Determination of the best path or often called the shortest path finding is a method that has many benefits and can be applied in various cases and fields of science. In previous studies, authors have developed the shortest path finding program using various algorithms, such as held-karp, iterative deepening search, bidirectional depth first search and depth limited search. In this research author implements shortest path finding on information system for determining fire disaster evacuation route using Dijkstra and bidirectional Dijkstra. The program was developed based on web using *** framework. Both algorithms were tested on several datasets and the results will be compared to find out the strengths and weaknesses. Based on the research, the algorithm was successfully developed based on the web using the *** framework and successfully tested on several datasets, it is known that 40% of the test results show that bidirectional Dijkstra is better than Dijkstra, 10% vice versa and 50% get the same results from both algorithms. From this comparison it can be concluded that the bidirectional Dijkstra algorithm is better than Dijkstra. This research succeeded in proving that the bidirectional Dijkstra algorithm can produce a better route than the standard or classic Dijkstra algorithm.

Bitcoin has become a commodity traded by millions of traders from all over the world. This is one of the causes of fluctuating price movements. From the data we got on coinmarketcap, Bitcoin is traded on various cryptocurrency trading exchanges. And at every exchange that has a reputation, of course, has an API service to access historical data about the price movements of all the crypto commodities they have traded from the start. By using the PHP programming language and implementation of the CURL function for JSON readings, we can pull Bitcoin movement data in real time. In this paper, Bitcoin is specifically observed because it is the forerunner and the main cryptocurrency commodity traded and is a determinant of Alternative coin price movements in general. In this paper Bitcoin price monitoring is carried out at 30 reputable exchange places through API access provided by each exchange place. Furthermore, conclusions are drawn about the various variants of how to access the API from the 30 bitcoin exchange places. The program code that is displayed directly in this paper can then be used as an initial reference if you want to develop a Cryptocurrency price movement monitoring application for Bitcoin. At the end of the paper, an example of the application of Bitcoin price monitoring will be presented using a web-based application containing charts and supporting indicators as well as a telegram bot to display price depth charts.

SISKEUDES is a village finance application developed in 2015 by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency. The application of the new SISKEUDES application for several years has been implemented in South Sumatera and it can be determined that there is no measurement of user satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to measure the level of user satisfaction using the Green Pearson model which consists of variable ease of use, customization, download delay and content. The results of this study on the Customization variable had the highest score of 79%, which means that the SISKEUDES application is in line with the expectations of users in the display of attractive applications and the information presented is easily understood, especially by village finance operators. Whereas the User Satisfaction variable had the lowest value of 37%, which means that for now the SISKEUDES application cannot be accessed with media gadgets because this application can only be accessed by a computer or laptop with application that has been installed.

Various attempts were made to optimize the quality of ICT services. UPT. TIK Undiksha is one of the ICT organizational units that have been supporting business processes for Undiksha's main business processes to produce quality graduates. This study aims to provide recommendations for the improvement of one of the business processes at UPT. TIK Undiksha. The researcher proposes a business process design to be used as complaints regarding on technical informationsystems problems (To-Be) based on the results of the As-Is business process modelling and evaluation of the problems. Business Process Improvement (BPI) method was used for the analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for business process improvement. Further, the streamlining tools proposed to optimize the As-Is the business processes are standardization and upgrading. The simulation results show that the use of resources and time for the design business process was decreased compared to the current business process.

The road functions as an infrastructure of traffic movement and its performance can be assessed. It has mattered in performance, including durability, economic value, planned life, comfort, and flexibility. The roads can be damaged and require repairs to maintain performance. Handling road damage in Indonesia is still found to be a mismatch between planning and implementation. This research was conducted to assist decision-makers in determining the type of road construction in accordance with technical and non-technical factors. Factors used to assess eligibility in the selection of road improvements is the type of concrete construction or asphalt construction. This study intends to develop a decision support system to determine the type of road construction. The model was developed using Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The factors used in the model are the availability of resources, road surface comfort, weather resistance, ground movement, traffic conditions, and maintenance period. The results showing the technical factors have the highest weight resistance to weather (0.491), and non-technical factors are the availability of resources (0.667).

An e-Commerce company has been using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for several years, but is still constrained in its implementation, this is reflected in the number of issue/change request tickets submitted by users who have not been able to reach ideal conditions. To overcome this problem, we need an appropriate reference model, the ERP system user acceptance model in companies. The study conducted factors that influence the level of acceptance of SAP ERP users in the XYZ group to then determine a model that is able to explain practically the level of ERP system user acceptance, which in turn can produce concrete proposals to increase ERP system user acceptance. Research is quantitative descriptive using factor analysis and regression analysis methods. The research method uses a questionnaire with a total of 107 valid respondents coming from 8 company names under the XYZ group in 6 Southeast Asian countries. The conclusion of the study is that there are 24 indicators and 4 factors that influence user acceptance of the SAP ERP system. These four factors are the low contribution of the ERP system, the quality of ERP systems and data, the development of ERP systems, and also the low quality of ERP system supporters. It is hoped that by optimizing the value of the 4 factors, the XYZ group can increase user acceptance of the SAP ERP system so that the system can provide benefits expected by the company to be competitive advantage.
