In the foreign currency exchange (FOREX), a technical data analysis system for predicting currency movements is needed to help traders in decision making. Thus, this study proposes a system of technical data analysis to movement prediction of Euro to USD using Genetic Algorithm-Neural Network (GANN). To generate a predicted value, Genetic Algorithm searching for the best value of Feed Forward Neural Network (FFNN) trained with the Neural Network method that produced a net to predict. The Validation of predicted results with GANN method based on the degree of accuracy as follows. RMSE values of open is 0.00043; The RMSE values of high is 0.00068; The RMSE value of low is 0.00075; and RMSE values of close is 0.00070.

Cataracts are the main factor causing blindness in Indonesia. Traditional diagnostic methods involving clinical examination by an ophthalmologist using a slit-lamp and visual tests have many challenges such as limited resources, time, and medical expertise may not be available in all locations, especially in less developed areas. Utilizing medical image technology is a wise choice because it allows early detection and monitoring of the development of this cataract disease Technology is needed to identify medical images that have valuable information so that early detection or monitoring of cataract development can be carried out. CNN as a part of deep learning has the ability to perform automatic feature extraction so that it can identify eye images. A CNN model for recognizing cataracts in eye images taken directly from Bhayangkara Hospital in Denpasar Bali has been developed in this research. The model developed is equipped with a dropout layer technique to prevent overfitting. The test results show that the CNN developed in this research produces very good performance with an average accuracy level of 92% on public dataset images, and 94% on primary dataset images. Tested using the primary dataset and public dataset, this CNN model shows very good performance because it can correctly identify an average of 94% of eye images in the primary dataset, and 92% of eye images in the public dataset..

Artificial intelligence was recently implemented in various fields. One of these applied artificial intelligence systems was the Performance Monitoring System “SiMoniK” for MSMEs. This system was designed through the C4.5 algorithm and the Porat-Rank method. The C4.5 algorithm was applied to classify the MSMEs into three classifications, e.g. the micro enterprise classification, the small enterprise classification, and the medium enterprise classification. Moreover, the Porat-Rank method was also applied to distribute the solving-problem recommendations and to improve the independence of MSMEs. The result of this study was that the C4.5 algorithm could classify the MSME data correctly in the form of an accuracy value of 99.2%. Besides, the Porat-Rank method could also provide recommendations in the form of outstanding quality with an NDCG mean value of 0.87.

This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of electrical generator performance using Finite Element Analysis (FEA), with a specific emphasis on the role of coil numbers in influencing generator efficiency and functionality. In the context of modern energy systems, where efficient power generation is paramount, this research aims to elucidate the relationship between the number of coils within a generator and its overall performance, including power output and electromagnetic behavior. Through systematic FEA simulations that vary coil numbers while keeping other parameters constant, this study provides valuable insights into the trade-offs associated with increased coil numbers and enhanced efficiency. These findings have significant implications for optimizing generator designs across various applications, from renewable energy systems to industrial power generation, ultimately advancing our understanding of generator dynamics and contributing to more sustainable and efficient power generation technologies. © 2023 IEEE.

The research objective of this is to see how to apply science practicum online using Microsoft Teams and Learning Management System (LMS). The form of this research is classroom action research which aims to apply the online science practicum during the Covid 19 pandemic. Therefore, it is carried out using two cycles in the application of online science practicum. The subjects of this study were students of the seventh semester in the Natural Science practicum course. Through observation and evaluation, it is shown that in the cycle I the percentage of practicum implementation which includes aspects of preparation, process and data and practicum results is 87.5%, in cycle II it has increased to 92.5%. In the assessment aspect of the practicum report, the average practicum assessment obtained in the first cycle was 3.09 from the highest score of 4 and in the second cycle was 3.7, while the aspect of student knowledge about the use of the Microsoft team which was taken using google form was 93%. In the aspect of student knowledge about the use of Learning Management System (LMS) by 75% and aspects of student understanding in the implementation of online science practicum using Microsoft Teams by 75%. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. The atmospheric turbulence as the natural media of optical propagation for the free-space optical (FSO) communications is the great advantage to reach flexible connection and low-cost deployment but also is the major problem as well. Since, the phenomena of optical propagation in the atmosphere are random process, an optical signal is induced that produces severe effects to the performance. Thus, a method to reach best performance of FSO must be developed intensively to reduce the severe effects of atmospheric turbulence. One of the solutions to reduce those aforementioned effects is an ultrashort pulse implemented in FSO to modulate frequency carrier as the signal of optical propagation. In this paper, an investigation of an ultrashort pulse was performed through simulation. An ultrashort pulse has a great chance to be implemented in FSO since it has shorter width of pulse duration than a short pulse. An ultrashort pulse is generated using optical second harmonic pulse generator that produce a pulse at 50 fs of width. Based on the results of simulation, the ultrashort pulses showing better performance of FSO than short pulses have. © 2022 Institute of Advanced engineering and Science (IAES).

