Due to the increase in mobile payment user, this study explores the factors influencing continuance usage intention mobile payment in Indonesia. A total of 506 respondents are collected and analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The result revealed that additional values, perceived transaction convenience, and perceived risk are significant factor that positively affect continuance usage intention. However perceived security and trust surprisingly do not affect continuance usage intention of mobile payment in Indonesia. © 2021 IEEE.

Based on the emerging students' usage of social media in numerous nations, including Indonesia, Microsoft Forms was used to gather data from 410 respondents, and SmartPLS 4.0 was applied to the data analysis in accordance with the research criteria. The questionnaire was distributed in November 2023, and the survey results showed that two hypotheses were rejected, specifically in terms of system quality and perceived ease of use in terms of utilizing social media for educational purposes. Meanwhile, others were accepted and had, directly or indirectly, a substantial effect on the academic achievement and satisfaction of students.

Due to the increase in electronic payment system use, this study explores the factors influencing continuance usage intention of cloud based electronic payment system in Indonesia. A total of 385 respondents are collected using go ogle form and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.3. Questionnaire distributed using snowball technique by using social media such as line and telegram from 1 May until 21 June 2021. The result show only 3 hypotheses rejected which security has not impact to perceived security, technical protection has not impact to perceived trust and security statement has not impact to perceived trust. Another hypotheses supported such as transaction procedure, technical protection and usability have positive influence to perceived security;transaction procedure and usability have positive influence to perceived trust;perceived security and trust affect continuance usage intention of electronic payment system in Indonesia. To increase customer intention, both management of electronic payment system and merchant need to improve their security and trust. © 2021 IEEE.

Based on WHO's data, breast cancer is one of the most deadly diseases that has claimed many victims, especially women. This disease begins with the presence of an undetected and eventually turns into malignant (cancer). This happens due to ignorance of the importance of having a medical check-up even though in good health. Doctors and researchers can prevent the development of tumor cells through treatment that begins with radiological examinations to identify the possibility of a person being affected by this disease. One of the most frequently used techniques is Mammography. This technique can detect the presence of tumor cells using advanced technology and several methods in displaying the patient's diagnostic results on low-dose X-rays in the form of mammogram images. The technology is inseparable from the methods used to identify the presence of tumor cells. In this study, we have proposed the CNN method based on the deep-CNN model to identify mammogram images in the detection of breast cancer cells with average evaluation results in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, specificity, and f-measure on mammogram image datasets of 99.52%, 99.72%, 99.31%, 99.72%, and 99.5%. These results showed that this method has a good performance in breast cancer detection. © 2023 IEEE.

At this research, a case study approach was applied at a manufacturing company. The company is having problems with information technology governance and management. Many problems are found in the company's operational activities, and the systems that exist to support operational activities have not been used optimally. To address the company's issues, an evaluation and assessment of the capability level in information technology governance and management will be conducted using the COBIT 2019 framework. Data will be gathered through interviews and literature reviews, resulting in qualitative data. The data collected can be used to identify appropriate domain procedures to address the company's problems. APO07, APO12, APO13, BAI08, and DSS05 are the domain processes that are used. The investigation on information technology governance and management discovered that procedures APO07, APO12, APO13, BAI08, and DSS05 stopped at level 2 with the “Largely Achieved” category, indicating the presence of gaps in each of these processes. Six recommendations for procedure APO07, three recommendations for APO12, three recommendations for APO13, two recommendations for BAI08, and four recommendations for DSS05 have been offered. The recommendations will be delivered to the company to assist in addressing the gaps in these procedures.

Scheduling of final project session is one of the problems that need to be handled in the information systems study program at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN). The problem arises because there are some differences in the available schedules of the prospective examiners. Besides that, another factor that is taken into consideration when the study program determines prospective examiners is the expertise of the examiners. Therefore, the topic of this research was raised to be able to solve the problem. The system development method used in this study is prototyping. The algorithm that will be used to create the scheduling system is a genetic algorithm to determine the final schedule for students' final project defense based on the availability and expertise of the examiners. The proposed system will handle two main processes, namely determining the appropriate examiner for each student based on the student's final project topic and determining a final defense schedule. The proposed system will be built on a web-based platform and have 3 access levels such as the head of the study program, lecturers, and students. The proposed system will provide the best recommendation scheduling results from all the possibilities. The recommended schedule will be used as the final schedule of the student's final project defense.

Stock investment mobile application often requires significant personal information disclosure. However, users might be reluctant to provide such information due to privacy. In this study, we conducted a 2 × 2 full factorial experimental design involving 185 participants to investigate this issue. Our results yield interesting findings. Firstly, the presence of a privacy policy positively impacts users' willingness to disclose. Secondly, an easily understandable privacy policy impacts users' willingness to disclose, especially in low privacy policy conditions. Thirdly, the effect of readability on users' willingness to disclose is more pronounced among women than men. Fourthly, trust influences users' willingness to disclose.

This research explores the factors that influence customer behavior in the context of Mobile Food Online Delivery (MFOD) applications for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The rapid growth of digital technology has transformed the food industry, making MFOD applications essential tools for SMEs to reach and engage customers. Understanding the determinants of user behavior in adopting and utilizing these platforms is crucial for SMEs to enhance their service offerings and competitiveness. This study investigates key factors such as perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, social influence, and perceived risk, which affect users’ intentions to use MFOD applications. Data was collected using purposive sampling from 218 users in June 2024, with 215 participants actively using online food delivery applications. Statistical analysis was conducted using Smart-PLS 4 software, validating the research model and confirming the significance of 40 indicators. The findings emphasize the importance of perceived ease of use and trust in encouraging user adoption of MFOD applications. Additionally, the study highlights the strategic use of social media to address challenges unique to SMEs, suggesting practical implications for improving customer engagement and satisfaction. This research provides valuable insights for SMEs aiming to leverage digital platforms for enhanced service delivery and competitive advantage in the evolving digital landscape.

Education development continues to proliferate in Indonesia, so many learning methods are applied, but the number of students with HOTS abilities in Indonesia is minimal. The issues affecting HOTS in Indonesia are (1) Not yet able to adapt, (2) Lack of basic knowledge early on, and (3) Few apply HOTS. The research goals were to examine XYZ generations' HOTS variables in the e-learning concept. This research used Structural Equation Model (SEM) and SmartPLS as statistical tools. With the Judgement sampling method, data were collected through an online questionnaire from 184 respondents from April 21-28, 2022, consisting of students and lecturers at 20 universities in Indonesia who also came from various regions in Indonesia. The proposed model has six variables: Learning Environment, Learning Motivation, Peer Interaction, Learning Strategy, Learning Style, HOTS in e-learning concept, and eight hypotheses. All hypotheses have a significant influence. © 2022 IEEE.

The information system is a strategic tool for the goals but is considered not optimal because there are indications that long-term target strategies have not been achieved. it is necessary to identify the factors that influence this success so that a model can be built that describes the achievement of the company's strategic objectives. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach through an analysis of data using factor analysis and regression analysis.
