This systematic literature review (SLR) study aims to analyze the role of New Media as a Tool to Improve Creative Thinking, with relevant articles from 2018 to 2023 taken from reputable international journals. It uses three research questions (RQ) to explore New Media's relevance in stimulating creativity. The results indicate that interactive platforms such as social media and online collaboration tools positively influence creative thinking skills. Interaction through New Media allows individuals to share ideas, discuss, and be exposed to various points of view, all of which stimulate creative thinking. In addition, New Media also facilitates the creative process of solving problems and generating original ideas. The immersive experiences offered by this technology can enhance the exploration of ideas and increase the ability to think out-of-the-box. While New Media offers great potential to enhance creativity, there are also potential risks, such as false information, media addiction, and privacy concerns. Therefore, awareness of the wise use of New Media needs to be increased, especially in education and everyday life. Overall, this literature review provides in-depth insight into the role of New Media in enhancing creative thinking skills and driving innovation. With the right approach, New Media can be an effective tool in stimulating creative thinking and encouraging the creation of original ideas beneficial for future social and technological developments.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever or what weoften hear with DHF is a disease that we often encounter in our environment, even now cases of DHF have spread in 472 districts or cities in 34 provinces. Fuzzy logic is a method that has a vague or unclear meaning. So, fuzzy logic is logic that is fuzzy, or contains elements of uncertainty. This theory is usedin the fields of control theory, decision making, *** are three variables in this study population density, frequency of drainage, and cases of DHF. The dataused are 2015-2020 data and the data to be tested for the output of this research is data in 2020 where the data for this year is data that has never been tested before. The forecasting results are based on research on 72 input data and 12 data used to validate the forecasting results using the Mamdani fuzzy method to get an accuracy of about 83%.

The recent improvement of traditional education systems in developing countries is supported by the adoption of the latest blockchain technology. This disruptive technology is key to improving accountability and transparency. This study investigates the main factors that influence educational institutions’ intention to implement blockchain technology in e-learning. By combining blockchain adoption strategies, smart learning environments, and enhancing educational innovation this study develops an updated model of the Technology Acceptance Model. This conceptual model was evaluated and validated using online survey-based structural analysis. The results revealed that the blockchain adoption strategy factor has a significant influence on blockchain adoption in smart learning environments. Other findings also had important significant effects on the adoption of blockchain technology. This research presents an updated Technology Acceptance Model for blockchain adoption, providing guidance for decision-makers in developing smart learning environments for educational institutions in developing countries.

The development of the smartphones that rapidly increasing, and high smartphone Users as a tool to make a lot of information, make emergence of instant messaging applications with a variety of options for use. Telegram, as one of the instant messaging application that is fairly new, offering in its various features compared to other instant messaging applications, so it can grow rapidly and much in demand in only 2 years. One of the interesting features is the Bot telegram, a special account without number that can handle Command from the User and gives answers appropriate to Command functionality. The account serves as the interface of the running system that communicate via Telegram Bot API. This study seeks to build a Bot telegram with database to built The Online Test application uses Telegram Bots Version 1.0. In each lecture meeting, a Lecturer can make a short test in the form of multiple choices to review the material at the previous meeting and get information about what percentage of students understand the material that has been taught before. We can use the application to send realtime messages to facilitate the test. Of course, which supports the creation of bots easily to add features that did not yet exist. Of the many we chose Telegram to be an online test environment by utilizing the Bot creation facilities provided by Telegram. This article will be a guide that makes it easier for lecturers to give a simple test at the beginning of the meeting, so that they can attract students' daily grades. And in order to be more interactive there are features of student value progress reports that can also be accessed individually so that students can know the progress of their learning outcomes. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Design of Dual Space Inquiry framework for facilitating flexible learning in digital technology era

Mixed learning that offers flexibility is a current requirement. However, the challenge lies in ensuring that these approaches effectively accommodate interactive and practical elements, especially in physics education. This research aims to design a conceptual framework of the Dual Space Inquiry for facilitating flexible learning in basic physics course. An educational design research (EDR) approach was used to develop and validate the Dual Space Inquiry framework comprising three phases: analysis and exploration;design and construction;and evaluation and reflection. This research involved 253 students and 20 experts and practitioners. The findings highlighted the urgency of implementing a mixed learning framework that combines face-to-face and online learning methods in physics education contexts to optimize learning outcomes. These results became the basis for the design of the Dual Space Inquiry Framework which emphasizes flexibility, humanism, and student-centered. Furthermore, the results of expert and practitioner judgment showed that the framework's validity is in the high category (v-values=0.770). Based on the results, it is concluded that an approach that combines online and offline learning with inquiry activities integration in a balanced manner is recommended for optimal learning outcomes for physics education. The Dual Space Inquiry Framework, with its high validity, is a valuable framework for lecturers in physics and other science fields to enhance learning quality and adapt to the digital technology era. © 2024 The Author(s)

BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) is a standard business process model that is accepted both nationally and internationally. The class diagram is a UML diagram that describes the classes in a system and their relationship between one class and another. As part of the process innovation, this research proposes a generator system that can be time-efficient in creating complex Class Diagrams with BPMN and Database. This research identifies and analyzes every element of BPMN (XPDFL file) and Database (XML file) relevant to making a Class Diagram. While the output of the system is a class diagram that displays classes, attributes contained, methods used, and relations between classes. Evaluating the performance of the Generator System was done by comparing and assessing the class diagrams generated by the system with class diagrams designed by experts. The confusion matrix method was used to measure the performance of the Generator System. The Generator System achieved an accuracy of 97.4%, which means that this proposed system’s performance is good.

A systematic literature review of movie recommender systems for movie streaming service

The era of information and communication technology makes the information available on the internet growing rapidly. Recommender systems are one of the technologies that are widely used to filter information to handle the huge of information. One of the developing information is film. The increasing number of films released every year has led to the development of applications that offer movie streaming services such as Netflix, Yiu, Disney Hotstar, etc. Therefore, movie recommender systems technology is needed to facilitate and provide a good experience when users use these services. The purpose of this study is to conduct a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to analyze methods against the algorithm developed in building a movie recommender system. SLR method consists of three stages, namely, planning, conducting, and reporting processes. Studies published from 2010 to 2020 were considered. There were 21 main studies in which the collaborative filtering method was used in 16 studies, knowledge-based filtering was used in 2 studies, and hybrid filtering method was used in 3 studies. The results of the SLR process can be concluded that there are advantages and disadvantages to each method developed in building the movie recommender system. However, the model-based collaborative filtering method is one method that can minimize cold start, data sparsity, and scalability problems.

This research was conducted to examine the effect of applying information technology software to increase the capacity of academic and non-academic performance at the Sunan Ampel State Islamic University in Surabaya as a work support tool. The aim is to apply a software that is able to identify the needs of increasing performance capacity at Sunan Ampel State Islamic University in Surabaya, both academic and non-academic, so that systematic control and evaluation of all academic and non-academic operations can be carried out. The research respondents were 60 students and employees from the Faculty of Science and Technology of the Sunan Ampel State Islamic University in Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach with the analysis technique used is path analysis with SmartPLS software-based data processing and the overall results support the hypothesis. Based on the results of the study stated that information Technology has a positive and significant effect on performance, information Technology has a positive and significant effect on academic services, information Technology has a positive and significant effect on non-academic services, but performance has no effect on academic and non-academic services. The conclusion of the research is the influence of the application of information technology software can improve academic and non-academic performance and services at the Sunan Ampel State Islamic University of Surabaya © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Complaint resolution that arise due to internal and external factors in a company can be monitored through the Service Recovery Index (SRI), and SRI is developed through a number of factors that influence it. Meanwhile, the SRI model needs to be developed to see the business sustainability through implementation knowledge management system in the organization. The data collection method was carried out, starting with building a research instrument based on knowledge management theory and continued with observation and distributing questionnaires to respondents who were involved in the business process of managing SRI. The data analysis method was used to process the data from the questionnaire, factor analysis method was used and the method to build the model used was the regression analysis method. The results obtained from this study are the discovery of 4 (four) factors with a number of indicators that are grouped on each formed factor, which can then be made and built a readiness model that reflects current conditions, so that it can be used to build predictions in the future related to readiness. implementation of knowledge management system development in order to support increased understanding of the service recovery index in the organization. © 2021 ACM.

To date, the study model of IT value usually takes the form of a serial construction relating its components. This paper tries to offer a parallel construction in modeling the IT value study. The applied methodology is the design-science research approach to create the construction relating its components. To perfect the construct, the paper applies the partial adjustment valuation that functions as an estimating technique to approximate and evaluate the mathematical magnitude of the performing returns of a component compared to the real figures. The developed pattern undertakes a case study with Mandiri's data, an Indonesian state-owned banking industry, shows that the estimated revenue of the parallel configuration has a deviation of only 0.28% when compared with the bank's real revenue during the period 2004-2014. Thus, the parallel configuration may appear as the alternative configuration in the study of IT value as a result of its authenticity academically as well as pragmatically.
