This research was conducted to examine the effect of applying information technology software to increase the capacity of academic and non-academic performance at the Sunan Ampel State Islamic University in Surabaya as a work support tool. The aim is to apply a software that is able to identify the needs of increasing performance capacity at Sunan Ampel State Islamic University in Surabaya, both academic and non-academic, so that systematic control and evaluation of all academic and non-academic operations can be carried out. The research respondents were 60 students and employees from the faculty of science and Technology of the Sunan Ampel State Islamic University in Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach with the analysis technique used is path analysis with SmartPLS software-based data processing and the overall results support the hypothesis. Based on the results of the study stated that information Technology has a positive and significant effect on performance, information Technology has a positive and significant effect on academic services, information Technology has a positive and significant effect on non-academic services, but performance has no effect on academic and non-academic services. The conclusion of the research is the influence of the application of information technology software can improve academic and non-academic performance and services at the Sunan Ampel State Islamic University of Surabaya

In this era the business competition between regions and countries will be more stringent. One way to survive and improve its performance is through the management of information, it is necessary to be able to see and assess the company from a variety of perspectives. One of the keys to surviving and playing a role is to manage complete, fast and precise information. Data analysis will be easy if the required data is available. Business intelligence techniques (BI) can be used to assist in the decision-making process. Many organization and educational institution have implemented BI as the support system. Therefore, we make a comparison study about BI research finding from several articles. From the comparison study it can be seen the research in the BI field is continues to grow and also following the technology trend. This can be seen from the topics discussed in the journal articles in the period 2010-2017. This study is conducted to see the spread and trend of business intelligence research in various forms of organization. Also can be seen the advantages of BI in the decision-making process.

Providing easy access for university executives that refers to key success factors is a must for universities. The information system integrates with all departments to obtain fast and accurate information for decision making. The purpose of this paper is to determine the factors that affect the application of executive information systems in universities in view of technological factors, data factors and internal factors of college. The results will be used by all stakeholders of higher education internally and externally. Internal side for the purposeof improving the quality and performance of universities, while the external side can be utilized for the purpose of the institution accreditation process. The method used is to collect research results relating to executive information systems in colleges and review based on predetermined keywords and analyze the results of reviews into a complete report. © 2018 IEEE.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming scientific research, including proteomics. Advances in mass spectrometry (MS)-based proteomics data quality, diversity, and scale, combined with groundbreaking AI techniques, are unlocking new challenges and opportunities in biological discovery. Here, we highlight key areas where AI is driving innovation, from data analysis to new biological insights. Cryptography is the science and art of maintaining the security of messages when messages are sent from one place to another. One of the ways securing the form of text message information is by the encryption process using the Vigenere Cipher algorithm and utilizing the One Time Pad (OTP) algorithm as a key generator, where the message will be random when it is opened. The message encryption process used the vigenere cipher algorithm while OTP is used to secure the key with the same formula. After this research has been done, an application was designed to secure text messages by converting the text message into a random message so that the message was unreadable due to a secret message that could not be known by others. The results achieved can secure an encrypted message that cannot be reopened and if those messages were reopened, they must be decrypted. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In recent decades, the development of new drugs has become increasingly expensive and inefficient, and the molecular mechanisms of most pharmaceuticals remain poorly understood. In response, computational systems and network medicine tools have emerged to identify potential drug repurposing candidates. However, these tools often require complex installation and lack intuitive visual network mining capabilities. To tackle these challenges, we introduce ***, a platform that assists specialized computational medicine tools in becoming user-friendly, web-based utilities for drug repurposing. With just three lines of code, *** turns any systems biology software into an interactive web tool for modeling and analyzing complex protein-drug-disease networks. Demonstrating its broad adaptability, *** has been successfully integrated with 21 computational systems medicine tools. Nowadays, there are so many people in Indonesia particularly young people who are interested in playing badminton, but at the end of the day, this game will make boring for young people particularly with the booming of the smartphone game. Literally, it will make the young generation too lazy for outing activity or doing sports and busy with their digital technology, particularly their smartphone. Obviously, we are interested in using the mobile application which can be used to bridge the boring of doing sports mainly badminton sport, wherewith this mobile application is not just only for field badminton or coach booking, but can extend their friendship and community in positive ways. Hopefully, with this mobile application not just only booking for Badminton fields, but beyond that, there will be a mobile application that supports the fans of the badminton sports community when can know each other from different places and make friendship and competition among the members. At the end of the day, we hope this mobile application will support young people to stay away from trouble and drug and to have a positive life with the sport, particularly badminton sport as Indonesian’s favorite sport.

Adaptive e-learning system is widely used to customize the content of teaching materials to student learning styles. This study aims to propose an adaptive e-learning model that is able to determine the MBTI learning styles of students. It can be used by the system as to provide learning materials or e-learning activities in each phase of learning. In this study, adaptive e-learning model there are learning sessions namely: Introduction, Content, Assignment, and Exercise. Each learning session is based on MBTI learning style. © 2018 IEEE.

E-commerce in Indonesia has grown rapidly and provided many positive impacts especially on the field of online business. Through the developments, there are certainly many factors that must be carefully considered in all aspects to get the 'goal' as desired. So, when an e-commerce website has made changes whether we can conclude that the results worked so far or not. It can start by taking the existing factors that become the determinant of one of the successes in the e-commerce website. The study aims to evaluate factors become the success of an e-commerce (***). Using the McLean and Delone success model approach that has 5 factors, namely: system quality, information quality, use, user satisfaction and net benefit. The result shows system quality, user satisfaction, and net benefits influence to use factor. net benefit influence to use. Quality of information influence to user satisfaction *** user satisfaction influence on net benefit factor. Thus, be expected, the model can be used as reference in related evaluating an e-commerce website.

Analysis of an individual’s immunoglobulin or T cell receptor gene repertoire can provide important insights into immune function. High-quality analysis of adaptive immune receptor repertoire sequencing data depends upon accurate and relatively complete germline sets, but current sets are known to be incomplete. Established processes for the review and systematic naming of receptor germline genes and alleles require specific evidence and data types, but the discovery landscape is rapidly changing. To exploit the potential of emerging data, and to provide the field with improved state-of-the-art germline sets, an intermediate approach is needed that will allow the rapid publication of consolidated sets derived from these emerging sources. These sets must use a consistent naming scheme and allow refinement and consolidation into genes as new information emerges. Name changes should be minimised, but, where changes occur, the naming history of a sequence must be traceable. Here we outline the current issues and opportunities for the curation of germline IG/TR genes and present a forward-looking data model for building out more robust germline sets that can dovetail with current established processes and provides transparency based on principles of findability, accessibility, interoperability, and reusability. We describe results obtained by applying the data model and associated principles within the AIRR Community, including supporting software and databases. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.
