Flood is one of the disasters that have a big impact in Indonesia. Flooding can affect social, economic, agricultural aspects, etc. Flood disaster is a difficult thing to avoid, the best approach is to reduce the impact caused. Research on flood mitigation began to move to an artificial intelligence approach to providing information on early warning systems (EWS). EWS is a series of systems that function to inform of the occurrence of natural events in the form of floods that will notify the disaster-related floods that will occur. This research will build an intelligent system for building the EWS system. A smart AWS certainly requires various sensors to collect data for later analysis. One of the most important sensors to the construction of the EWS system is the automatic water level recorder (AWLR) sensor. In this paper will specifically discuss the design stages of the AWLR in conducting water level monitoring at the water-gate dam. The function of AWLR sensor is for monitoring and recording in a database with real-time sensing. The results of this research show that the low-cost AWLR sensor has reduced processing time by 92.7% compared to conventional data processing.

This study allows for generating and research of the main information properties of hyper-chaotic Lorenz system, focusing on time distribution of the four chaotic coordinates, phase portraits and Lyapunov exponents. The programming interface demonstrates the algorithm of masking and decrypt of the information carrier.

A pointing device is one of the important interfaces between human and computer. A mouse is usually used as a pointing device; however, people with physical impairments who can not use a mouse due to its operation should use a table. One candidate for solving this problem is using an upper-arm movement combined with an inertial measurement unit sensor. The upper-arm gestures would be mapped and used to manipulate the mouse cursor on the monitor display. The `clicking' action will be accomplished using a bending sensor attached on the opposite upper-arm. This study evaluates the combination of the IMU and bend sensor (IMU+Bend) as a substitute for the mouse. The evaluation is based on ISO/TS 9241-411: Ergonomics of human-system standard. The results mentioned that the use of IMU is a promising way to emulate the movement of cursor. However, the usage of bend sensor is uncomfortable when it is used as a clicking method. The throughput of the proposed is 1.75 bps, and qualitative results show that the mean of comfort is 4.85 on a Likert scale ranged from 1 to 7.

Its technology has been commonly used in various fields of life, especially in agriculture. One of the crop plants is often achieved by vegetable farming, as vegetables are the staples of daily life. Aim this study is for plating mustard green seeds and watering plant using WoT. This method begins by doing literature review, requirement analysis, design and implementation. The result shows the developing of prototype to planting mustard seeds and watering plant is successful that it can be remotely operated through WoT. Augmented Reality is a technology that aims to combine digital content made by computers with the real world in real time. Augmented Reality can be applied in almost all areas of life. One of the applications is in the field of providing information. The publication of registration flow for entrance examination at State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya is still using paper media that makes it less interesting on the prospective applicants. Therefore it requires an application based on android to implement the information distribution of registration flow for entrance examination at State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. This augmented reality application consists of two menus namely information menu and location menu. Information menu contains motion graphic video of registration flow for entrance examination at State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya and location menu contains 3d object of entrance examination at State Polytechnic registration buildings. The research method is divided into several stages, namely design, asset creation, implementation and testing. At the testing stage is divided into two, namely application testing by testing the functionality of the features provided by the application and testing of respondents to determine the effectiveness of registration flow at State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya compared to paper media seen in the respondent's answer of 88.7%.

Based on Malang Regency agriculture data in 2017 presented by the Head of the Agriculture and Food Crops and Horticulture Office (DPTPH), there was a 2.5% decrease in yields. One hectare of paddy land can produce 7.71 tons during normal weather, but currently only produces 6.9 tons per hectare. Three farmers' groups in Malang Regency (2018), are of the opinion that the current weather greatly influences crop failure. Weather prediction used so far using conventional benchmarks for planting, is no longer relevant to current reality. These estimates are often incorrect, resulting in crop failures, which have an impact on the farmer's economy. This study aims to make the application of weather prediction systems and recommendations for suitable planting varieties based on data on temperature, humidity, time of sun exposure, wind speed, and rainfall using Backpropagation ANN method. Data used for Karangploso District weather prediction from 2009-2018. While the variables used in the application of Backpropagation ANN: temperature, humidity, time of sun exposure, wind speed, and rainfall. For output, the prediction of rainfall in the next 12 months and planting of varieties in accordance with the predicted rainfall, OPT and land type. From the calculation results of this application the MSE error value of 0.0299 is obtained.
