This study aims at identifying the effect of the millennial generation's perceptions regarding risks, security, and trust in the Internet when utilizing e-government services. A total of 291 data items were collected through online surveys and this information was analysed quantitatively with the SEM method by employing the Smart PLS application. The confidence of this generation in applications is observed to be influenced by software quality and trust in the internet, but not information quality and faith in the government. Furthermore, trust in the internet is unaffected by internal risk, while the intention to use this medium is influenced by reliance on applications and also affected user behaviour. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

To determine the quality of beef, it is usually seen using a flashlight and matching it with a predetermined color standard. However, this method is time consuming and the results are inconsistent due to human visual limitations. This study aims to identify the freshness of beef based on its color characteristics using feature extraction method with HSV and LDA method for identification. The identification process begins with the transformation process from RGB images to L∗a∗b, then image segmentation serves to separate one object from another and image identification uses the LDA method with feature extraction using HSV. The use of color feature extraction with the HSV algorithm to assist in obtaining information from the colors contained in the image for easy identification. Furthermore, the LDA algorithm has a function to obtain the maximum projection to obtain a smaller dimensional space so that the desired patterns can be separated through the boundary line of a linear equation so as to form a certain class or group. Based on the test results using the confusion matrix, it produces a precision value of 80%, recall of 84%, and accuracy of 82%. © 2022 IEEE.

Physician scheduling is a critical task that impacts the quality of patient care, staff satisfaction, and operational efficiency in healthcare institutions. The traditional approach to physician scheduling is manual and time-consuming, which can result in errors, staff burnout, and suboptimal schedules. To address these challenges, researchers have turned to optimization techniques like CSP, which has shown promise in solving physician scheduling problems. This paper reviews the existing literature on CSP for physician scheduling and highlights the benefits and limitations of this approach. CSP's benefits include generating schedules quickly and efficiently, incorporating complex constraints and preferences, and handling changes and disruptions in real time. However, CSP also has some limitations, such as the need for a formalized model and the fact that it may not always generate the most intuitive schedules. Overall, the findings suggest that CSP is a promising approach to physician scheduling that can produce high-quality schedules while minimizing staff burnout and improving operational efficiency. © 2023 IEEE.

Providing easy access for university executives that refers to key success factors is a must for universities. The information system integrates with all departments to obtain fast and accurate information for decision making. The purpose of this paper is to determine the factors that affect the application of executive information systems in universities in view of technological factors, data factors and internal factors of college. The results will be used by all stakeholders of higher education internally and externally. Internal side for the purposeof improving the quality and performance of universities, while the external side can be utilized for the purpose of the institution accreditation process. The method used is to collect research results relating to executive information systems in colleges and review based on predetermined keywords and analyze the results of reviews into a complete report. © 2018 IEEE.

Social media can be used to support learning activities in non-formal education. The utilization of social media by students can be seen as a strategy to improve the students' engagement in e-Learning. It is an important goal for the e-Learning of non-formal education. This study aims to propose a strategy using social media to increase students engagement in E-Learning for the Equivalency Education program (SosMed E-LEEP strategy). This strategy has several key components. These components are students, social media, E-LEEP, and Students Engagement. SosMed E-LEEP Strategy consists of sharing activities, getting information, discussing, and interacting with students and Tutor, and for learning purpose. Each of these strategic activities is expected to improve students engagement, namely: access to learning materials, forum discussion activities, and assignment uploading. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Understanding learning culture based on learning activities is important for learning success in an e-Learning. As an effort that can be done for this purpose, it is necessary to build a student learning culture based on students activities. The study proposes a Cultural Framework for Learning in an E-Learning. It is called E-LEEP Culture because used in an e-Learning the Equality Education program (E-LEEP). This framework has five key components, namely: Students, E-LEEP, Learning Activities, Learning Culture, and Digital Contents. Learning culture component in E-LEEP Culture Framework consists of sharing activities, getting information, discussingIndividualistic Learning, Collaborative Learning, Learning Time (learn a little), and Learning Time (learn a lot). Based on WHO's data, breast cancer is one of the most deadly diseases that has claimed many victims, especially women. This disease begins with the presence of an undetected and eventually turns into malignant (cancer). This happens due to ignorance of the importance of having a medical check-up even though in good health. Doctors and researchers can prevent the development of tumor cells through treatment that begins with radiological examinations to identify the possibility of a person being affected by this disease. One of the most frequently used techniques is Mammography. This technique can detect the presence of tumor cells using advanced technology and several methods in displaying the patient's diagnostic results on low-dose X-rays in the form of mammogram images. The technology is inseparable from the methods used to identify the presence of tumor cells. In this study, we have proposed the CNN method based on the deep-CNN model to identify mammogram images in the detection of breast cancer cells with average evaluation results in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, specificity, and f-measure on mammogram image datasets of 99.52%, 99.72%, 99.31%, 99.72%, and 99.5%. These results showed that this method has a good performance in breast cancer detection. © 2023 IEEE.

The line between the real world and the internet is blurred by augmented reality (AR). The internet of things (IoT) is transforming the way we communicate with the rest of the world. AR is a promising technology that is emerging as a key to unlocking the full potential of the IoT. The potential and challenges of combining the internet of things with augmented reality are investigated in this study. After a rigorous searching process, around fifty-one (51) publications were chosen and thoroughly examined to summarize the most recent developments in this field. In terms of research findings, four main clusters of potential benefits were identified: visualization sensor data, human-object interaction, application diversity, and IoT use case adoption. In contrast, the challenges posed by IoT and AR combinations were clustered around technical, organizational, and ergonomic considerations. The accumulation of knowledge and actionable insights will benefit both academics and practitioners interested in which a revolution will create by these emerging technology. © 2022 IEEE.

The purpose of this study was to assess the fish biodiversity of Sungsang estuaries in South Sumatra. The species diversity, evenness, dominance, degree of similarity, and composition of fish communities as well as some physicochemical conditions were analyzed in order to establish the baseline data inventory of Sungsang estuaries. The results show that all of the physico-chemical parameters were in good condition for fish sustainability. Forty-eight (48) species of fish belonging to 29 families of freshwater, brackish water and marine sources were encountered in the water bodies. Johnius belangerii, Johnius amblycephalus and Setipinna taty were species with a relatively high abundance, but the appearance frequency of these species was high, medium and low, respectively. The value of the Shannon's diversity index for fish resources was classified as moderate (H'=1.477-2.708). The index value of evenness was classified as high (J'= 0.616 - 0.876), while the index value of dominance was classified as low (D = 0.097 - 0.382). This result indicate that the species diversity was good enough, the species spread was evenly distributed, that there was a stable community structure and no domination. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

A person-computer ensemble system is one of time concerned cooperative systems, which performs the secondo in an ensemble played by a computer-controlled piano cooperating with the primo played by a person musician. For expressive performances, it is necessary to prepare very expressive secondo data before the actual cooperative performance, since the system is modified its expression in realtime using the agogic information calculated from the input stream of the primo. In this paper, a generating method of more expressive performance of the secondo, using the notions musical structures and structural functions, are introduced. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.
