Determination of the best path or often called the shortest path finding is a method that has many benefits and can be applied in various cases and fields of science. In previous studies, authors have developed the shortest path finding program using various algorithms, such as held-karp, iterative deepening search, bidirectional depth first search and depth limited search. In this research author implements shortest path finding on information system for determining fire disaster evacuation route using Dijkstra and bidirectional Dijkstra. The program was developed based on web using *** framework. Both algorithms were tested on several datasets and the results will be compared to find out the strengths and weaknesses. Based on the research, the algorithm was successfully developed based on the web using the *** framework and successfully tested on several datasets, it is known that 40% of the test results show that bidirectional Dijkstra is better than Dijkstra, 10% vice versa and 50% get the same results from both algorithms. From this comparison it can be concluded that the bidirectional Dijkstra algorithm is better than Dijkstra. This research succeeded in proving that the bidirectional Dijkstra algorithm can produce a better route than the standard or classic Dijkstra algorithm. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In today’s complex global environments, it is highly challenging to achieve effective healthcare management. The critical challenges faced by healthcare management are being met by the revolution of m-health where mobile cloud computing plays a major role. The taxonomy of mobile computing comprises operational aspects, end-user issues, and service quality and mobility management. The use of smartphone technologies and applications has become a highly significant approach to improving healthcare management. Mobile health services such as mobile pathology, mobile neurosurgery, cancer treatment, and behavioral/psychological disorders are gaining significance where smartphone applications are being used. Portability, flexibility, and convenience are major characteristics of mobile computing that have helped patients and doctors to develop better relationships through coordination and communication. The relationship between smartphone technologies and applications and healthcare management can be understood in several broad aspects. This article aims to analyze the current and future implications of these technologies on healthcare and disease management systems.

The recent improvement of traditional education systems in developing countries is supported by the adoption of the latest blockchain technology. This disruptive technology is key to improving accountability and transparency. This study investigates the main factors that influence educational institutions' intention to implement blockchain technology in e-learning. By combining blockchain adoption strategies, smart learning environments, and enhancing educational innovation this study develops an updated model of the Technology Acceptance Model. This conceptual model was evaluated and validated using online survey-based structural analysis. The results revealed that the blockchain adoption strategy factor has a significant influence on blockchain adoption in smart learning environments. Other findings also had important significant effects on the adoption of blockchain technology. This research presents an updated Technology Acceptance Model for blockchain adoption, providing guidance for decision-makers in developing smart learning environments for educational institutions in developing countries. © 2023 IEEE.

A telecommunication system must minimize collisions, especially in LoRaWAnnetworks. This system will analyze the Quality of Service of LoRa and LoRaWancommunication systems within the scope of end nodes constantly moving freely. Therefore, the resulting throughput and packet loss cannot be predicted, and an appropriate method is needed to overcome this by using Blind Adaptive Data Rate (ADR). Adaptive Data Rate in this research will be developed into Blind Adaptive Data Rate due to the Mobile Node condition factor. ADR is a mechanism that allows LoRa networks to save battery power or sensor nodes and become stable data transmission without much packet loss (bytes). It can also dynamically adjust the data transmission rate (DR). The development of Blind-ADR is the unpredictable node mobility factor, thus affecting the data rate (DR). This mechanism decreases collisions in LoRaWan,meaning that telecommunications' effectiveness (%) increases in data rate (bytes). ADR can increase the data rate by 20-30% and reduce airtime by 20-30%, while Blind ADR can increase the data rate by 10-20% and reduce airtime by 10-20%. © 2023 IEEE.

Technology in the tax field is evolving by the minute. Digital technology has many implications for development in various fields. One of them is the field of economics. One of the latest technologies is the Internet of Things, which has attracted the attention of various organizations and governments, more precisely the tax authorities. This research tries to illustrate the impact of the Internet of Things on taxation. The researcher used qualitative research with literature survey methods. Data were collected from various journals, media publications, articles, and previous research papers. The study's findings indicated that the Internet of Things (IoT) is crucial to the development of control technologies. This supports the Director General of Taxes’ (DGT) goal of using big data analytics to optimize the potential of digital taxes through his two mechanisms: predictive analytics and tax ranking.

