Since the Covid-19 pandemic, this study investigates the variables that impact the intention to shop online through e-commerce in Indonesia. A total of 236 respondents are gathered using google form and analyzed using SmartPLS. Poll gathered using google form by sharing it through web-based media, such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Line, and Telegram from December 10th until December 14th, 2021. The result shows only 2 hypotheses rejected which quality of system and eWOM have not had an impact towards online purchase intentions. Other hypotheses such as perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, quality of service, and quality of information were supported and have a positive impact towards online purchase intentions. Although, the perceived usefulness of e-commerce features must have been enhanced to increase customers' intention to purchase online through ecommerce. The limitation of this study is the small sample size, not covered risk for e-commerce transactions, and the area of data sample majority from Jakarta and its surroundings. © 2022 IEEE.

As the digital landscape evolves, consumer confidence within social environments increasingly shapes their purchasing choices. This shift presents new opportunities for entrepreneurs leveraging social commerce to enhance sales. While previous research focused largely on digital trust elements, like the reliability of user reviews, exploring consumer behavior requires considering various influencing factors. This study seeks to create a dependable structure for internet-based enterprises. Through a Google form circulated across platforms like Telegram, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Line between January 1 st and January 8 th , 2024, a group of 277 participants was collected. Among them, 256 met the eligibility criteria, while 21 did not, and the data collected was later analyzed using SmartPLS 4. The study’s outcomes were not quite satisfactory, as 2 hypotheses were rejected on which social support and customers satisfaction have not had a positive impact towards purchasing behavior, while the other 5 have been accepted. Essentially, this study underscores the substantial influence of customer trust in e-commerce reviews and the significance of s-commerce in shaping customer satisfaction and loyalty within marketplaces.

The automotive world nowadays has experienced significant and rapid growth. These changes are focused on how conventional cars transform and expand using IoT, combined digital collaboration. The complexity around IT service management in automotive manufacturers also needed solutions to enhance collaboration among field technicians to improve service delivery. This article proposes a conceptual framework for optimizing field technician collaboration by implementing digital twin technology within IT Service Management. Digital twin technology, which entails the development of virtual representations of tangible assets and systems, presents significant opportunities for improving decision-making, communication, and operational efficiency. By integrating digital twin technology with established IT Service Management practices, this framework aims to streamline the coordination and performance of field technicians, thereby elevating overall service quality. The framework outlines key stages such as data collection, model creation, simulation, analysis, and optimization. © 2024 IEEE.

The KAMI index is an instrument to analyze the quality of the completeness and maturity of the implementation of information security for an organization based on the criteria of SNI ISO/IEC 27001. The KAMI index is not intended to analyze the feasibility of the existing security model, but as a tool to describe the readiness of the current information security framework. This research will conduct a self-assessment using the KAMI Index with the Data Center object at the Samarinda City Communication and information Center in 2020. The agency has not yet received an overview of the readiness condition of the Data Center information security framework. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method approach. The results of the recapitulation of the KAMI index self-assessment value for Data Centers is 88 with details: information security governance is 42, information security risk management is 0, the information security framework is 2, information and technology asset management is 22 and information security is 22. The score for the category The electronic system in the Data Center is 26. Based on the final evaluation result of the self-assessment of the KAMI Index for the Data Center at Diskominfo Samarinda City, the readiness status is: 'Not Eligible' with the category of 'High' electronic system so there is too big a difference in the value of management information security management and Electronic systems (SE) category scores. © 2022 IEEE.

This study discusses problems that often occurs, namely telecom fraud. One of them is Telkomsel as the provider and is responsible for telecommunications facilities in Indonesia. Telecom Fraud is a fraudulent activity in the service with the aim of using the service illegally by avoiding the charges used by the user and causing losses to the operator. In this study, the classification of Telkomsel's quota data was carried out using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm and the K-Means algorithm. And, testing the confusion matrix as a comparison of the prediction results of the algorithm. By testing the K-Means algorithm using k = 2 and obtained an accuracy value of 0.8. While the K-Nearest Neighbor has a value with a higher level of accuracy with a value of 0.99 as an accurate classification method © 2022 IEEE.

