Internet of Things is a global network infrastructure consisting of aspects of “Things” that are connected to an information network and have identity, physical form, virtual personality, and intelligent appearance. In the implementation of smart manufacturing, IoT has become key enabling factor that help its optimalization. Smart manufacturing is a collection of manufacturing activities that use integrated information and communication technology in the process of managing manufacturing operations. The purpose of making this paper is to produce a systematic literature review that can help discuss and examine what Internet of Things is and how it is implemented in smart manufacturing, how IoT enabled smart manufacturing can support internationalization efforts, and the impact that internationalization efforts can have towards firm performance. The steps taken in making a systematic literature review include three main steps, namely SLR planning, process, and report. The report shows that implementation of smart manufacturing could help bring competitive advantage for firm and support internationalization effort that would affect firm’s performance. The success of internationalization process has a varied impact on the company’s performance according to various reference results, where there is a common concept, which is a decrease in performance at the beginning of the internationalization process due to the capital expansion costs required.

Inflation is an economic indicator that is used to evaluate economic performance of an area. It is an important indicator in managing consumer’s purchasing power. Rising inflation rate can influence the interest rate. Studies have conducted in regard to inflation with the main focus of developing time series and forecasting models. However, for the modelling, pattern changes in time series and existence of outlier values have not been analyzed. For the purpose, a study was conducted in looking at the pattern existing in the inflation rate data using the monthly inflation rate in Denpasar City of Bali, Indonesia during January 2010, and April 2023. The study was performed by implementing the Minimum Message Length (MML) principle through the process of mixture modelling. Two distributions are considered in this study i.e., Gaussian and Student t distributions. Based on the conducted modelling, it was found that the best MML model for the dataset was a one Student t class mixture model. This shows that outliers exist in the inflation rates data in Denpasar City of Bali, Indonesia. The resulting MML model has also produced a slightly better probability bit costing compared to the Akaike information Criterion (AIC) and Schwarz’s Bayesian information Criterion (BIC) models. Further modelling for different time range of the data shows that inflation rates during the year 2010 to 2014 was fitted best using a one Student t class model, whereas the inflation rates during the year of 2015 to 2019 resulted in a one Gaussian class model. This shows that outliers exists during the former time range, whereas during the latter time range, the rates were managed better. For the data during the pandemic Covid-19, MML resulted in a one Gaussian class model, whereas AIC and BIC resulted in a two Gaussian classes model. This proves that MML accommodates a certain degree of uncertainty in data during the modelling.

Consumption is an essential aspect of daily life, and fulfilling customer needs requires efficient distribution of goods. Therefore, distributors are needed and they frequently set targets for their employees to achieve, and motivation plays a significant role in employee performance. An organization that distributes goods called CV Karya Prima motivates its employees by offering incentives. However, manual incentive calculation sets out problems such as a lack of progress tracking, irregular payout dates, and probable inaccuracies. This study aims to develop a web-based incentive calculation system using the analytical hierarchy process method and a database for data retrieval. The system utilizes PHP, CodeIgniter, and MySQL and adopts the SDLC prototyping method. The developed system is focused on the sales division and variables like total sales, effective calls, calls, and outlets. The web-based system is capable of solving the issues using the features that were built based on user needs and have already been tested through user acceptance testing.

Environmental awareness has recently emerged as one of the most crucial topics. As a result, various groups advocate for these technologies and research ways to promote their usage in various contexts. This study examines the factors influencing the intention and use of green technology among academics. This study integrates Price Value (PV) and Consideration of future consequence (CFC) to Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) as a theoretical basis. Two hundred five valid replies were gathered and processed through statistical analysis. The results of this study partly support the developed hypotheses. Four hypotheses developed from TPB have presented significant relationships. However, PV and CFC were not. The findings indicate that individuals in this study did not consider CFC or PV of green IT products as critical factors in their decision-making process. Findings also suggest that for implementation success, competent parties must consider the campaign to increase individual awareness and provide financial support regarding environmental policy. © 2023 IEEE.

Various ticket booking applications in Indonesia offer many options for consumers, before determining which application to use to order tickets, consumers of course first compare each platform in order to get the best service for existing ticket booking applications. There is a mobile application that makes it easy to order tickets online and provides various needs on one platform. Booking tickets with the help of technology can summarize the costs and time required in conventional ticket bookings. Focusing on the needs and emotions of users when using a ticket booking application is one of the keys to the success of an application, evaluating user experience to ticket booking application users can find out the experience users get when using a ticket booking application. The method used in this research is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) from journal papers published from 2017-2021. The results showed that the ticket ordering application had more research on the Traveloka and *** applications, and the methods used for evaluating user experience/user experience and ticket booking applications were more dominant using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method, as well as the advantages of the method used. For evaluating user experience/user experience and ticket booking applications, the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method has the advantage of measuring aspects of the user experience of the product very quickly and the results obtained are more comprehensive on the user experience. © 2021 IEEE.

