User-Generated Content (UGC) is a marketing strategy frequently employed by companies that pay influencers or even regular people to create and upload social media content about a product. This method is commonly believed to be more effective than using celebrities to advertise a product, as most people consider user-generated content more natural and trustworthy. They were additionally supported by the exponential development of social media users over the past decades. In the past few years, Mobile Food Ordering Applications (MFOA) have also increased in popularity alongside the advancement of technology. It is due to the convenience of obtaining sustenance without traveling elsewhere. This research is conducted to ascertain the impact of user-generated content on the sales of mobile food ordering applications. As a statistical method, the study employs Structural Equation Modeling with the aid of SmartPLS. This study also utilizes SPSS to identify and eradicate data outliers. Only 106 of the 148 data collected through the purposive sampling method are eligible for use in this study. From January to February 2023, a questionnaire was distributed to individuals residing in Indonesia. This study has six variables, and seven hypotheses had significant influences. © 2023 IEEE.

Solar photovoltaic generation and energy storage are being used to power rural places. However, remote users are burdened by private energy storage devices. Remoteness limits the economic viability of cooperative energy storage. Our work proposes a shared energy storage model considering battery degradation. To test the model, we compared Individual, Neighbor, and Communal scenarios. The system was built as a mixed integer linear programming model to investigate optimal operating methods. Compared to the other situations, the Neighbor scenario saves operational expenses by 4.97%. Finally, the self-consumption rate shows optimal penetration of renewable energy parameters. © 2024 IEEE.

This study was inspired by the successful business methods of Starbucks, the world's largest coffee retailer. Starbucks' revenue-boosting approach is the sale of membership cards. Instead of purchasing purchases, people are fueling their Starbucks accounts. Starbucks is not a bank, Starbucks gives no interest, but the customers enjoy depositing their money in Starbucks cards. Lately, Starbucks has integrated its membership card with the mobile application, making it easier for customers to do transactions. SEM analysis tools are used in this quantitative research strategy. Data was gathered online from 101 Starbucks Card holders in the Jabodetabek area in Indonesia. Data was collected using the Purposive Sampling approach in January 2023. The statistical method used in this study was Structural Equivalence Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS 4.0. This study aims to identify the elements that influence Starbucks consumers' loyalty. The sampling method employed was Purposive sampling. There are eight variables and nine hypotheses in this research. This study found that two of the nine hypotheses, Privacy and Security Concerns to Utilitarian Value and Customer Satisfaction to Continued Intention, had no effect. © 2023 IEEE.

Stock investment mobile application often requires significant personal information disclosure. However, users might be reluctant to provide such information due to privacy. In this study, we conducted a 2x2 full factorial experimental design involving 185 participants to investigate this issue. Our results yield interesting findings. Firstly, the presence of a privacy policy positively impacts users' willingness to disclose. Secondly, an easily understandable privacy policy impacts users' willingness to disclose, especially in low privacy policy conditions. Thirdly, the effect of readability on users' willingness to disclose is more pronounced among women than men. Fourthly, trust influences users' willingness to disclose. © 2023 The Authors. Indonesia is located in volatile Pacific fire ring and stands as one of the most global disaster-prone areas. The government and public are in constant vigilance of the potential threats. Social media generates large amounts of data from its users and is one of the prime candidates to be used as a disaster monitoring and response system. Several studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of using such an approach for developing disaster monitoring systems. but due to the number of messages generated, filtering is needed to extract useful information from the message. Hence, it's needed to detect an urgency from a message. This review, which was carried out following the PRISMA model, focused on the detection of the urgency of Indonesian Twitter during crisis events. From studies selected, several recommendations are suggested for future endeavor in this topic. Future systems are advised to employ three or four class schemes rather than binary class to gain more nuanced insights into tweet urgency. On-Event training and testing approaches are suitable for frequently occurring events, whereas out-of-event approaches offer broader applicability for real-world scenarios. Both machine learning and deep learning methods, including multimodal approaches, have demonstrated efficacy in urgency detection. Addressing pre-processing challenges, such as abbreviations and slang, is critical, and ensuring consistency in manually annotated data is essential. Additionally, the selection of appropriate word embeddings, such as fastText, IndoBERT, or crisis-specific embeddings, is crucial for achieving optimal model performance. © 2024 IEEE.

