Online store users continue to grow and develop throughout the year so that the number of reviews from customers is also increasing. Customers can write reviews about the products and services and then post them on social media, whether it's a good or bad review. The reviews written are also very diverse such as product specification review, product advantages, product disadvantages and so on. Sometimes it is difficult for readers to determine which reviews are real and correct because there are so many written reviews. Reviews really play a very important role for potential customers to decide whether to buy the product or service or not. This study used several algorithms of sentiment analysis to detect fake reviews of online stores on Twitter. The algorithms were used to calculate the accuracy value of the review. The algorithms used were support vector machine, Naive Bayes, and logistic regression. The accuracy values of the three algorithms were compared and the highest is selected. The review text that was processed to produce fake review detection comes from the 3 leading online stores in Indonesia namely Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak. The results of calculating the accuracy value for real data using support vector machine is 70.58%, using naïve bayes is 69.89%, and using logistic regression is 70.49%. Comparison of these three results determines that the most appropriate algorithm for detecting fake reviews of online stores is the support vector machine algorithm.

Living in a time when technological advancement is constant makes daily life unavoidably entwined with technology due to the digitalization process. A chatbot is a system powered by artificial intelligence (AI) that supports company operations in the customer care sector of the tourist, commercial, or educational sectors. It establishes the performance of an organization's efficacy and efficiency. Nevertheless, some users find using chatbots uncomfortable. This is a result of their inability to resolve their issues. This study investigates the variables influencing college students' readiness to utilize chatbots. Responses were obtained using a questionnaire and disseminated over social media channels, including Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Line. Data were then analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0. The findings show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived trust, functionality, interactivity, and attitudes toward technology all positively impact behavioral intention to use chatbot in higher education. The limitation of this study is small sample size and not cover all provinces in Indonesia.

The amount of expertise needed to complete a decoration services project makes the leaders of the Puri Ethnic Decoration studio often have difficulty in making decisions to determine employees in accordance with the criteria of the project to be worked on. The method used in making the decision to determine the decoration service employee uses the Weighted Product (WP) method in the form of a Weighted Product (WP) calculation based on the amount of quota available in each project. A prototype of vocabulary game was developed for student who wants to learn English. With this application, user can play various game while learning English. The prototype was evaluated through usability testing to access its learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, and satisfaction. In the end, it was found that vocabulary game learnability rate was 74, 4%, efficiency rate was 82, 3%, memorability rate was 84, 1%, error rats was 49, 5%, and lastly 80, 2% for satisfaction. Method used in this research was literature study carried-out includes material of User Interface, Usability Testing, and Nielsen's Attribute of Usability Model tested using SEM, Smart PLS as statistic tools. Then from 47 respondents, who were asked to use the interactive UI, they had to run Usability Testing and answered the Post-Test Questionnaire. The result found that 2 hypotheses rejected and 3 hypotheses accepted. © 2021 IEEE.

The application of information technology in addition to making internal business processes more effective and efficient, is also to improve customer service. This role is important for companies to maintain the sustainability of information systems as a strategic tool for competitive advantage so system availability is absolutely essential. Research related to the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) needs to be carried out to see the readiness of a corporation to build a backup system in different places and locations. By using the method of factor analysis and regression analysis to form an evaluation model, it will obtain an overview of what factors must be considered and what the current conditions are. The results of the study show that there are Core Technical DRP, Organizational Preparation, and Costing factors which are the main variables in supporting DRP readiness. The conclusion from this study, through these three new factors a mathematical model can be built as a reference for improving DRP implementation in corporations.

This study aims to understand why mobile wallet users intend to continue using the mobile wallet and pay later for the payment system and find out whether the satisfaction and perceived risk have an effect or not on continuance intention in the mobile wallet. This research is motivated by increasing mobile wallets in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, and Bandung. This research used Structural Equation Model (SEM) and SmartPLS as statistical tools, with purposive sampling for data collecting. Data were taken from October - November 2020. The proposed model has 5 (five) variables: Perceived Usefulness, Confirmation, Satisfaction, Perceived Risk, and Continuance Intention in Mobile wallets, and four hypotheses. All hypotheses have a significant impact. © 2021 IEEE.

Digital payment, such as e-wallet, is not unfamiliar in Indonesia;the number of e-wallet usage has constantly been growing in these past years and is expected to overtake bank transfers in the future. With the increasing usage of e-wallet, the payment method trend is slowly shifting, leaving the cash method behind. Nevertheless, since the COVID-19 pandemic starts in the year 2020, it shifts to accelerate the circumstances of e-wallet usage differ from the typical situations. This study dwells on predicting determinants of continuous intention to use e-wallet post-COVID-19 pandemic by using PLS-SEM. With the purposive sampling method, data was gathered via an online questionnaire from 483 respondents in October-November 2020, consisting of e-wallet users located in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bandung. In this model, Attitude, Inertia, Subjective Norm, and Trust are variables influencing continuance intention, while Satisfaction is the variable affecting Inertia. All hypotheses are found to be significant. © 2021 IEEE.

English as a foreign language is studied across the world, of course, includes Indonesia. The results, though, are still not as good as expected. Technologies are one of the tools in learning a foreign language. Gamification is one of the ways to learn English better. This paper tries to create design solutions with UCD to create the fairest game to learn vocabulary for users. This research collected data from 103 respondents in November 2020. The respondents were those who have used language learning applications. The respondent watched a video using the interactive User Interface (UI) of the application (prototype) before using it. The use of questionnaires was used to look for user's requirements. With the use of UCD, we specify the context of use, the user requirements, and the design solutions that exist;Landing page, leaderboard, badges, point systems, vocabulary builder, word's definition, and flashcards. This research aims to recognize the user's expectations and the User Interface based on the user recommendation. © 2021 IEEE.

ABC Application is owned by ABC Company which already has branches of more than 100 stores in 7 countries where Indonesia is one of the branches with 79 stores spread across several cities, especially Jabodetabek area. ABC has launched an application that has been operating for more than a year;because the ABC application is new to the food and beverage sector, the application has received several positive and negative responses from its users especially on its user experience. Based on this background, this research will more focus on user experience of ABC Application. ABC Application can find out the assessment of user experience and improve the results of any negative responses in the form of criticism or suggestions from users. The method used in this research is the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). From the research results that have been carried out, the novelty scale is the scale with the lowest attachment of all respondents. Therefore, improving and developing the ABC application through this scale is necessary. © 2022 IEEE.

This study aims to examine the extent of human governance and information technology usage able to act as a driving force for sustainability reporting to increase company performance by investigating shariah-compliant companies in Indonesia. A quantitative methodology from 70 Indonesian Islamic manufacturing companies registered in Indonesia's Islamic capital market has been chosen to achieve the study's objective. A descriptive and multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data using companies' annual reports for 2019. The study found that Human Governance (HG) Index was positive and significantly related to sustainability reporting and sustainability reporting to business performance. However, IT usage was found not significantly related to sustainability reporting for shariah companies in Indonesia. Further sustainability reporting is also a significant mediating 'variable for HG to business performance, but not for IT usage. This study contributes to the discussion of Islamic governance, human resource, and usage of IT. The findings can be used to identify the necessary mechanisms that should be enhanced to strengthen the practice of business performance. © 2022 IEEE.
