Empirical mode decomposition of near-infrared spectroscopy signals for predicting oil content in palm fruits

Oil content estimation in palm fruits is a precious property that significantly impacts oil palm production,starting from the upstream and *** content can be used to monitor the progress of the oil palm fresh fruit bunch(FFB)and be applied to identify product *** on the near-infrared(NIR)signals,this study proposes an empirical mode decomposition(EMD)technique to decompose signals and predict the oil content of palm ***,350 palm fruits with Tenera varieties(Elaeis guineensis ***),at various ages of maturity,were harvested from the Cikabayan Oil Palm Plantation(IPB University,Indonesia).Second,each sample was sent directly to the laboratory for NIR signal measurements and oil content ***,the EMD analysis and arti-ficial neural network(ANN)were employed to correlate the NIR signals and oil ***,a robust EMD-ANN model is generated by optimizing the lowest possible *** on performance evaluation,the proposed technique can predict oil content with a coefficient of determination(R2)of 0.933±0.015 and a root mean squared error(RMSE)of 1.446±*** results demonstrate that the model has a good predictive capacity and has the potential to predict the oil content of palm fruits directly,without neither solvents nor reagents,which makes it environmentally ***,the proposed technique has a promising potential to be applied in the oil palm *** like this will lead to the effective and efficient management of oil palm production.

Competency Skills (UKK) is part of government intervention in ensuring the quality of education in the Secondary Vocational School aims to measure the achievement of a certain level of competency in students' appropriate competency skills. The purpose of the research is to find out how competent the students' in their vocation as well as new strategies for educators in providing more effective learning by using C4.5 algorithm combining with feature selection. Overall the results of the validation of the model experiments that have the best influence are supplied with a set of test accuracy values of 96.875%, and 13 optimal attributes are selected. Therefore, in this study, the C4.5 algorithm with feature selection can provide good and effective results. © 2020 EAI.

Cloud computing has emerged as a transformative technology that offers numerous benefits to various industries, including the music industry. This paper presents a systematic literature review on cloud computing migration strategies specifically tailored for the music industry. The review aims to identify existing research, frameworks, and best practices related to cloud migration in the music industry, as well as highlight the challenges and opportunities associated with such migrations. Automatic recognition system for medical images is quite a challenging job in the medical image processing field. X-rays, CT, and MRI all provide medical pictures and other modalities which are utilized for diagnostic purposes. As in medical sector, detecting tuberculosis (TB) is a very important stage before further treatment is carried out. Human interpretation of a vast array of X-ray pictures can result in detection mistakes, so an automatic recognition system is needed that can detect TB disease. In this study, we use a dataset with two classes and extract GLCM-based texture features from each class, and apply them to a two-layer feed-forward neural network, which gives a classification rate of 99%. © 2022 IEEE.

computer security is a very important thing in an information system. The strength of the NTRU algorithm is the difficulty of finding a short vector of a lattice (a discrete subgroup of a collection of vectors that includes the entire vector environment) of a random polynomial that has a large degree. The strength of the RSA algorithm lies in the level of difficulty in factoring non-prime numbers into the primary factor. As long as no efficient algorithm has been found to find the prime factors of large integers, the RSA algorithm is highly recommended for message encryption. And finally this is the TRIPEL DES algorithm designed using a 56-bit key, and that size is enough to run a secure encryption technique. This algorithm provides a simple solution that is running the DES Algorithm 3 times for data blocks. The results of our study of measuring speed on encryption and decryption using the same file are superior to the RSA algorithm compared to the NTRU and TRIPLE DES algorithms. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Traffic signs are important markers in two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles. However, there is a change in direction or arrangement on the road that cannot be opened on a map which can cause incorrect information, which can cause traffic jams. In this journal the author uses a camera mounted on a car that provides a solution for drivers who issue problems that occur on the road that show directions or arrangements that are not directly updated using the HOG and MMOD methods. HOGs and MMODs are methods that can refute objects well, and move images and will be recognized immediately. The information received can be sent directly to an electronic map so that it can be accessed automatically by the driver's information and assistance and other information finds the right path, so that it can help the driver and can avoid traffic jams. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In 2022, tobacco was the top export commodity, generating $106.3 million in sales. East Java Province contributes significantly to Indonesia's tobacco production, with an annual output of 188.6 thousand tons. Jember Regency is the area in East Java Province which is a Kasturi tobacco cultivation area. The productivity of Kasturi tobacco continues to decrease due to several factors that can affect the survival of the tobacco. This study aims to analyze the survival of Kasturi tobacco by creating stratified Cox and extended Cox models in order to handle factors that cannot fulfill the proportional hazard assumption. Based on the results of the analysis, the stratified Cox model is the best model with AIC and BIC values of 798.108 and 805.5748 respectively, while the extended Cox has AIC and BIC values of 840.2186 and 850.1732 respectively. Variables that can significantly affect the survival of Kasturi tobacco are the variable concentration of ZA fertilizer, pesticide concentration. The addition of ZA fertilizer must be appropriate, because if excessive it can cause poisoning of tobacco plants. Likewise with pesticides, if excessive it will cause damage to the leaves. This policy can increase the productivity of Kasturi tobacco. Then, Jember Regency contributes greater export capacity. • This paper aims to determine the factors that affect the survival of Kasturi tobacco plants in Jember • By using the extended Cox model, the best one is obtained using the Heaviside function with AIC and BIC values of 840.2186 and 850.1732, respectively • The stratified Cox model is better than the extended Cox model, which has AIC and BIC values of 798.108 and 805.5748, respectively

Big data technology is the overall technology that can handle the processing associated with analyzing the data to explore the potential that is in it. Some of the uses of big data are based on the biggest data traffic sources, such as social media, financial transactions, public data, censorship data, and company data. The problem found in the accumulation of village status data that has not been utilized in the decision-making process to determine the status of the next village and the absence of an application to process the data stored in the data database so that a tool is developed to analyze the buildup. Big data refers to big data, fast data processing, diversity of data structures, and data values so that it is not possible to be processed with outdated methods. Big data technology is used in various industrial sectors. Big data technology is the whole technology that can handle Big Data. Some of the uses of big data are based on the largest significant data traffic sources such as social media, financial transactions, public data, sensor data, and corporate data. The same is the case with the status of so many villages in Indonesia, so it is better to use big data for the classification of village status based on the village index build by involving an algorithm process. This research aims to produce a description of the role of big data in supporting activities in a grouping. The method used is a qualitative approach related to data collection based on scientific work with the source of data information needed to study literature techniques from various studies that have been published in national and international journals. In this millennial era, a large amount of digital data traffic going through communication media on digital technology every day. Most of the data are documents and other essential information. The existing rapid development of technology nowadays, information can be easily faked. To make sure the validity of a digital document, a digital signature is required to verify the originality of the document. The purpose of this research is to design software which implemented the group signature algorithm to apply and verify digital signatures. The Signature Group algorithm used in this research is the Tseng-Jan scheme. The Tseng-Jan scheme consists of 5 stages: setup, join, sign, verify, and open. After applying the algorithm using 2 digits key and 3 digits key on the samples, 80% of the verification experiment on 2 digits key was succeeded 70% of the verification experiment on 3 digits key was succeeded. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
