This work studies formation control of Multi-Agent Systems (MASs) where its formation size is scalable via a scaling factor (scalable formation). Previous works on scalable formation are limited to either fixed undirected graph or fixed directed graph with p-rooted graph condition. This work proposes a novel distributed algorithm for scalable formation based on a distributed observer to estimate agents' positions. The novel algorithm results in a new matrix, a Laplacian matrix with additional diagonal terms, where the desired formation pattern is embedded in this diagonal terms. With the proposed algorithm, only spanning tree condition is needed as the necessary and sufficient condition to achieve the scalable formation. Numerical examples are shown to illustrate the proposed method. © 2020 IEEE.

The importance of the K-Medoid model in viewing disaster-prone areas in each sub-district in North Aceh. The advantage of the k-medoid model results is that it has better cluster centers than other models. The novelty of this research is the cluster results are assessed by each decision maker using the Borda group model in providing flood disaster assistance or areas that are a priority for handling, which are included in the flood-prone cluster. Therefore, this research is important because it can be used to identify areas most severely affected by flooding. This research aims to analyze and identify the impact of flood hazards based on grouping and decision-making using the Borda group model in each sub-district in North Aceh. The results of the k-medoids model show 3 clusters that can see potential areas for flood disasters, namely very vulnerable. There are six sub-districts. For the k-medoids results, ten sub-districts are vulnerable. Lastly, the safe zones are 11 sub-districts. This research's k-medoid model analysis is more precise in seeing clusters of places that are potentially affected by flooding based on spatial maps of their nearest neighboring areas. The percentage of each cluster is as follows: Cluster 1 is 4%, Cluster 2 is 55%, and Cluster 3 is 41%. The k-medoid model provided this result after three iterations, with a closeness difference of 1.594510537. The results of the Borda model group research can be used as a recommendation for the areas that receive the highest priority in disaster management. © 2023 IEEE.

Every tri dharma activity carried out must be reported once every semester in the form of a lecturer workload *** number of activities contained in the rubric makes many lecturers experience confusion to calculate how the credit performance in the Tridharma activities carried out. Therefore, it is necessary to have a simulation application that helps the calculation of credit performance of Tridharma activities in accordance with the BKD rubric. The lecturer workload simulation application can help lecturers to calculate credits for the Tridharma activities that have been carried out. One of games used as educational media is in hajj learning since Indonesia is well known as a country with the biggest hajj pilgrims every year. This research developes a HajjGame that provides a series of phase of the Hajj. HajjGame is adapted from the role playing game (RPG). RPG is a game genre with the story flows using agents as individual characters representative players equipped by certain tools, action/skill and ability to manage resources also ability to complete a special mission. One of the units of agent achievement in the RPG is experience point (XP) that is usually given after defeating enemies, collecting resources, or completing a challenge. So, the statistical ability for agents will increase, such as the status of health or adding new skills. Goal of this research is to measure the player achievement score combine with the educational credit based on Hajj phase. Player will get a credit accumulation/points after completing a task of learning. In this case, the task of learning is Hajj manasik that divide into 6 stages: Ihrom, Mabit in Mina, 'Arafah, Muzdalifah, throw Jamarat, Thawaf in Masjidil Haram and Sai. Each stage of Hajj will have detail actions that must be passed by an agent and will have educational credit (EC) points. Result from this research shows that a combination of XP and educational-credit on increasing learning and scoring as player's achievement. The challenge for the players will still available and the ability to understand the phase of the Hajj will be obtained. © 2010 IEEE.

Business processes are the collections of activities which produce some specific service for organizations. A lot of services are produced in the organization, making them difficult to document. information systems were built to perform the business processes and produce event logs as the documented business processes. The event log will be analyzed using process discovery technique to mine the process model by implementing some well-known algorithms such as Alpha Miner in deterministic algorithms and Heuristics Miner in heuristic algorithms. All of the algorithms have their own excellence and limitations in analyzing and discovering the event log into process models. Modified Time-based Heuristics Miner is the latest improvement of Heuristics Miner algorithm which can be mined the process model and define sequential and parallel (AND, OR, and XOR) relation. Comparing to the original, Heuristics Miner algorithm, is only able to discover sequential and parallel (AND and XOR) relation. To know the differences between original Heuristics Miner and Modified Time-based Heuristics Miner including the process model and its relations, the evaluation using conformance checking consist of fitness, precision, simplicity, and generalization was done in this research. This paper will be focused on the results of evaluation in conformance checking from both of the algorithms. The results presented that the conformance checking of Modified Time-based Heuristics Miner was higher than that of the original Heuristics Miner algorithm in those four criteria. © 2019 IEEE.

