The purpose of this study is to look for factors, indicators, and build a model of readiness for effective and efficient implementation in order to answer the problems that arise at PT XYZ related to the readiness of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation. The research method used is the method of collecting data by observing, interviewing, and distributing questionnaires to respondents using the CRM Value Chain theory as a conceptual framework and the research method used in this research is factor analysis to process data obtained from questionnaires. In this study managed to get new factors along with the constituent indicators of these factors as well as an ideal readiness model. It can be concluded that factors related to the readiness of implementing Customer Relationship Management among others are Customer Service information, Customer Relations Value, Lack of Service and Communication.

Load Balancing is very well applied to the distribution of internet access at any point of the Wi-Fi area so that the use of limited devices can be optimal and on target. The proper use of the Greedy Algorithms when applied to an access point device is very capable in resolving excessive loading in a single resource to take the best choice at every stage in an optimum process. Access point device is also a success factor in running the optimization of the distribution of Wi-Fi access on the Access Point is strongly influenced by the parameters set. In this research, user access factor in one very high Wi-Fi area also influences the possibility of incoming access failure. For the application of the results of this study can be utilized on all access point devices that have limits, but for speed internet access remains at the capacity provided bandwidth. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

IntroductionEffective communication skills are integral to providing adequate patient care and are fundamental to its effectiveness. This is particularly important for radiotherapy students while interacting with patients. Students tend to feel disempowered and inadequate to communicate effectively due to repeated miscommunication between students and patients. For students seeking to develop their abilities, confidence, knowledge, and critical thinking, blended learning-based communication skills training may have been an alternative approach. In this study, a chatbot-based prototype model (SCIMORT module) was designed to effectively improve the communication skills of undergraduates in Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. MethodsSCIMORT was developed in compliance with the Clinical Practice for Radiotherapy course's academic syllabus and learning objectives. SCIMORT was constructed using Blender with final exportation to Bot Libre. The research study is divided into two phases. The first phase focuses on developing the SCIMORT module, while the second phase includes properly evaluating the prototype created in the first phase via a survey questionnaire. ResultsThe virtual patient created in the first phase was displayed a visual cue (e.g. blinking, eye movement) and auditory cues (e.g. verbal response, intonation of voice). In the second phase, the expert validation of the questionnaire resulted in a high Content Validity Ratio of more than 0.83 percent and a Cronbach Alpha Coefficient of more than 70%. Both the control group's (users' acceptance = 3.919 ± 1.245; users' engagement = 3.526 ± 1.270) and Trial group's (users' acceptance = 3953 ± 1.114; users' engagement = 3.568 ± 1.142) users' acceptance and engagement with SCIMORT were neutral. ConclusionThe SCIMORT has proven to be an effective and acceptable tool for pre-clinical learning, but with limited levels of engagement. The SCIMORT module should be continually improved by

In carrying out drilling projects at PT China Oilfields Services Limited ( COSL) Indo, especially Project 1 to Project 4, there were a mismatch between the initial plan of the project and the actualisation in the field because there were inhibiting factors in implementing the project. The purpose of the research was to look the factors that caused for the additional time in well drilling project at PT. COSL Indo, to build a relationship model of these factors, and formulate a strategy for the company to be able to overcome the occurrence of additional time in the future project. Data analysis was conducted by using a factor analysis method and the location of the research was carried out in just one company with 102 valid respondents. The results of the research indicate that there are four factors that influence the time gap, namely Project Management Activities, Risk Analysis and Procurement, Manage Stairs, and Project Planning Development. By knowing the causes of the delay, companies can find the best solutions for future learning and the impact on environmental, social and economic problems can also be anticipated so that sustainable development occurs in the context of petroleum management.

This paper intended to classify land cover of high-resolution satellite image using supervised classification method. The object of this research was the land cover image of the central Java area in Indonesia which chosen as an area observed with the cloud cover consideration. The Satellite image was obtained from Sentinel-2 through https://***. Supervised Classification and ArcMap 10.5 was used to classified image object. This research classified the land cover into four classifications class namely Water, Forest, Urban and Bare Land due to show the main classes in the Land Cover Classification of RSNI-l National Standardization Body of Indonesia, RSNI-l was used as reference for classification process. The confusion matrix used to calculate classification accuracy value. Subsequently, confusion matrix results compared to the truth information. The truth information was derived from the actual value of RASTERVALUE obtained from Google Earth. This research shown supervised classification maximum-likelihood classification has been classified land cover into four class (forest, water body, urban and bare land) with overall accuracy = 1 and kappa value = 0.4896. This result showed this research got moderate kappa accuracy value but high overall accuracy value. High accuracy value reached due to fully supervised experiment during classification process. © 2018 IEEE.

