The Indonesian government has serious attention to facilitate the health of its people, one of which is by establishing Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) hereinafter BPJS. The Government of Indonesia collaborates with several parties including primary health facilities, General and Regional Hospitals, as well as general practitioners and specialists who have been appointed by BPJS. The aim of this study is the user's perception of Primary Care applications at primary health facilities BPJS in Malang. This study uses the DeLone & McLean (D&M) Update IS Success Model to assess the success of an information system where its use is mandatory at primary health facilities. The model contains 6 dimensions that can measure the success of a system, i.e. information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, Use, User Satisfaction and Net Benefits. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Purposive sampling is a method used in sampling. The respondents consist of doctors or admins who operate primary care applications at primary health facilities. The results of this study indicate that primary care applications can be categorized as successful information systems for each dimension of success in the D&M Update IS Success Model.

In the industrial era 4.0, it has surpassed increasingly complex technological advances in the information system that required a very high infrastructure and facilities and prevented fraud. Counterfeiting is a procedure following an entity, statistics, or documents (observe forged documents) with plans to deceive. Falsification of extensive information certificates is exacerbated by the current economic situation in Indonesia, which is currently occurring due to the widespread epidemic, namely COVID-19. The spread of the COVID-19 outbreak has had a significant impact and changes in all sectors, especially certificate forgery in Indonesia. The imitation of busy certificates is the main focus of this journal, focusing on journal publications combined with Blockchain technology. The sophistication of blockchain technology as authentication is comparing two or more items or additional tests to ensure the accuracy, correctness, or correctness of the information. This method uses qualitative methods with data sources based on case studies in controlled supervision with the basic concept of cryptography as the basis of analysis. From the decisions made, it is hoped that this will minimize the level of forgery of certificates widely measured during the COVID-19 era.

Quantum tunneling phenomenon allows a high-barrier reaction to occur even though thermal energy is not sufficient to surmount the barrier. The phenomenon has been suggested to exist in the isomerization of methylhydroxycarbene which occured at 11 K. Here we study the quantum tunneling that occured in the isomerization of methylhydroxycarbene to acetaldehyde and to vinyl alcohol based on density functional calculations. The isomerization pathways are determined under the effect of various solvents which are modeled by polarizable continuum model (PCM). We use Wentzel-Kramers-Brillouin (WKB) approximation to calculate the tunneling probability (T) and extend the usefulness of T into isomerization rate. The results show that the solvents give a significant effect on the isomerization rate of methylhydroxycarbene to acetaldehyde but an insignificant one on the isomerization rate to vinyl alcohol. © 2020 IOP Publishing Ltd. Analysis of Diameter Changes Effect on Radiation Element to Improve Characteristics of Fullwave Loop Antenna

The article explained about the analysis of effect changes the diameter of radiating elements to the improvement of antenna characteristics. The antenna radiating element studied was solid copper wire and the type of antenna observed was an antenna that had a circular contour called the Full Wave Loop antenna. This antenna is use for digital television broadcast receiver applications and has a circle radius of 16 cm. Improved antenna characteristics were analyze for 3 types of radiation element diameter, namely; 3.5 mm; 2.5 mm and 2.0 mm. The Antennas were operated in a working frequency of 586 MHz, which is for digital television receiver broadcast channels. Based on the test data on the 3 diameter antenna elements and calculation analysis, it is known that the improvement is characteristics VWSR occurs in the radiation element with 2.0 mm diameter, the VSWR value is 1.93, return loss is 7.6 dB, antenna impedance is 97 Ω, gain of 12.88 dBi and antenna bandwidth of 7,17% and gain of 12.86 dBi, while the antenna characteristics of the radiating elements that are 2.5 mm and 3.5 mm larger are worse, among others; for VSWR 2.7 and 3.63. Return loss is -6,9 dB and 4.9 dB. Antenna impedance was 135 Ω and 175 Ω. The antenna gain was 8.78 dBi and 7.1 dBi. The smaller the diameter of the radiating element in the Full Wave Loop antenna will improve the characteristics of VSWR, Return loss, input impedance, gain. On the other hand, the smaller the radiation element will reduce the antenna bandwidth, so it is necessary to look for other methods to improve bandwidth capacity without changing the four characteristics of the good antenna. Likewise, the equation for determining the physical size of the radiating element is redefined.

Complaint resolution that arise due to internal and external factors in a company can be monitored through the Service Recovery Index (SRI), and SRI is developed through a number of factors that influence it. Meanwhile, the SRI model needs to be developed to see the business sustainability through implementation knowledge management system in the organization. The data collection method was carried out, starting with building a research instrument based on knowledge management theory and continued with observation and distributing questionnaires to respondents who were involved in the business process of managing SRI. The data analysis method was used to process the data from the questionnaire, factor analysis method was used and the method to build the model used was the regression analysis method. The results obtained from this study are the discovery of 4 (four) factors with a number of indicators that are grouped on each formed factor, which can then be made and built a readiness model that reflects current conditions, so that it can be used to build predictions in the future related to readiness. implementation of knowledge management system development in order to support increased understanding of the service recovery index in the organization.

