was developed to simplify database access using natural language. In previous studies, NLIDB has been developed which can translate natural languages into several languages, including in Indonesian language. However, there are types of queries that cannot be handled by the system, one of them is a query with a temporal aspect. In this study, we propose a method of translating sentences in Indonesian language that have temporal aspects into SQL queries. The process of translating sentence is performed by identifying the input sentence and parsing the sentence into a parsed tree with PC- PATR as the syntax parser. The parsed tree is analyzed and mapped into parts of SQL. Then, an object search is performed to the ontology that is built from the database to get classes, attributes, operators, and values based on tokens in parts of SQL. Finally, the results of the previous process are organized into SQL queries. The NLIDB application built in this study was successful in translating imperative sentences with temporal aspects in Indonesian language into SQL queries for current state, time slice, sequenced and non-sequenced queries. © 2019 IEEE.

The use of gadgets to support the learning process during this pandemic has become necessary, such as cellphones, tablets, laptops, and various other gadgets. The blue light on the gadget is one of the causes of asthenopia: tired eyes, symptoms of blurred vision, difficulty focusing, dry eyes, watery irritation, headaches, neck or back tension, and makes the mind tired quickly. This study aims to determine the impact of using gadgets on eye health and how to control it. The research design was cross-sectional in a purposive sample with a survey on 48 students of Universitas Widya Husada Semarang (UWHS) Semarang City Indonesia. Data was taken by surveying a sample of students who took part in online learning using gadgets in smartphones, laptops, and desktop computers. The greatest effect occurred in decreased visual acuity (76.7%) and the smallest on perceptual speed (37.5%). Negative effects were felt by students in the range of close to 50%, but a small number of students only felt effects with high severity. Measures to control the dangers of using gadgets are carried out by arranging gadget duration for learning purposes.

Traffic signs are important markers in two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles. However, there is a change in direction or arrangement on the road that cannot be opened on a map which can cause incorrect information, which can cause traffic jams. In this journal the author uses a camera mounted on a car that provides a solution for drivers who issue problems that occur on the road that show directions or arrangements that are not directly updated using the HOG and MMOD methods. HOGs and MMODs are methods that can refute objects well, and move images and will be recognized immediately. The information received can be sent directly to an electronic map so that it can be accessed automatically by the driver's information and assistance and other information finds the right path, so that it can help the driver and can avoid traffic jams. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Determination of bulog regional sub-division in east java using connected domination number theory

Bulog is a state-owned public company engaged in food logistics. There are about 18 Bulog warehouses in East Java Province with an uneven distribution. Because the scope of Bulog's business includes logistics or warehousing, surveys and pest eradication, provision of plastic bags, transportation business, food commodity trading and retail business, there must be good coordination between regional sub-divisions and warehouse complexes. In this study, the minimum regional sub-division recommendations in the East Java region were determined using the theory of connected domination number in graphs. The location of the warehouse complex is described as the vertex and adjacent warehouse complexes are connected by edges. In this research, we also determine the connected domination number of unicyclic graph and vertex amalgamation operations for several classes of graphs.