Most tourists have limited time and schedule when they are visiting a particular tourism area. One of the main issues faced by those tourists is that they can not make simple queries to search engines about, for example, which sites or places to visit optimally if we only have one day or two-day visit? Search engines are better and better in replying users' queries with relevant answers. However, search engines are not always able to respond queries suited to users' characteristics such as their styles, personalities, knowledge backgrounds, etc. Also, search engines are not as flexible as chatbots in enabling dialogical-communication-queries. This case study aims to respond aformentioned issue by applying hierarchical cluster analysis on a set of tourism sites around Malang city, Malang regency, and Batu city based on AGNES (Agglomerative Nesting) algorithm. The result, then, is fed into chatbot's knowledge base. This chatbot will assist tourists to get information on which possible sites they have to visit optimally if they are under limited vacancy-Time constraints. © 2018 IEEE.

This paper examines the relationship between user pageview (PV) histories and their item-choice behavior on an e-commerce website. We focus on PV sequences, which represent time series of the number of PVs for each user-item pair. We propose a shape-restricted optimization model that accurately estimates item-choice probabilities for all possible PV sequences. This model imposes monotonicity constraints on item-choice probabilities by exploiting partial orders for PV sequences, according to the recency and frequency of a user's previous PVs. To improve the computational efficiency of our optimization model, we devise efficient algorithms for eliminating all redundant constraints according to the transitivity of the partial orders. Experimental results using real-world clickstream data demonstrate that our method achieves higher prediction performance than that of a state-of-the-art optimization model and common machine learning methods. Transformative artificially intelligent tools, such as ChatGPT, designed to generate sophisticated text indistinguishable from that produced by a human, are applicable across a wide range of contexts. The technology presents opportunities as well as, often ethical and legal, challenges, and has the potential for both positive and negative impacts for organisations, society, and individuals. Offering multi-disciplinary insight into some of these, this article brings together 43 contributions from experts in fields such as computer science, marketing, information systems, education, policy, hospitality and tourism, management, publishing, and nursing. The contributors acknowledge ChatGPT's capabilities to enhance productivity and suggest that it is likely to offer significant gains in the banking, hospitality and tourism, and information technology industries, and enhance business activities, such as management and marketing. Nevertheless, they also consider its limitations, disruptions to practices, threats to privacy and security, and consequences of biases, misuse, and misinformation. However, opinion is split on whether ChatGPT's use should be restricted or legislated. Drawing on these contributions, the article identifies questions requiring further research across three thematic areas: knowledge, transparency, and ethics;digital transformation of organisations and societies;and teaching, learning, and scholarly research. The avenues for further research include: identifying skills, resources, and capabilities needed to handle generative AI;examining biases of generative AI attributable to training datasets and processes;exploring business and societal contexts best suited for generative AI implementation;determining optimal combinations of human and generative AI for various tasks;identifying ways to assess accuracy of text produced by generative AI;and uncovering the ethical and legal issues in using generative AI across different contexts. © 2023 The Authors

Determining the stock status of snapper (Lutjanus sp.) using surplus production model: a case study in Banyuasin coastal waters, South Sumatra, Indonesia

Snapper (Lutjanus sp.) is an economically important fish for local fishermen in Banyuasin coastal water of South Sumatra. However, the current and historical stock of this species is still unknown. This study was aimed to estimate the stock status of Lutjanus sp. in the Banyuasin coastal waters. The annual catch and effort data were analyzed from 2008 to 2016. The different surplus production models were tested to obtain the best-fitted model based on the sign suitability test, model performance test, and multiple criteria analysis. The results indicated that the best-fitted model for Lutjanus sp. was the Fox model. The model had the best value for the determination coefficient (R2 = 97.2%), Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency (-0.277), Mean Absolute Deviation (29.198), Mean Square Error (1,190.522), Root Mean Square Error (34.504), and RMSE-observations Standard Deviation Ratio (1.13), whereas the value of Mean Absolute Percentage Error (0.05) was the second-best value. The optimum effort (Eopt), maximum sustainable catch (CMSY), and total allowable catch were 22.236 trips/year, 623 ton and 498 ton/year, respectively. Based on plotting the effort and exploitation level (141%; 102%) in 2016, the stock status of Lutjanus sp. indicated depleting stock, the high fishing pressure and could encourage overfishing stock in the future.

This research was conducted to examine the effect of applying information technology software to increase the capacity of academic and non-academic performance at the Sunan Ampel State Islamic University in Surabaya as a work support tool. The aim is to apply a software that is able to identify the needs of increasing performance capacity at Sunan Ampel State Islamic University in Surabaya, both academic and non-academic, so that systematic control and evaluation of all academic and non-academic operations can be carried out. The research respondents were 60 students and employees from the faculty of science and Technology of the Sunan Ampel State Islamic University in Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach with the analysis technique used is path analysis with SmartPLS software-based data processing and the overall results support the hypothesis. Based on the results of the study stated that information Technology has a positive and significant effect on performance, information Technology has a positive and significant effect on academic services, information Technology has a positive and significant effect on non-academic services, but performance has no effect on academic and non-academic services. The conclusion of the research is the influence of the application of information technology software can improve academic and non-academic performance and services at the Sunan Ampel State Islamic University of Surabaya
