In this pre-research, this is an initial study using LiDAR to detect weather conditions in real time. In 5G communication, the opportunity to use an integrated IoT connection is given because the path is used, one of which is millimeter wave. This is applied to disaster conditions, namely flood and landslide detection. Data obtained briefly within one month in data processing needs to be added so that the real sensor power is obtained in the outdoor position because the sensor is used as needed. LiDAR has problems when used in rainy conditions which form polarization scattering or light scattering is formed by moving raindrops, especially when the rain is getting heavier. The position of LiDAR in this study is able to detect sunny conditions with an available level of 97.99% and rain outage is still 0.3%, this in heavy rainy conditions needs further research.

Bulog is a state-owned public company engaged in food logistics. There are about 18 Bulog warehouses in East Java Province with an uneven distribution. Because the scope of Bulog's business includes logistics or warehousing, surveys and pest eradication, provision of plastic bags, transportation business, food commodity trading and retail business, there must be good coordination between regional sub-divisions and warehouse complexes. In this study, the minimum regional sub-division recommendations in the East Java region were determined using the theory of connected domination number in graphs. The location of the warehouse complex is described as the vertex and adjacent warehouse complexes are connected by edges. In this research, we also determine the connected domination number of unicyclic graph and vertex amalgamation operations for several classes of graphs.

This study aims to create an application for learning mathematics by using the ethnomathematics of traditional Sundanese games as an integration of mathematics and culture. Reveal in depth how traditional games can be used as material to develop learning with an ethnomathematical approach. The method used in this study is R&D (Research and Development) with a Borg and Gall model approach. The stages of this research are divided into several stages, namely: a) Potential Problems, b) Gathering Information, c) Product Design, d) Design Testing, e) Design Improvement, f) Product Trial, g) Product Revision, h) Trial Use of, i) Mass Production of Products. The potential problem from this research is that online learning is still being carried out until now, so there is a need for innovation in making learning media so that students can better understand learning materials based on their experiences. Collecting supporting data information in the form of data on traditional games in West Java, selecting and identifying which ones contain ethnomathematical elements and what materials are suitable for the game. Conducting observations and interviews as well as ethnographic studies to teachers, students, parents, cultural observers and experts. Cianjur is one of the renowned rice producers, particularly with the presence of Pandanwangi rice that can be grown in the Cianjur area. Pandanwangi has become one of Cianjur City's icons, the rice supremacy created by Pandanwangi Cianjur's tenacity and distinctive scent (pandanus fragrance). The Interest of pandanwangi was very high, both within the town of Cianjur and outside the town of Cianjur, but this was inversely proportional to the desires of the groups of farmers who appeared to prefer to plant rice other than Pandanwangi, on the grounds that the planting of Pandanwangi had a long harvest and that the likelihood of crop failure was also very high. Problems with information flows that are not well integrated between farmers' groups, farmers' group organizations, and the Agriculture Department in adjusting land details, planting time, planting location, estimating total harvest and harvesting time. Mobile Adhoc Networks (MANETs) is an emerging technology in both the industrial and academic research. The major drawback in MANETs is improving the battery capacity. MANETs are dynamic in nature therefore during communication it consumes more energy that reduces the overall energy efficiency of the network. Many past and present researches are concern about this problem. In this paper, Energy Preservation in MANETs using Self-Adaptive Cluster Head Selection with Advanced Genetic Algorithm (EPMSA-CHAG) approach is proposed where the CH selection is performed using two segments; they are initial parameter based on CH selection and Advanced Genetic Algorithm (AGA) based CH selection. At the initial stage the parameters which are considered for the CH selection are node degree, node stability, distance, residual energy, and speed and delivery rate. Using these parameters are the best fit for CH selection is chosen then in order to find the optimal best fit from the best fit calculation, Advanced Genetic Algorithm (AGA). The proposed EPMSA-CHAG approach is simulated using NS2 and the parameters which are considered for the performance analysis are packet delivery rate, energy efficiency, end to end delay, routing overhead and throughput. The methods that are taken for the comparative analysis are HLSPM-CHSR and HAMBO-CHLD. From the results calculated it is proven that the proposed EPMSA-CHAG approach achieved high packet delivery rate, energy efficiency and throughput as well as lower end to end delay and routing overhead when compared with the earlier methods HLSPM-CHSR and HAMBO-CHLD.

Activity and student learning outcomes are still low on the material crossing-over Therefore, an Android-based learning media is needed as a supplement to the Genetics course. The type of research is research and development using a 4-D model. This article reports the defined stage (student needs questionnaire design). Questionnaire design stages, namely 1) plan the variable to be measured, 2) the questionnaire formulation, and 3) examination and repair. The results of the study obtained a questionnaire with 3 variables and 3 indicators of student needs for Android-based learning media. Variables and indicators number 1 consist of 11 items of questions. Variables and indicators number 2 consist of 1 question item. Variables and indicators number 3 consists of 1 question item. The quality of research data depends on the quality of the instrument and the quality of the data collection techniques.
