In this study, an analysis of the Web security system from a Denial-of-Service Attack (DoS) with SYN Attack, Ping of Death, Land Attack, Smurf Attack and UDP Flood types. The server computer that will be tested for DoS attacks is a local web server including *** IP: 54.169.71.56, *** IP: 104.152.168.14, *** IP: 156.67.210.132, *** IP: 202.162. 207,101 and *** with IP Address 213.136.83.52 port 80. The attack on the local web server computer was carried out through attacking cloned computers as many as 5 zombie computers and then observing data traffic on each Web server computer. The test results use ping to the local web server computer, where the target web server sends a replay request time out and the check results in the Google Chrome browser are slow to inaccessible conditions. Ping access time the greater the packet, the greater the average time when accessing a local web server with 5,000 packets is 242.68 seconds, 10,000 packets is 310.28 seconds, 20,000 packets are 337.4 seconds, 30,000 packets are 377.2 seconds, 40,000 packets are 398.4 seconds, 50,000 packets are 545.4 seconds and 100,000 packets are above 600 seconds with the condition that the web server will recover after 600 seconds where the system recovery process depends on each local web server.

The integration of personnel and education data can assist in processing and decision making. An analysis is needed so that the developed system can be useful for the long term. Analysis with IT balanced scorecard and COBIT ® 2019, will be able to help and fill the gaps in the existing system based on the objectives of the military organization itself. It is shown that the domains BAI05 (Managed Organizational Change) and DSS02 (Managed Service Requests and Incidents) are still not being implemented well. The system developed will have the features and capabilities to support the organization in achieving its goals, including in the field of staffing and education. Besides, it provides convenience in making decisions in terms of positions related to personnel careers.

This research explores the development of effective corporate governance strategies for non-governmental organizations (NGOs) by evaluating both critical decision criteria and innovative organizational models. Based on an extensive literature review, seven governance criteria were identified: credibility and non-profit orientation, regular information flow and transparency, level of institutionalization, frequency of leadership turnover, internal and external stakeholder relations, annual budget, and ideological or religious motivation. In addition, five innovative organizational models were selected as strategic alternatives: continuous learning organization, technology-oriented policy development, income diversification, pluralistic governance, and transformational leadership. The empirical data were gathered through interviews with 16 experts from academia, civil society, and public institutions in Türkiye. To address the complexity and uncertainty of decision-making processes, a hybrid type-2 neutrosophic number (T2NN) multi-criteria decision-making methodology is introduced. The T2NN-ranking comparison and T2NN-criteria importance through intercriteria correlation methods are used to determine the weight of criteria, while T2NN-stable preference ordering towards ideal solution is utilized to rank the alternative models. Results show that the level of institutionalization is the most significant criterion, and income diversification is the most effective organizational model for improving NGO sustainability. The study not only provides practical guidance for NGO leaders but also introduces a robust methodological approach applicable to governance challenges under uncertain conditions.

In this study, an analysis of village data collection was carried out to explore the potential or knowledge of the data that has been presented with the main objective of producing a grouping of village status. To support clustering or grouping activities the K-means algorithm used with the general process is to carry out the modeling process without supervision and is one of the methods for grouping data with a system partition, with the principle of allocating each data to the centroid or the closest average, work steps conducted in support of this research is to collect data related to the analysis of data grouping and proceed with the calculation process in accordance with the work steps of the K-means algorithm, the amount of data used as a test of 303 villages scattered in the old Padang regency. The results of calculations by displaying a new group of Cluster 0 is occupied by 120 villages, cluster 1 with a total data of 123 villages, Cluster 2 with a total of 6 villages, cluster 3 with a total of 33 villages while cluster 4 with a total of 21.

This scholarship program is expected to stimulate students' interest in learning to be better. In determining scholarship recipients, the student division selects prospective scholarship recipients based on existing criteria. In the selection process, the student division has difficulty choosing the data of prospective recipients. Because each type of scholarship criteria and has different criteria weights. Calculation of the value of weighting criteria requires precision. Based on the problems that occur, the author designed a decision support system to determine the recipients of achievement scholarships using the SAW method. This system can help student affairs to carry out criteria for recipients of achievement scholarships based on administrative data of prospective scholarship recipients in determining criteria for weighting value calculations. With this system, it can minimize errors to determine prospective scholarship recipients who excel. After testing the use of support systems for deciding scholarship decisions using the SAW method, it can be concluded that a decision support system can assist the student's part in carrying out their duties.

The research objective of this is to see how to apply science practicum online using Microsoft Teams and Learning Management System (LMS). The form of this research is classroom action research which aims to apply the online science practicum during the Covid 19 pandemic. Therefore, it is carried out using two cycles in the application of online science practicum. The subjects of this study were students of the seventh semester in the Natural science practicum course. Through observation and evaluation, it is shown that in the cycle I the percentage of practicum implementation which includes aspects of preparation, process and data and practicum results is 87.5%, in cycle II it has increased to 92.5%. In the assessment aspect of the practicum report, the average practicum assessment obtained in the first cycle was 3.09 from the highest score of 4 and in the second cycle was 3.7, while the aspect of student knowledge about the use of the Microsoft team which was taken using google form was 93%. In the aspect of student knowledge about the use of Learning Management System (LMS) by 75% and aspects of student understanding in the implementation of online science practicum using Microsoft Teams by 75%.

With the rapid growth of Internet technology, email communication is becoming increasingly important in people's daily lives. In addition, the amount of spam contained in emails has increased considerably in recent years. In this study, the authors will compare the performance of the decision tree classification models using or not using Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE) in spam filtering. The results of this test will be compared with the results of level accuracy, recall, precision, and F 1 Score using or not using the RFE method. where in the results of this level measurement, the model used can be a reference or solution to filter spam correctly, especially through the use of supervised learning data.