Technological developments are increasingly rapid, especially in financial sector. The improvement of financial technology is expected to provide financial information quickly and on time. Wealth management is very important. Investment is one method of implementing wealth management. With this phenomenon, the technology has entered the financial sector of wealth management. Robo Advisor is a form of technology application that implements an information system in it. This Robo-advisor is created with an algorithm that has been programmed to analyze market data, risk profiles and client investment goals. This is expected to produce the benefits of data analysis and artificial intelligence to create investment portfolios that suit each investor. This research was conducted to determine whether there is a positive relationship between the use of Robo- advisors on variables from UTAUT and investor satisfaction.

The problems and challenges for the government in seeing disease growth trend patterns are very important. This research focuses on infectious diseases, namely Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), while non-communicable illnesses focus on epilepsy and thalassemia in 2023-2024. The priority in this research is that the Health Service can take action to prevent disease distribution patterns that are seen based on the results of identifying patterns and trends using the fuzzy c-means model and mapping for each region. The research methodology includes collecting patient data, inputted by recorded medical data consisting of sub-district data and the number of incidents. The research results of the Fuzzy C-means model in analyzing infectious disease trend patterns show 3 clusters. The first cluster of vulnerable areas has four sub-districts: Sawang, Syamtalira Bayu, Dewantara and Muara Batu. Then, the second cluster still consists of 18 sub-districts. Finally, the safe cluster consists of 8 sub-districts. Meanwhile, the results of the ward model research showed that there were 2 clusters, namely vulnerable consisting of 19 sub-districts and safe eight sub-districts, which were then included in the spatial map. Meanwhile, analysis of non-communicable disease patterns using fuzzy c-means, namely thalassemia and epilepsy in cluster C1 (High) in 4 and 7 sub-districts, medium cluster in 9 and 7, and low cluster in 14 and 16 sub-districts. Therefore, this research can provide an important picture for the Health Service in analyzing trends in cluster patterns of growth of infectious and non-communicable diseases in children.

The patient's infusion fluid will only be changed if the nurse changes it or based on information from the patient's family. The research method used in terms of fluid volume utilizes the function of the Arduino microcontroller as the brain, the load cell sensor as an infusion fluid weight detector connected to the IoT, fuzzy logic calculations on the infusion volume weight measuring device in line with real-time decision-making when reading gram weight changes with sensors, and the system development method using a prototype model. The test results of three infusion bottles containing mineral water with a liquid volume of 500 ml and a load cell sensor as an infusion weight detector can be accepted by the Arduino Wemos D1 as a load cell sensor processing component. The infusion liquid weight data is uploaded to the MySQL database, and a notification is sent and displayed on the smartphone when the infusion volume reaches 12% of its weight. The results of this study indicate that the design of tools connected to applications on smartphones can work well and facilitate the process of monitoring infusions for patients in real-time

Better staff motivation is believed enables to deliver better performances. Although it sounds essential, many companies have carried out unsuccessful program to do so. The article examines improving gamification design in Gojek app, a pioneer of ride hailing company, in Indonesia. Studies show the use of Gamification has proven to deliver many benefits and improve better performances in business. The article applies game design approach in Gojek app to improve driver’s motivation as key factor to improve overall company performance. The article applies Maslow needs theory to guide the game design to improve overall drivers’ motivation, loyalty, and achievements.

The increasing use of digital payment systems has led to a rise in fraudulent activities, presenting a significant challenge in ensuring secure transactions. This research focuses on implementing the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm with a Radial Basis Function (RBF) kernel to detect fraud in digital payment systems. One of the main challenges addressed in this study is the severe class imbalance in the dataset, where fraudulent transactions account for only 0.17% of total transactions. To overcome this, the SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique) method was applied to balance the dataset, allowing the model to better recognize fraudulent patterns. The results indicate that the SVM model achieved an accuracy of 99.93%, with a precision of 86.23% and a recall of 75.51%. These results demonstrate that SVM, combined with SMOTE and RBF kernel, is highly effective in detecting fraudulent transactions while minimizing false positives. This research provides a strong foundation for improving fraud detection models in the context of digital payment systems, offering enhanced security and trust for users. Further research could explore hybrid models and real-time data analysis to improve performance.
