The purpose of writing this paper is to look at how factors of big data adoption affect the users of social media and brand popularity. The method used in the writing of this paper is by using path analysis and also by doing literature study to find reference material. The results of the analysis indicate that there is influence of big data adoption factors that affect the popularity of the brand. Cognitive Radio Networks(CRNs)have become a successful platform in recent years for a diverse range of future systems,in particularly,industrial internet of things(IIoT)*** order to provide an efficient connection among IIoT devices,CRNs enhance spectrum utilization by using licensed ***,the routing protocol in these networks is considered one of the main problems due to node mobility and time-variant channel ***,the channel selection for routing protocol is indispensable in CRNs to provide an adequate adaptation to the Primary User(PU)activity and create a robust routing *** study aims to construct a robust routing path by minimizing PU interference and routing delay to maximize throughput within the IIoT ***,a generic routing framework from a cross-layer perspective is investigated that intends to share the information resources by exploiting a recently proposed method,namely,Channel Availability ***,a novel cross-layer-oriented routing protocol is proposed by using a time-variant channel estimation *** protocol combines lower layer(Physical layer and Data Link layer)sensing that is derived from the channel estimation ***,it periodically updates and stores the routing table for optimal route ***,in order to achieve higher throughput and lower delay,a new routing metric is *** evaluate the performance of the proposed protocol,network simulations have been conducted and also compared to the widely used routing protocols,as a *** simulation results of different routing scenarios demonstrate that our proposed solution outperforms the existing protocols in terms of the standard network performance metrics involving packet delivery ratio(with an improved margin of around 5–20%approximately)under varying numbers of PUs and cognitive users in Mobile Cognitive Radio Networks(MCRNs).Moreover,the cross-layer routing protocol successfully achiev

An e-Commerce company has been using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for several years, but is still constrained in its implementation, this is reflected in the number of issue/change request tickets submitted by users who have not been able to reach ideal conditions. To overcome this problem, we need an appropriate reference model, the ERP system user acceptance model in companies. The study conducted factors that influence the level of acceptance of SAP ERP users in the XYZ group to then determine a model that is able to explain practically the level of ERP system user acceptance, which in turn can produce concrete proposals to increase ERP system user acceptance. Research is quantitative descriptive using factor analysis and regression analysis methods. The research method uses a questionnaire with a total of 107 valid respondents coming from 8 company names under the XYZ group in 6 Southeast Asian countries. The conclusion of the study is that there are 24 indicators and 4 factors that influence user acceptance of the SAP ERP system. These four factors are the low contribution of the ERP system, the quality of ERP systems and data, the development of ERP systems, and also the low quality of ERP system supporters. It is hoped that by optimizing the value of the 4 factors, the XYZ group can increase user acceptance of the SAP ERP system so that the system can provide benefits expected by the company to be competitive advantage. © 2021 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Air pollution makes it worse in populated regions. Indonesia's major cities are also impacted by air pollution. Due to rising traffic, material consumption by vehicles, industrial growth, land burning, and garbage collection, air quality has altered significantly. Accurate measurement and classification of air quality are required. Results of accurate classification aid in forming governmental regulations. To reach the criteria for livable air quality, we intend to manage controls. Some of the characteristics of air pollution include particulate (PM10) or PM25, sulfides (in the form of SO2), carbon monoxide (CO), ozone (O3), and nitrites (NO2). Using the XGBoost algorithm and synthetic minority oversampling (SMOTE) methods based on the Air Pollution Standard Index (ISPU) category, this study seeks to uncover factors that affect air quality. XGBoost, an ensemble machine learning approach built on a decision tree and applying a gradient reinforcement framework, is the classification algorithm in use. Air quality categorization has been tested and shown to work with the XGBoost algorithm. The dataset used in this study is air quality in 2021 which was collected by the Jakarta Environmental Ministry The proposed classification model will be evaluated using the Repeated k-fold cross-validation method for objective results. The results of the study prove that SMOTE and XGBoost have better performance than using only the XGBoost method in predicting air quality, where the overall accuracy value of SMOTE with XGBoost is 99.60%, The overall precision value is 99.60%, the overall recall value is 99.60% and the overall f1-score is 99.60% and the overall ROC AUC value is 99.96%. The overall SMOTE method with the proposed XGBoost has given better performance in air pollution prediction. © 2022 IEEE.

