Artificial intelligence technology greatly facilitates various conveniences in obtaining structured information and practical and attractive content suggestions and provides insight into the external factors needed to create social media content. In social media marketing, we intend to analyze the impact of using and applying Artificial Intelligence. Due to the limitations of the researchers and team, this research used semi-quantitative research methods and simple sampling techniques. The research obtained 100 respondents with six predetermined variables, namely The Effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence (E), Artificial Intelligence Analytics and Intelligence Utilization (AAM), The transformation of Artificial Intelligence to Social Media and Business (SMB), The Potential of Artificial Intelligence Assistance (SMI), and The Present and the Future of Artificial Intelligence (PFS). The research results show that The Effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence (E) and the Potential of Artificial Intelligence Assistance (SMI) are crucial factors in this research. The T-Statistical Test value indicates a result above the required confidence level (CL), precisely 95% or 1.96. Meanwhile, the factors that do not influence this research are Artificial Intelligence Analytics and Intelligence Utilization (AAM), The transformation of Artificial Intelligence to Social Media and Business (SMB), and The Potential of Artificial Intelligence Assistance (SMI). Due to the findings above, companies, businesses, and personal content creators can use artificial intelligence to improve their content marketing on social media, as they are taking action to achieve better results.

The healthcare industry uses AI, because it is more efficient. In Indonesia, the accuracy of measurements and transmission of children's growth and development is often wrong. Many small hospitals usually don't have length measuring equipment, so the results are inaccurate. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the stunting prevention program in Indonesia using an information system. The methodology used is a qualitative method, to conduct subjective research and analysis. The results of the research are to improve the website/mobile application information system which can display a child's growth and development history and simple educational information related to nutrition. Digital recording methods can speed up the process of updating data with a central database in real time. The value of this research is to reach the public to utilize technology and obtain personalized and interactive information directly to individuals. The theoretical implications of this research focus on information dissemination and understanding how chatbots influence knowledge acquisition and behavior change in the context of stunting prevention can contribute to advancing these theories in the field of public health. Managerial implications can provide cost effectiveness as Chatbots offer potentially cost-effective solutions and data-driven insights where managers can leverage chatbot analytics. © 2024 IEEE.

This research investigates the impacts of accountants' perceptions of ease of use towards technology readiness and the intensity of competition influenced by artificial intelligence in boosting industrial innovation and infrastructure development. Artificial intelligence technologies in the digital age have significantly impacted how accountants apply, understand, and interpret data. Following the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework, this paper critically explores the ease of use of the technology and perceived benefits as well as the competitive pressure factors in adopting artificial intelligence technology, leading to the formulation of hypotheses. This quantitative survey research used an online questionnaire to gather data; however, its target population of participants was unspecified, yet in the JABODETABEK region. This study seeks to explain accountants' reactions toward the use of artificial intelligence technology and the level of adoption based on the given perception to understand the impact of intensifying competition within the accounting profession. Based on this, this study's findings will improve knowledge of the relationship between the accountants' perceptions and the implementation of AI technology in accountancy, leading to the development of accountancy as a discipline in the digital age.

The purpose of this research was to analyze a B2B sales information system at ABC Company. The analysis was based on the current problems found within the B2B sales transaction business process from the customer's perspective, and the result of the analysis was to design a web-based sales information system that could better support the B2B sales transaction activities. It was to be expected that through the design of this web-based sales information system, B2B customers of the company would be able to place orders and access important information by themselves without relying on the salesman, and the employees also could access information and handle B2B customers' orders based on their own roles in the system. © 2023 IEEE.

Undoubtedly, the Covid-19 outbreak has significantly increased the opportunity for online shopping, creating higher demand for internet banking. Noticeably customer expectations on digitisation of banking have been accelerated by the pro-longed pandemic. Thus, with the increasing popularity of internet banking during the COVID19 pandemic, the researchers are motivated to examine the factors influencing the intention to use internet banking in Indonesia. A total of 387 responses were collected using the Google form and then analysed using SmartPLS 3.3. Application. Using the purposive sampling technique, the questionnaires were distributed from November 4, 2021, to November 29, 2021, via social networks such as Discord, Instagram and Line. The underpinning theory of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is applied in this study. The result shows that 3 hypotheses were rejected. Namely, personal innovativeness to intention to use, the subjective norm to intention to use internet banking, and perceived risk to intention to use internet banking. While the rest, such as perceived usefulness to intention to use;subjective norm to perceived usefulness;perceived ease of use to intention to use;trust to intention to use;and attitude to intention to use were accepted as they directly or indirectly have a positive effect on the usage intention of internet banking in Indonesia. The findings of this research may contribute some new insights for Indonesian e-commerce operators, practitioners, e-vendors and various companies that may have an intention to extend or transform their businesses into an online model © 2022 IEEE.