Electronic devices have become an integral component in our daily activities. In fact, the consumption of electrical energy in households reached 49% in 2018, and is expected to increase to 58% in 2050. Concurrently, the LPG is the second highest consumed energy in the household and is expected to increase to 37% in 2050. However, the devices utilizing these energies could lead to a danger such as housefire if not operated and treated carefully. An Internet of Things (IoT)-based smart home monitoring system would solve this problem, especially by effectively monitoring several parameters in the house simultaneously. In this study, a system is built to monitor and control three rooms in the house independently and simultaneously. The sensors and/or actuators in all rooms are controlled by NodeMCU ESP8266s. All microcontrollers are linked via the Internet to a local server, where all data is analyzed, saved, and transmitted to the user using the MQTT protocol. The monitoring is done by the user via MQTT dashboard in the smartphone. Following testing, the three microcontrollers are fully capable of exchanging data with the user's smartphone. The humidity changed by 1%, while the temperature changed by 0.1 °C. Perfect data interchange is possible between the relays, flame, gas, and movement activity sensor.

Resource quality is an important support for information that will determine a success, it is important to be understand and measurably, so it will be done by data collection, analyzed and prepared for development. This software is part of the E-Mini Hospital in the implementation of telemedicine that have been quite adequate for student activities, but for training activities involving the target hospitals are still required to set the system into a complete and prospective training package. Software development about Information Resources Quality as part of the E-Mini Hospital to complete laboratory facilities of Biomedical Technology especially in Medical informatics can provide wider benefits for students as well as the implementation of cooperation with other institutions. Development carried out by phase: making software, inspected, tested ranging from phase I, II, III and IV that can really run; include: lecturers, programmers and students, with a set of implementation. The development is part of the E-Mini Hospital developed software that included Information Resources Quality. Produce Information Resources Quality Software that technically can be used and useful for students and the community in order to evaluate the quality of training information resources, which is a part of the laboratory infrastructure and generate copyright.

Consumption is an essential aspect of daily life, and fulfilling customer needs requires efficient distribution of goods. Therefore, distributors are needed and they frequently set targets for their employees to achieve, and motivation plays a significant role in employee performance. An organization that distributes goods called CV Karya Prima motivates its employees by offering incentives. However, manual incentive calculation sets out problems such as a lack of progress tracking, irregular payout dates, and probable inaccuracies. This study aims to develop a web-based incentive calculation system using the analytical hierarchy process method and a database for data retrieval. The system utilizes PHP, CodeIgniter, and MySQL and adopts the SDLC prototyping method. The developed system is focused on the sales division and variables like total sales, effective calls, calls, and outlets. The web-based system is capable of solving the issues using the features that were built based on user needs and have already been tested through user acceptance testing.

Behavior-based control present a different approach in designing control system of robot. In this paper will be implemented behavior-based control system into an autonomous robot using Active Object Computing Model technique. With this technique will be demonstrated coordination between behavior in parallel and switching behavior. Map building behavior is a behavior of robot to transform the reading of distance sensor to image of environment. In testing, it was shown the coordination of behavior in parallel was successfully demonstrated by map building behavior and wall following behavior. Map building behavior also successfully represents the reading of distance sensor into a map the environment in the form of images.
