Online loan is viewed as an alternative to banking but easier and provide direct connection between public and loan offerer. However, online security threats and scam are undermining the quality of online loan. This study aims to determine how the public views their privacy while using online loan applications, perceived risk, perceived security, and qualities on intention to apply online loan. In order to examine the intention, a quantitative survey method was adopted and survey questionnaire was sent to the public who had experienced and apply for online loan applications. 153 responses were received and analysed using IBM SPSS version 28 for demographic analysis and SmartPLS 4 for model and structural measurements. Results show that perceived security, service quality and system quality were not critical to the respondents when choosing online loan applications while perceived risk, information sharing, and privacy concern were critical. This study shows that general public believed that security and quality are part of the package when organization offered a product or service. Interestingly, while privacy, risk, and information are important, public felt that it is the duty of organization to take care of their interests. Future research should look into behavioural aspects of public risk, information sharing, and privacy concern to understand in-depth. © 2023 IEEE.

QRIS is one of the payment methods that are commonly used in this digital era. It is based on QR Code with the purpose to solve challenges in other payment system. QRIS gives more advantages compared to other payment systems by offering ease and practicality. However, not all people sympathize with the advantages QRIS offers. Some people prefer to use the old payment method (cash), and it is affected by several factors. This research seeks to determine how performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and perceived security affect users' preference of utilizing QRIS. For purposes of assessing its objective, quantitative approach was employed. The survey was distributed to the public that had experience using QRIS. SmartPLS 4 was used to assess 191 responses for model and structural metrics. As in result, effort expectancy and performance expectancy were not crucial to the respondents when adopting QRIS payment. On the other hand, facilitating condition, perceived security, and social influence significantly influence the QRIS utilization. This study offers better clarity to acknowledge the factors that affect users of QRIS. © 2023 IEEE.

Technology in the tax field is evolving by the minute. Digital technology has many implications for development in various fields. One of them is the field of economics. One of the latest technologies is the Internet of Things, which has attracted the attention of various organizations and governments, more precisely the tax authorities. This research tries to illustrate the impact of the Internet of Things on taxation. The researcher used qualitative research with literature survey methods. Data were collected from various journals, media publications, articles, and previous research papers. The study's findings indicated that the Internet of Things (IoT) is crucial to the development of control technologies. This supports the Director General of Taxes' (DGT) goal of using big data analytics to optimize the potential of digital taxes through his two mechanisms: predictive analytics and tax ranking. © 2023 IEEE.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the level of user satisfaction with SAP applications at PT Domas Agrointi Prima using the PIECES (Performance, information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, and Services) methodology. In addition to technological advancements, the SAP application used in product procurement in this organization is plagued by various problems, including slow period opening and closing processes and its dependence on a reliable internet connection. This motivated management to assess the efficacy of the system in facilitating product procurement transactions. This study used a quantitative methodology. This study used probability sampling to produce a total of 258 respondents as a sample. Using a questionnaire for data collection and Partial Least Square (SmartPls) for data analysis, the four hypotheses proposed in this study were tested. Performance, information, economy, control and security, efficiency, and services are factors that influence user satisfaction with SAP applications at PT. Domas Agrointi Prima, according to the research findings. In an effort to improve user satisfaction with SAP applications at PT Domas Agrointi Prima, optimizing application performance through technology updates and more structured system maintenance is the right choice. Furthermore, the quality of application information should be a primary concern. Companies can assess the application process and identify unnecessary steps. On the service side, it is necessary to offer solution-oriented and responsive technical support. With the ability to immediately resolve user issues, PT Domas Agrointi Prima can form a helpdesk team that can be accessed around the clock. And finally, it is important for organizations to involve consumers in the application development process.

The research employed a case study methodology to investigate a technology consulting company. The company implements an employee management application to facilitate the approval procedure for granting employee benefits. Before approval, the procedure of gathering and analyzing allowance data is conducted. The current procedure requires manual processing of each task individually, with each permission list taking approximately 3 to 5 minutes. This approach is not only time-consuming but also highly prone to errors, leading to inefficiencies and inconsistent outputs that fail to meet the company’s standards. An effective solution to this problem is to develop an automated program using Selenium and Playwright, alongside the Python programming language. The program will be created following the agile software development methodology, and its testing will involve both black box testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). After successfully developing both automation programs, a detailed comparison was conducted using data from 10 allowance lists. Testing showed that the Selenium automation program completed all operations in 55.03 and 49.25 seconds, while the Playwright program required only 47.14 and 47.71 seconds. These results indicate that the Playwright automation program demonstrates a higher level of efficiency compared to Selenium.