In this era, the marketplace needs to use various strategies in their business and marketing to compete with other businesses to have a competitive advantage that can attract customers. One of the strategies is to use a new concept called gamification in digital marketing. Shopee Tanam is one of the most popular gamification features in Indonesia. The research goals were to define and clarify the effectiveness of applying Shopee Tanam gamification elements in the Shopee marketplace. Also, finding gamification elements that have the most significant impact on user Continuance Intention of Shopee Tanam game on the Shopee marketplace. This study uses Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) as study research with a purposive sampling method;data was gathered by online questionnaire from 399 respondents in November 2022 and respondents are located in Greater Jakarta and other cities around Indonesia. In this research, Intrinsic Motivation and satisfaction influence Continuance Intention, while Competence, Autonomy, Relatedness, and Reward affect Intrinsic Motivation. © 2022 IEEE.

This study aims to identify the impact of Artificial Intelligent enabled (AI-enabled) service quality and Personalization on Continuous usage intention in the marketplace in Indonesia. There are seven variables (AI-enabled service quality, Personalization, AI User Experience, Trust, Perceived Value, User Satisfaction, and Continuous Usage Intention) and ten hypotheses in the research model. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analytical approach evaluates hypotheses. There is 215 sample used in this study. The respondents are marketplace users in Indonesia;data was collected online with Purposive sampling in November 2021 in Indonesia. The results show that all hypotheses are significant. This study's result revealed how users' continuous usage intention is significantly affected by user satisfaction and the perceived value of the marketplace in Indonesia. Moreover, AI-enabled service quality and personalization also affect trust, perceived value, and user satisfaction. © 2022 IEEE.

The present of Covid pandemic has introduced the significance of telemedicine as an important tool to assist wider patients and reduce contact risks. The article takes a case study of SG Hospital Indonesia (SGH) that has many affiliate health cares around Indonesia that aggressively to have further collaboration with local health care such as clinics, laboratories and pharmacies. Although it delivers many benefits, scholars addressed the implementation of telemedicine poses many security risks especially within outdated security procedures that have been implemented in many health cares. The article proposes the development of Telekami (SGH telemedicine app) by using smart contract feature in Hyperledger Fabric blockchain technology. Hyperledger solution has been adopted widely in B2B application. The use of smart contract is expected to provide secure and more health business services.

Coffee is one of the plantation crops that has long been a cultivated plant in Indonesia. The classification of coffee fruit maturity manually still has several weaknesses and requires a long process, has low accuracy and is inconsistent, this is because the determination is made subjectively by coffee farmers. As for the classification of coffee fruit maturity levels automatically, it can be faster with objective determination, therefore the use of image processing is relatively easier, faster, and based on a quantified descriptive assessment to determine coffee maturity. Image Processing is a method used to process or manipulate images in 2-dimensional form. In the classification process, there are many methods used to obtain classification of objects based on training data. One of the algorithms used for the classification process is K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). KNN is a classification technique for objects based on training data that is the closest or has similar characteristics to the object. KNN includes supervised learning algorithms, where the results of the new query instance are classified based on the majority of the categories in K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN). The finding indicated that class classification of ripe and unripe were 88,24 % and 100% respectively with 93,33% accuracy level. © 2023 IEEE.

Customers' buying behavior is critical in e- marketplace. It is crucial to analyze customers' impulsive buying behavior to increase sales in e-commerce, especially on e-marketplace. This study aims to investigate factors that influence the impulsive behavior of customers in the e- marketplace by using the SOR Model. This study aimed to determine the effect of impulsive customer behavior on the e- marketplace. There are six variables in the research model: Situational Factor, Promotional Factor, Product Factor, Internal Factor, Urge to Buy Impulsive, and Impulsive Buying. This study used the SOR (Stimulus, Organism, and Response) Model to confirm all the hypothesis results. For Statistic analysis, Sequential Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS 3.0 was used to calculate the data of 510 respondents. The data was collected online and used the Purposive sampling method in November 2021. The results showed that all five hypotheses had a significant effect. © 2022 IEEE.