This research paper investigates Gen-Z's awareness of data privacy and social media usage. With the increasing dependence on technology and social media, it is crucial to understand the extent to which the younger generation is aware of the potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with sharing personal information online. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SMART-PLS as a tool to process the data collected from Google Forms online and taken on January 2023. The data was collected using Purposive sampling with respondents from Indonesia. The variables that are included in this research, namely: Perceived Security, Security Awareness, Trust in social media, Privacy Control, Benefit, Self-Disclosure, and Privacy Concerns. The calculated data is based on 100 respondents, 54% are male, and 46% are female, who have used social media. The result of this research shows that out of seven variables, six of them have a significant hypothesis. The hypothesis testing result found all hypotheses are significant, except the relation between Privacy Control has a significant impact on Self-Disclosure. © 2023 IEEE.

Social media has become one of the wider community's most widely used types of applications recently. Along with the increasing number of social media users, the level of data security of social media users should be addressed. One strategy to improve the security of social media user data is to use a password manager. This study seeks to determine and explain the efficacy of using a password manager to enhance the data security of social media account users. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing online questionnaires on January 2023 and obtaining data from as many as 136 respondents in the Jabodetabek area (cities in Indonesia). The data was collected using the purposive sampling method. Seven hypotheses show the correlation among eight variables: Personal Propensity to Trust (PPT), Initial Trust (IT), Structure Assurance (SA), Firm Reputation (FR), Attitude (AT) in a password manager, Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEU), Intention to Use Password Manager (IU). The result found that all hypotheses are significant except the Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) variables, which do not significantly affect Attitude (AT) in a password manager. © 2023 IEEE.

In the Bubble Burst phenomenon, several companies were affected, including Netflix. Netflix company value fell and quickly lost many users over the last few quarters. At this year's end, Netflix implemented a New Policy (ad-supported packages and sub-account features). Still, it has yet to be implemented in Indonesia. Therefore, this research aims to determine how the new Netflix Policy Subscription Intentions will implement in Indonesia. This study used a quantitative method using a Purposive Sampling method to collect questionnaire data using a Google form for 430 Netflix users, mainly from Jabodetabek Area (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi;cities in Indonesia) on November 18-27, 2022 and a literature review as supporting data. The data was processed using SmartPLS 4.0 software as a statistical tool. There are nine variables, with the model building having eight hypotheses;the results of the study show that seven have a significant effect and one hypothesis has no significant effect. because the results of the P value are above 0.50 and the t statistic is below 1,654 for one tail significant and after testing the validity and reliability it shows that all indicators are valid, these results prove that the New Policy implemented by Netflix can be accepted now and will be investigated for further research. © 2023 IEEE.

Despite the popularity of online dating Application, there are increasing security issues and challenges with them, such as the creation of fake accounts and phishing, which are commonly called romance scams, one of which is fake user data or even completely fake profiles. This research will discuss the profile verification technology that has been developed in several online dating applications to verify the authenticity of user profiles using an algorithm capable of detecting fake profiles. This study used Sequential Equation Modeling (SEM) method and SMART PLS as a statistical tool. A total of 561 data from online dating application users in Indonesia were collected in October 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Attitude, Trust, and Subjective Norm to intention to use profile verification in Dating Application in Indonesia. Attitude, Trust, and Subjective Norms will be special variables that affect the user's intention to use Profile Verification on Dating Applications in Indonesia. The results of the study found that all research hypotheses had a significant effect on each variable relationship in the research model. © 2023 IEEE.

Currently, streaming services are popular worldwide, including in Indonesia. Streaming services provide easily accessible entertainment to people. From their favorite music to their favorite shows and films, they are available from their devices like phones, tablets, laptops, PCs, and smart TVs. Furthermore, numerous companies offer these streaming services, offering people various choices. Of course, these companies need to make money to keep their services running and produce original content. One of the ways these companies make money is from the subscription fees that their subscribers pay. There are several payment methods, one of which is using an e-wallet. The study delves into the benefits of e-wallets over alternative payment options for subscribers purchasing subscriptions and why subscribers use an e-wallet to pay for subscriptions over other payment methods. This research involves 145 participants residing primarily in the Jabodetabek area of Indonesia who utilize an e-wallet for payment towards their streaming service subscriptions. The data collection took place in July 2023. This paper uses the purposive sampling method with Smart PLS to find Cronbach's Alpha, Composite Reliability, Average Variance Extracted, and Path Coefficient. There are seven variables and nine hypotheses. Two variables, Usefulness and social influences, do not significantly impact the intention to use. © 2023 IEEE.