The rapid evolution of the Internet of Things (IoT) has brought about significant advancements, particularly in connecting various electronic devices. This is especially relevant in Indonesia, a nation known for its tech-savvy population. Despite the increasing interest in Smart Home technology, there's still a lack of understanding regarding how security concerns shape user trust and decisions to adopt this technology. In this study, a quantitative approach was employed, surveying 100 respondents to explore the influence of five key factors: perceived automation, controllability, interconnectedness, reliability, and cost. The findings revealed that perceived automation, interconnectedness, reliability, and cost had a considerable impact on the adoption of Smart Home technology, whereas controllability did not. This suggests that users prioritize convenience, seamless integration of devices, and system reliability over manual control, emphasizing the need to enhance these features in Smart Home systems.

This study explores the application of Vision Transformer (ViT), Data-efficient Image Transformer (DeiT), and Swin Transformer models for bird species classification using mel-spectrogram representations of bird songs. The research utilized the BirdClef 2024 dataset, consisting of 24,641 audio recordings across 182 bird species. The dataset was processed into mel-spectrograms and split into training, validation, and test sets to evaluate model performance. Each model was trained over 75 epochs with early stopping mechanisms in place. The results indicated strong training accuracy for all three models; however, validation accuracy plateaued between 78% and 84%, revealing overfitting issues. To address these challenges, various optimizations were implemented, including advanced learning rate scheduling, targeted dropout rates, weight decay adjustments, and data augmentation techniques. Despite these modifications, some overfitting persisted, particularly in the DeiT model, which showed decreased test accuracy after optimization. These findings highlight the effectiveness of transformer-based models for audio-based bird species classification, while also underscoring the need for further regularization techniques and fine-tuning. Future work should focus on exploring additional transformer architectures, refining regularization methods, and utilizing larger datasets to enhance model generalization and accuracy in complex classification tasks.

Banking has taken the lead in providing technology-based delivery channels such as ATMs, internet banking, and one of them is mobile banking. This research study uses a technology adoption model. According to the findings, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, social influence, and trust tendencies are the underlying factors that influence a person's behavioral intention to use mobile banking services. Mobile banking is attractive because it is a convenient way to perform remote banking transactions;however, the application of mobile banking is currently less secure. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence, trustworthiness tendency, convenience, and security are variables in this study. The methodology of this research is questionnaire, made using Google forms and disseminated from April to June. The survey was conducted on 400 respondents who of course use mobile banking in several cities in Indonesia. The collected data is processed and calculated using SmartPLS application with PLS and Bootstrapping calculations. After conducting convergent and discriminant tests and path coefficients, it is known that from a total of 6 hypothesis there are 2 hypothesis that are rejected, and 4 hypothesis are accepted. From this study, there are also limitations which include samples and variables. © 2022 IEEE.

This study aims to determine the factors that impact people's behavioural intentions to use mobile banking in Indonesia. The UTAUT technique is being utilised to explore the factors that impact people's inclinations to use mobile banking services. Following the revision of the questionnaire, which was based on earlier research, it was sent via a Google form to users who used m-banking in Indonesia. A questionnaire was provided to participants based on the purposive sampling method. In order to evaluate for convergent validity, discriminant validity, and path coefficient, the data was analysed using SmartPLS. It has been demonstrated that social influence, perceived security, and performance expectation all substantially impact behavioural intention to use m-Banking. On the other hand, the expectation of effort had no significant influence on behavioural intention to use mobile banking. According to the findings of this study, firms must prioritise effort expectation while also increasing other elements in the future. © 2022 IEEE.

Online Regional Integrated Electronic System (Sistem Elektronik Terpadu Daerah Online/SEDUDO) website, which serves as a centralized platform for population administration information, was Launched by the Nganjuk District Government through Department of Communication and information (Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika/Diskominfo) and this website aims to facilitate public access and accelerate online population administration services. However, in line with operation, no usability testing has been conducted to determine user satisfaction and ease of use but the research has expectations with the target of all aspects of getting all good results. To address this, a study was conducted using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and usability testing methods. UEQ analysis shows that the website scores above average in terms of attractiveness at 1.47; perspicuity at 1.34; efficiency at 1.20, dependability obtained 1.20; and stimulation got the best score at 1.53 with the predicate Good, while novelty got the lowest average score with a score of 0.98. From the UEQ results, it still did not reach the target. Therefore, usability testing was needed for further tests. Usability Testing assesses Learnability, Memorability, Efficiency, Error, and Satisfaction, resulting in 20 Positive Findings, 13 Negative Findings, and 21 Suggestions for improvement from participants. Among the 21 suggestions, one of the suggestions is providing different file sending options.