Planck's constant experiment has been carried out to determine the value of Planck's constant using the regression analysis method. The steps are carried out using the scientific process outlined in the practical work steps. The specification of the experimental equipment uses the Planck constant experimental set with 12v/35w tungsten halogen light, 15v output, +-0.2% accuracy, 220V power requirement, 0.5A fuse rating and red, yellow 1, yellow 2, and red color filters, green and blue. Experiments using the concept of the photoelectric effect phenomenon began by irradiating metallic materials with light using a filter. The wavelength (635, 570, 540, 500, 460) nm is the light filter variation. The wavelength that hits the metal material is selected by placing a light filter on the light propagation path toward the metal material. So the light that passes through the filter is only light with a certain wavelength. After the metal material is irradiated by light with a certain wavelength, then the stopping potential voltage measurement is carried out on the metal material irradiated by light. From the variation of the light filter used, it is possible to calculate Planck's constant using the regression method with the value obtained 6.26x1034. This value is very close to the actual Planck's constant value which is 6.62x1034 so an error value is obtained 4.23%. With 95.77% accuracy, Planck's constant value obtained from the calculation using the linear regression method can be said to be very close to the actual Planck's constant value. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Citrus Limon L. (Lemon) is a type of fruit that is currently widely consumed, because it contains abundant vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants. This fruit have high potential in the agribusiness sector and is widely cultivated by traditional farmers. However, during harvest time, traditional farmers generally still use manual methods using the human eye in distinguishing the maturity level of lemons which is less efficient because it has a low accuracy. Digital image processing is one solution to this problem. In the research on the classification of lemon maturity levels using digital image processing with the feature extraction method of the Mean RGB, HSV, and LBP methods and the K-Nearest Neighbor classification algorithm in this study, a total of 120 lemon images were used which were divided into 80 training image data and 40 image data. testing. The results of model performance measurements in the form of the highest accuracy level in the Mean RGB method of 100%, the highest accuracy in the HSV method of 98%, and the highest accuracy in the LBP method of 82.5%.

QRIS is one of the payment methods that are commonly used in this digital era. It is based on QR Code with the purpose to solve challenges in other payment system. QRIS gives more advantages compared to other payment systems by offering ease and practicality. However, not all people sympathize with the advantages QRIS offers. Some people prefer to use the old payment method (cash), and it is affected by several factors. This research seeks to determine how performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and perceived security affect users' preference of utilizing QRIS. For purposes of assessing its objective, quantitative approach was employed. The survey was distributed to the public that had experience using QRIS. SmartPLS 4 was used to assess 191 responses for model and structural metrics. As in result, effort expectancy and performance expectancy were not crucial to the respondents when adopting QRIS payment. On the other hand, facilitating condition, perceived security, and social influence significantly influence the QRIS utilization. This study offers better clarity to acknowledge the factors that affect users of QRIS.

Online loan is viewed as an alternative to banking but easier and provide direct connection between public and loan offerer. However, online security threats and scam are undermining the quality of online loan. This study aims to determine how the public views their privacy while using online loan applications, perceived risk, perceived security, and qualities on intention to apply online loan. In order to examine the intention, a quantitative survey method was adopted and survey questionnaire was sent to the public who had experienced and apply for online loan applications. 153 responses were received and analysed using IBM SPSS version 28 for demographic analysis and SmartPLS 4 for model and structural measurements. Results show that perceived security, service quality and system quality were not critical to the respondents when choosing online loan applications while perceived risk, information sharing, and privacy concern were critical. This study shows that general public believed that security and quality are part of the package when organization offered a product or service. Interestingly, while privacy, risk, and information are important, public felt that it is the duty of organization to take care of their interests. Future research should look into behavioural aspects of public risk, information sharing, and privacy concern to understand in-depth.

The information system is a strategic tool for the goals but is considered not optimal because there are indications that long-term target strategies have not been achieved. it is necessary to identify the factors that influence this success so that a model can be built that describes the achievement of the company's strategic objectives. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach through an analysis of data using factor analysis and regression analysis. The results of the study show three factors that influence strategic goals in companies, namely Leadership & Organizational, Goals Visualization, and Enterprise-wide Awareness.