Technology that has developed rapidly can help humans in their daily activities. Technology is also developing in the banking world, starting with online transactions, and even digital banking, this technology is here to offer several advantages and conveniences for its customers. However, there are several issues that are developing along with the increasing convenience received by users of this technology, starting from phishing and other fraud and awareness of this technology because digital banking is still relatively new technology. The population of this research is Indonesians who have used digital banking with a sample size of 481 samples. The framework used in this research uses Technology Acceptance Model theory which consists of variable factors consisting of Ease of Use (EU), Perceived Usefulness (PE), Security (SC), Perceived Self-efficacy (PS), Awareness of Digital Banking Services (ADB). Apart from that, it also consists of Attitude of Use (AU) and Intention of Use. The study revealed that between the variable factors consisting of Ease of Use (EU), Perceived of Usefulness (PE), Security (SC), Perceived Self-efficacy (PS), Awareness of Digital Banking Services (ADB) has a positive and significant correlation with Attitude of Use (AU). On the other side, Attitude of Use (AU) also has a significant and positive relationship with Intention of Use (IU). © 2024 IEEE.

The importance of the K-Medoid model in viewing disaster-prone areas in each sub-district in North Aceh. The advantage of the k-medoid model results is that it has better cluster centers than other models. The novelty of this research is the cluster results are assessed by each decision maker using the Borda group model in providing flood disaster assistance or areas that are a priority for handling, which are included in the flood-prone cluster. Therefore, this research is important because it can be used to identify areas most severely affected by flooding. This research aims to analyze and identify the impact of flood hazards based on grouping and decision-making using the Borda group model in each sub-district in North Aceh. The results of the k-medoids model show 3 clusters that can see potential areas for flood disasters, namely very vulnerable. There are six sub-districts. For the k-medoids results, ten sub-districts are vulnerable. Lastly, the safe zones are 11 sub-districts. This research's k-medoid model analysis is more precise in seeing clusters of places that are potentially affected by flooding based on spatial maps of their nearest neighboring areas. The percentage of each cluster is as follows: Cluster 1 is 4%, Cluster 2 is 55%, and Cluster 3 is 41%. The k-medoid model provided this result after three iterations, with a closeness difference of 1.594510537. The results of the Borda model group research can be used as a recommendation for the areas that receive the highest priority in disaster management. © 2023 IEEE.

Online store users continue to grow and develop throughout the year so that the number of reviews from customers is also increasing. Customers can write reviews about the products and services and then post them on social media, whether it's a good or bad review. The reviews written are also very diverse such as product specification review, product advantages, product disadvantages and so on. Sometimes it is difficult for readers to determine which reviews are real and correct because there are so many written reviews. Reviews really play a very important role for potential customers to decide whether to buy the product or service or not. This study used several algorithms of sentiment analysis to detect fake reviews of online stores on Twitter. The algorithms were used to calculate the accuracy value of the review. The algorithms used were support vector machine, Naive Bayes, and logistic regression. The accuracy values of the three algorithms were compared and the highest is selected. The review text that was processed to produce fake review detection comes from the 3 leading online stores in Indonesia namely Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak. The results of calculating the accuracy value for real data using support vector machine is 70.58%, using naïve bayes is 69.89%, and using logistic regression is 70.49%. Comparison of these three results determines that the most appropriate algorithm for detecting fake reviews of online stores is the support vector machine algorithm. © 2022 IEEE.

This study investigates the behavioral and technological factors influencing non-users’ intention to adopt digital banking in Indonesia, utilizing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Key constructs analyzed include Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEU), Social Influence (SI), Facilitating Conditions (FC), Perceived Risk (PR), Perceived Trust (PT), and Perceived Security (PS). Despite the widespread use of TAM and UTAUT, this research addresses a significant gap by integrating trust-sensitive factors (PR, PT, and PS), which are crucial for understanding adoption in emerging markets. Data from 277 non-users were collected via a structured survey and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results reveal that PU, SI, FC, PR, and PS significantly influence Behavioral Intention (BI), while PEU and PT exhibit non-significant effects. This finding reflects a shift in user priorities from usability and generalized trust to tangible factors like security and infrastructure reliability. By refining these established frameworks, this study provides actionable insights for advancing digital banking adoption, particularly in Indonesia and other trust-sensitive emerging markets. Practical recommendations for policymakers and financial institutions focus on enhancing security, improving digital literacy, and bridging infrastructural gaps.

Public service is held to aid in the form of services from government, organizations, non-governmental organization, and others. As a form of public service, health care service becomes a service that is needed by people as an essential service. Srikandi Sejati Foundation is as an organization that serves the public in the form of assistance services for key populations (trans women) in suppressing and controlling HIV/AIDS, especially for Indonesian trans women. With the increasing number of patients that are assisted by Srikandi Sejati Foundation, a system is needed to manage and process the patients' data so it can be used to create reports and executive supervision for People Living With HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) through the program that was held by Srikandi Sejati Foundation with EpiC Indonesia, as well as monitoring the performance and operations of the foundation. The proposed system was built using the prototyping method and the result was a website that can be accessed by staffs and executives. The website is expected to assist the management of Srikandi Sejati Foundation's in managing patient data, reporting, visualizing, and monitoring in real time. © 2022 IEEE.
