There are many uses of natural ingredients to find out their potential in overcoming Coronavirus Disease 2019. One of the plants that is often used to treat various diseases, including SARS-Cov2 infection is turmeric. Turmeric contains Tetrahydroxycurcumin compounds. The aim of this research was to study the potential of Tetrahydroxycurcumin in preventing infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The results showed that Tetrahydroxicurcumin has the potential to inhibit Tyrosine protein kinase ABL1, which is a protein that plays a role in the preparation of the cytoskeleton during viral infection. The binding affinity of Tetrahydroxycurcumin for this protein is -8.4 kcal/mol.

The objective of the research was to analyze the clustering method by optimizing Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) in the case of measles immunization for children under the age of 5. The research data source used is the North Sumatra Province Central Bureau of Statistics (https://***/). The data used in 2019 included 33 records with variables BCG, DPT-HB3/DPT-HB/Hib3, CAMPAK (MEASLES + RUBELLA), POLIO 4 and HEPATITIS B. The methods used were k-medoids and PSOs. This method is used to determine the value of the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) before the cluster value is determined (k). The resulting k values were compared to k-medoids without PSO. The best results of k-medoid and PSO will be tested by classification to see the accuracy value of the cluster formed. The results showed that the optimization of k-medoids and PSO was better with the number of clusters (k = 5) than 0.078. (DBI). The results also show that the accuracy of the cluster formed is 95% with a correlation of 0.98.

Data mining is a technique of extracting information that has not been known before in a collection of data in the database. Data mining has been applied in various fields that require extracting information, some of the work that can be generated with data mining is classification, prediction, and data grouping. In this study, an analysis of village data collection was carried out to explore the potential or knowledge of the data that has been presented with the main objective of producing a grouping of village status. To support clustering or grouping activities the K-means algorithm used with the general process is to carry out the modeling process without supervision and is one of the methods for grouping data with a system partition, with the principle of allocating each data to the centroid or the closest average, work steps conducted in support of this research is to collect data related to the analysis of data grouping and proceed with the calculation process in accordance with the work steps of the K-means algorithm, the amount of data used as a test of 303 villages scattered in the old Padang regency. The results of calculations by displaying a new group of Cluster 0 is occupied by 120 villages, cluster 1 with a total data of 123 villages, Cluster 2 with a total of 6 villages, cluster 3 with a total of 33 villages while cluster 4 with a total of 21.

Communication is important in human life because communication can bridge all forms of ideas to be conveyed by someone. And the communication media commonly used today are via mobile phones, which can be via SMS messages, WhatsApp, or telephone. The problem is, in some areas the absence of signals or blank spots is a problem for those who rely on communication via mobile phones. For this reason, it is necessary to optimize the short message media in the Arduino and Bluetooth-based blank spot areas. Here the main goal is to make it easier for humans to communicate via mobile phones even in difficult conditions and without a data packet or WIFI signal. The tools used are android, the Lo-Ra module as a long-distance wireless transmission technology platform that can reach distances of 10km, and then also use the Arduino Pro Mini as a microcontroller board and Bluetooth terminal that functions to transmit data from android to Arduino and then forward it to Lo Ra. From the test results, it was found that this tool works well in the blank spot area or difficult to signal, without the need for data packages or WIFI we can still communicate well through the short message media on the cell phone. Problem-solving abilities are very important in mathematics, not only for those who will study mathematics in the future but also for those who will apply it in other fields of study and in everyday life because in the process of learning and solving it, students can gain experience using knowledge and skills already possessed to be applied in solving non-routine problems. This study aims to analyze and describe students' mathematical problem-solving abilities through the application of the Differentiated Instruction approach. This research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental method. This research was conducted in one of the Vocational High Schools in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, for grade 10 students consisting of two classes, namely the control class and the experimental class, where each class consisted of 24 students. The sampling technique with cluster random sampling was used to collect data. Data collection is done by giving a test on trigonometry material. Data analysis was performed using a two-way ANOVA test. The results of this study indicate that the increase in mathematical problem-solving abilities of students who receive learning using the Differentiated Instruction approach is better than students who receive direct learning.