Load Balancing is very well applied to the distribution of internet access at any point of the Wi-Fi area so that the use of limited devices can be optimal and on target. The proper use of the Greedy Algorithms when applied to an access point device is very capable in resolving excessive loading in a single resource to take the best choice at every stage in an optimum process. Access point device is also a success factor in running the optimization of the distribution of Wi-Fi access on the Access Point is strongly influenced by the parameters set. In this research, user access factor in one very high Wi-Fi area also influences the possibility of incoming access failure. For the application of the results of this study can be utilized on all access point devices that have limits, but for speed internet access remains at the capacity provided bandwidth.

Geospatial information is increasingly needed for the development of Indonesia's Special Economic Zones (SEZ) concept. Pangandaran Raya is one of the areas that have been proposed as one of the SEZ locations, having nature and coastal tourism as its primary economic activities, and certainly in need of geospatial information for its land, coastal, and marine areas. However, land, coastal, and marine geospatial information in Pangandaran have been collected and processed separately by different institutions and have caused an absence in data continuity in terms of resolution, reference, and data format. This paper aims to integrate the topographic and bathymetric data of Pangandaran to generate seamless digital elevation model of Pangandaran coastal area. Verification was done by calculating the RMSE of the difference between elevation produced by the seamless digital elevation model and elevation that had been observed with RTK in the field. The results show that the RMSE of the seamless digital elevation model was 27 cm and there were 6 factors that had controlled the quality of seamless digital elevation model. The main factor that had controlled the quality of seamless digital elevation model was topographic data quality.

Diabetes is a disease that affects many people in the world. Diabetes mellitus is a type of metabolic disease in a person who suffers from blood glucose levels with extreme conditions, namely insufficient insulin production in the human body. Monitoring diabetes is an important concern for researchers because it can be useful for improving the quality of the nursing service system. One of the common conditions in diabetic patients is ulceration which is difficult to detect on time. Technology can minimize the total cost of monitoring chronic diseases such as Diabetes continuously and on time. This research focuses on solutions to produce IoT-based smart diabetic shoes that utilize pressure sensors and the temperature of the feet of people with diabetic feet. Smart diabetic shoes are made using the Lora E32 module to be applied to areas with poor internet connections. The results of the testing carried out for 60 seconds in this study succeeded in detecting the area of the foot that experienced the greatest pressure, which was located on the rear footrest with a portion of pressure of around 25 – 28% of the total body weight. The patient's foot temperature increases when the pedestal load is greater. The Lora E32 module also functions as a media transmitter and receiver at a distance of 2.2 km in sending sensor data.

Currently the trend of using Virtual Augmented Reality (VAR) technology in the field of vocational studies has become a very sexy research topic with visual features that can display objects in 3D, Virtual Augmented Reality can help many things, especially in creating innovation in various industries. In this literature study, the advantages and disadvantages of VAR are clearly described in terms of developing a three-dimensional virtual laboratory for innovation in learning vocational techniques. Unfortunately, some technical problems of VAR technology cannot be fully implemented into vocational engineering learning. The purpose of this study is to show a study of the application of VAR technology with a literature review system method in an appropriate three-dimensional virtual laboratory framework. This analysis is carried out by screening a number of publications of up to 30 major studies published from 2009 to 2018. The results show the low application of VAR technology in education and the increasing application of VAR in industrial environments that lead to high complexity for selecting and developing vocational engineering learning with the VAR system. Subsequent research was also proposed to design and implement AR technology integration into a virtual three-dimensional laboratory specifically for vocational engineering.

The development of critical thinking, creativity, and communication abilities is facilitated by the acquisition of writing skills, which are significant for students. Nevertheless, a considerable number of students presently encounter difficulties in locating the impetus and enthusiasm required for engagement in writing endeavors. The focus of the present paper is application design. The VBee application is a web-based application that facilitates the expression of user creativity and fosters a deeper appreciation for the art of writing. The application boasts a highly intuitive interface that effortlessly enables users to document their thoughts and experiences. It offers a plethora of features that not only facilitate writing but also foster self-expression, including customizable emoticons and the option to provide feedback. By designing the application, it could help support vocational school students in improving the quality of skill-focused education, particularly their English creative writing skill in enjoyment. Besides, the teachers are assisted to guide their students with technologically advanced and entertaining learning tools.