Melanoma is a malignant form of cancer that affects the skin and has a particularly high mortality rate, so it requires early detection to increase the level of safety for users. Diagnosis and detection of skin cancer are usually done through manual screening and visual inspection. This process requires a long time, has high complexity, is subjective, and is prone to errors. CNN is one of the algorithms with advantages in accurate classification. In this research, early detection and classification of melanoma cancer were carried out based on two classes, namely benign and malignant using the Convolutional Neural Network method. Our proposed method yields an accuracy of 81.11% for the validation data. The accuracy results obtained can be improved by using more datasets and increasing the number of layers used. This study uses the CNN method using MobileNet V2 architecture to detect melanoma skin cancer. The class used is benign and malignant. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper discusses the design and implementation process of mobile applications used by nurses to communicate with the elderly or with people appointed to represent the elderly in using this mobile application. This mobile application is expected to help caregivers or nurses monitor the health condition of the elderly, and this mobile application has several functions that make it complete. These functions include submitting weekly reports, communicating with others via forums, and providing relevant information about the elderly and how to deal with them, including news and government regulations on elderly care. This mobile application uses case diagrams to describe business processes and class diagrams to illustrate database design. As for the implementation, android studio and MySQL database are used for database storage. This paper is limited to 9 references for literature review previous similar research by searching for publication titles with the sentences 'mobile application'+elderly+care using quotation marks and without quotation marks for the words elderly and care for all years of publication. © 2022 IEEE.

Special need is a person who need assistance for their disabilities which include medical, physical, mental or psychological such as person with autism, down syndrome, dyslexia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), multiple sclerosis, schizophrenia, cystic fibrosis, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, blindness, deafness, epilepsy, chronic asthma and so on. In this proposed research idea about intelligent E-commerce for special needs, we limited to four types of difficulties such as hearing difficulty, vision difficulty, language difficulty, and learning difficulty. In this paper, we interest in those special needs persons who can use e-commerce and how to model a system that can help them to joy and easy to join with e-commerce. For some, this intelligent e-commerce is not only for shopping only but will become part of their healing for special needs in order to engage with daily human activities and increase their daily confidence in life. Stunting in toddlers is a chronic nutritional issue that affects the physical and cognitive development of children, with serious long-term consequences such as reduced cognitive function and an increased risk of chronic diseases in adulthood. Therefore, early identification and prevention efforts for stunting are crucial. Classifying toddlers into categories of at-risk for stunting or not is essential to provide timely and appropriate interventions. This study employs data mining techniques using the decision tree algorithm to expedite the stunting detection process and improve the accuracy of nutritional status classification in children. The results indicate that the constructed decision tree model can classify children's nutritional status with an accuracy of 83.26%. The decision tree achieves high accuracy in classifying stunting in toddlers due to its ability to handle complex data and identify significant patterns within the data. © 2024 IEEE.

Technology in the tax field is evolving by the minute. Digital technology has many implications for development in various fields. One of them is the field of economics. One of the latest technologies is the Internet of Things, which has attracted the attention of various organizations and governments, more precisely the tax authorities. This research tries to illustrate the impact of the Internet of Things on taxation. The researcher used qualitative research with literature survey methods. Data were collected from various journals, media publications, articles, and previous research papers. The study's findings indicated that the Internet of Things (IoT) is crucial to the development of control technologies. This supports the Director General of Taxes' (DGT) goal of using big data analytics to optimize the potential of digital taxes through his two mechanisms: predictive analytics and tax ranking. © 2023 IEEE.

We as a human can not avoid the disease, and when we are sick, we need to see a practical doctor. However, in term of location and patient's right for changing the practical doctor, then the patient when moving from one practical doctor to others will have similar and repeated questions such as medicine allergy, history of diseases and so on. Moreover, become a problem for a vulnerable patient such as unconscious patient, disabled or elderly when seeing a new practical doctor and at the end of the day, it will become malpractice. Few of the causes of the problem above are the lack of health education, delay in diagnosing/misdiagnosis, and inaccessible healthcare facilities and with the increasing popularity of telemedicine and IoT across the world, then we need to apply IoT in order to help the patient. In this paper, a framework is created and designed for an IoT-integrated mobile application for the patient where this mobile application is expected to be implemented. © 2019 IEEE.