Feeding on shrimp culture is important to the shrimp growth process so that the expected yields are achieved. Feeding must be balanced and timely, there are no advantages or disadvantages in feeding because all the feed provided is not necessarily completely consumed by shrimp, therefore it is necessary to have technology that can control shrimp feeding. Automatic shrimp feed technology can be a solution to the problem of feeding to support the productivity of shrimp culture. Automatic shrimp feeder is built using an arduino microcontroller module, RTC module (Real Time Clock), and feed throwing system. The shrimp feeding method with the working principle of shrimp feeder is shrimp feed thrown horizontally due to centrifugal force. With the influence of the centrifugal force from the propeller spreader, the feed will be thrown throughout the surface of the pond. Feeding is controlled using Arduino by setting the time. Shrimp feeding is done every 4 hours and the appliance is on for 7 minutes to spread 10 kg of feed for the number of shrimps 1,500 and the width of kolan 400 m2 with a minimum throwing distance of feed 1 meter and a maximum of 7 meters.

The objectives of this study are: 1) developing game interactive for learning photography in fashion, 2) analysis validation of the application. Development of game using the R&D method with Hannafin and Peck Adaptation, which includes several stages, namely needs analysis, design, development, and implementation. In this case, the game can be applied in fashion education student who takes related computer courses in fashion photography. The result of this research are applications about the game of learning how to photograph and the object in Fashion. Analysis validation such as validation value for the aspect of media display obtained 94% results, for the programming aspect it obtained a validation result of 90%, while for the benefit aspect it obtained a value of 90% for the usefulness of media. Based on the average of all components of the instrument question obtained a percentage of 92%. It can be concluded that the media used can help replace the role of lecturers in learning, and students can play the role of a fashion photographer.

The research objective of this is to see how to apply science practicum online using Microsoft Teams and Learning Management System (LMS). The form of this research is classroom action research which aims to apply the online science practicum during the Covid 19 pandemic. Therefore, it is carried out using two cycles in the application of online science practicum. The subjects of this study were students of the seventh semester in the Natural Science practicum course. Through observation and evaluation, it is shown that in the cycle I the percentage of practicum implementation which includes aspects of preparation, process and data and practicum results is 87.5%, in cycle II it has increased to 92.5%. In the assessment aspect of the practicum report, the average practicum assessment obtained in the first cycle was 3.09 from the highest score of 4 and in the second cycle was 3.7, while the aspect of student knowledge about the use of the Microsoft team which was taken using google form was 93%. In the aspect of student knowledge about the use of Learning Management System (LMS) by 75% and aspects of student understanding in the implementation of online science practicum using Microsoft Teams by 75%.

Safety and comfort are things that everyone wants to get on a trip. Every tourist who wants a vacation to one of the tourist destinations will prioritize these two things. Leisure in travel is influenced by the availability of supporting facilities. From accommodation, restaurants to facilities provided by tourism actors in each tourism object. One problem is the lack of facilities in attractions such as luggage storage (lockers), many tourists in enjoying tourism objects carrying luggage such as backpacks; groceries to backpacks for tourists are classified as backpackers. Of course this will disrupt the comfort of traveling. In the research conducted, researchers wanted to design a system of goods storage services as a form of supporting industry 4.0 in the tourism environment. By designing an image of the storage media of goods by implementing access control for doors in each locker based on image processing supported by a microcontroller. The method used that focuses on facial recognition as image input using the PCA (Principal Component Analysis) method, which can measure the Euclidean distance in an object's face image. The design as a blueprint makes it easier to develop the next item of storage media (lockers).The results of this study indicate that the facial recognition method used is able to extract facial features and be recalibrated to activate the locker that is owned by the face object.