To date, the study model of IT value usually takes the form of a serial construction relating its components. This paper tries to offer a parallel construction in modeling the IT value study. The applied methodology is the design-science research approach to create the construction relating its components. To perfect the construct, the paper applies the partial adjustment valuation that functions as an estimating technique to approximate and evaluate the mathematical magnitude of the performing returns of a component compared to the real figures. The developed pattern undertakes a case study with Mandiri's data, an Indonesian state-owned banking industry, shows that the estimated revenue of the parallel configuration has a deviation of only 0.28% when compared with the bank's real revenue during the period 2004-2014. Thus, the parallel configuration may appear as the alternative configuration in the study of IT value as a result of its authenticity academically as well as pragmatically. © 2020 IEEE.

Indonesia has the world's largest Muslim population, so the potential for Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) funding is enormous. The existence of ZIS in the current Covid-19 pandemic is of extreme importance, as issues such as economic crisis, social inequality, and the rise of dhuafa (poor) are becoming more and more visible. However, in the presence of coronavirus, ZIS has become more challenging to manage and distribute. Bans on gatherings, distancing rules, and other restrictions to prevent the spread of the coronavirus make ZIS more challenging to manage. Therefore, we need innovations to build bridges between people in need and supporters. The Internet of Things (IoT) is one system that can bridge this. In this system, IoT enables machine-to-machine communication and reduces human interaction. This research uses IoT to support Rice Vending Machine with high accuracy. The accuracy is achieved using five load cells and a good rice way-out valve mechanism. In previous machines using a single load cell or open the valve according to a certain time. Based on its test results analysis and MAPE values, we found the machine's accuracy facing obtained very well, and the website monitoring was also very effective. This research provides innovation in ZIS management and dramatically benefits society. © 2023 IEEE.

Indonesia, as one of the largest coffee producers and exporters in the world, has experienced significant growth in the number of coffee shops, driven by increasing consumer demand for ready-to-drink coffee. This study aims to enhance sales performance at Authen Café and Space through the implementation of a menu bundling strategy. By utilizing data mining techniques and the Apriori algorithm, customer purchasing patterns were analyzed to identify optimal menu combinations. The data was collected directly at Authen Cafe during the period from April to August 2028. The analysis revealed that bundling strategies, such as combining Ayam Rica-Rica with Es Kopi Susu Karamel, are effective in increasing sales volume and product popularity among consumers. Furthermore, this study evaluated the impact of offering discounts on bundled packages on the café's profitability, demonstrating that this approach can boost net profit without sacrificing profit margins. This research provides significant insights into the application of data-driven marketing strategies within the café'industry and offers guidance for more effective managerial decision-making. © 2024 IEEE.

The problems and challenges for the government in seeing disease growth trend patterns are very important. This research focuses on infectious diseases, namely Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), while non-communicable illnesses focus on epilepsy and thalassemia in 2023-2024. The priority in this research is that the Health Service can take action to prevent disease distribution patterns that are seen based on the results of identifying patterns and trends using the fuzzy c-means model and mapping for each region. The research methodology includes collecting patient data, inputted by recorded medical data consisting of sub-district data and the number of incidents. The research results of the Fuzzy C-means model in analyzing infectious disease trend patterns show 3 clusters. The first cluster of vulnerable areas has four sub-districts: Sawang, Syamtalira Bayu, Dewantara and Muara Batu. Then, the second cluster still consists of 18 sub-districts. Finally, the safe cluster consists of 8 sub-districts. Meanwhile, the results of the ward model research showed that there were 2 clusters, namely vulnerable consisting of 19 sub-districts and safe eight sub-districts, which were then included in the spatial map. Meanwhile, analysis of non-communicable disease patterns using fuzzy c-means, namely thalassemia and epilepsy in cluster C1 (High) in 4 and 7 sub-districts, medium cluster in 9 and 7, and low cluster in 14 and 16 sub-districts. Therefore, this research can provide an important picture for the Health Service in analyzing trends in cluster patterns of growth of infectious and non-communicable diseases in children. © 2023 IEEE.

Consumption is an essential aspect of daily life, and fulfilling customer needs requires efficient distribution of goods. Therefore, distributors are needed and they frequently set targets for their employees to achieve, and motivation plays a significant role in employee performance. An organization that distributes goods called CV Karya Prima motivates its employees by offering incentives. However, manual incentive calculation sets out problems such as a lack of progress tracking, irregular payout dates, and probable inaccuracies. This study aims to develop a web-based incentive calculation system using the analytical hierarchy process method and a database for data retrieval. The system utilizes PHP, CodeIgniter, and MySQL and adopts the SDLC prototyping method. The developed system is focused on the sales division and variables like total sales, effective calls, calls, and outlets. The web-based system is capable of solving the issues using the features that were built based on user needs and have already been tested through user acceptance testing. © 2023 IEEE.
