Relationship with customers is one of the most crucial factors in business continuity and development. Many current businesses have started delving into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to establish and maintain their sales and customer relationships. This research was conducted on one retail company that implements CRM but experiencing a gap in their unit sales performance between their targeted sales and the realization. This study aims to analyze the gaps causing factors using Factor Analysis Method, constructing a suitable regression model, and proposing the company's necessary strategy. The research was conducted quantitatively using a questionnaire from 264 respondents. The result of this study showed that there are five causing factors which are CRM Reliability, Underutilization of CRM, CRM Capability, CRM Unpreparedness, and Customer Relation Quality, as well as forming a regression model of the company's CRM performance.

Companies or organizations usually use key performance indicators (KPI) as indicators to determine their performance. The company's performance achievements are reflected in the set indicators that will describe the overall performance, as well as higher education institutions can also set key performance indicators, to see their performance achievements. The use of e-learning as a tool to support teaching and learning processes to be more effective and efficient is an example of which performance needs to be measured. This article discusses how the process of developing key performance indicators is carried out through the stages of designing questionnaires and distributing questionnaires to students, data is processed using the method of factor analysis to obtain the main indicators determining performance and the method of regression analysis is also used to build performance models. obtain KPI determinants, and then develop KPI models. The results show that there are indicators of sharing knowledge, managing knowledge, understanding knowledge, and utilization knowledge as performance measurement indicators.

What can phylogenetic metrics tell us about useful diversity in evolutionary algorithms?

It is generally accepted that "diversity" is associated with success in evolutionary algorithms. However, diversity is a broad concept that can be measured and defined in a multitude of ways. To date, most evolutionary computation research has measured diversity using the richness and/or evenness of a particular genotypic or phenotypic property. While these metrics are informative, we hypothesize that other diversity metrics are more strongly predictive of success. Phylogenetic diversity metrics are a class of metrics popularly used in biology, which take into account the evolutionary history of a population. Here, we investigate the extent to which 1) these metrics provide different information than those traditionally used in evolutionary computation, and 2) these metrics better predict the long-term success of a run of evolutionary computation. We find that, in most cases, phylogenetic metrics behave meaningfully differently from other diversity metrics. Moreover, our results suggest that phylogenetic diversity is indeed a better predictor of success. © 2021, CC BY.

Environmental awareness has recently emerged as one of the most crucial topics. As a result, various groups advocate for these technologies and research ways to promote their usage in various contexts. This study examines the factors influencing the intention and use of green technology among academics. This study integrates Price Value (PV) and Consideration of future consequence (CFC) to Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) as a theoretical basis. Two hundred five valid replies were gathered and processed through statistical analysis. The results of this study partly support the developed hypotheses. Four hypotheses developed from TPB have presented significant relationships. However, PV and CFC were not. The findings indicate that individuals in this study did not consider CFC or PV of green IT products as critical factors in their decision-making process. Findings also suggest that for implementation success, competent parties must consider the campaign to increase individual awareness and provide financial support regarding environmental policy.

Evaluation of governance financial management information system (SIPKD) with framework of COBIT 5 in the government of Denpasar city

Denpasar City Government is one of the government agencies that hav implemented the Regional Financial Management Information System (SIPKD). SIPKD is an integrated application that is used as a tool for regional governments for improving the effectiveness of the implementation of various regulations in the field of regional financial management based on the principles of efficiency, economic, effective, transparent, accountable and auditable. Research Evaluation of SIPKD governance in Denpasar City Government was conducted based on the framework of the COBIT 5 (Control Objective for Information & Related Technology) framework of ISACA 2012, which was modified according to the conditions at the study site. The research method used was descriptive-quantitative evaluation and cascading evaluation method at the COBIT 5 stage, by distributing questionnaires to each admin as many as 40 respondents, to get scores in the form of numbers and conducting structured interviews with BPKAD leaders to obtain the expected capability level conditions. Evaluation of SIPKD governance with COBIT 5 uses the PAM (Process Assessment Model) analysis as a reference in determining its attributes, with the results of the capability level currently at the level 3 established process in the APO01 process of 77% achieved, APO012 of 78% achiaved, DSS04 by 77% mostly achiaved, EDM03 by 78% largely achieved, and MEA03 by 77% largely achieved, which means that in the management of SIPKD the Denpasar City Government has been well established in managing SIPKD conducted by all SIPKD administrators and operators along with BPKAD leaders in Denpasar. And the results of the interview the desired results are at level 4 predictable process.

Intellectual Property Rights are fundamental to drive technological progress and economic growth. However, based on the 2022 Global Innovation Index (GII), Indonesia experienced a decline in the patent innovation output index by 58%. which indicates problems in the utilization and management of IPR. Universities as knowledge generators are essential in increasing patents in Indonesia but have yet to be fully optimized. This study aims to develop a digital knowledge collaboration platform model. This study produces a digital knowledge collaboration model using the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) approach. This study produces four main features of the digital knowledge collaboration model: Knowledge Sharing, Collaborative Research, Intellectual Property Management, and Legal and Regulatory Support. The main contribution of this study is to produce a conceptual model of digital knowledge collaboration and use case diagrams that universities can use as the primary foundation in developing a digital knowledge collaboration platform that lecturers, external partners, and the government can utilize.

This research focuses on how to measure the quality of a website using the Webqual 4.0 method, what are the factors that influence user satisfaction. The PLS-SEM technique was used to verify questionnaire data from a sample of 155 respondents. The result shows that the quality of service interaction has a significant (positive) effect of 54.2% compared to the aspect of information quality and usability quality that has no significant effect. These results indicate that the *** site users expect quality of service interaction as a measure of satisfaction from the quality of a website. Users are more likely not to see deficiencies in the aspect of information quality and usability quality according to the assessment of satisfaction given. Therefore, the *** website manager needs to focus on the quality of service interaction aspects of website as a priority in improving grade.

Ethnoscience is used to look at culture from a scientific perspective, helping to understand how to develop different forms of knowledge and beliefs. One of the fields studied in Ethnoscience is Ethno-informatics, which is the application of informatics in culture. The methodology used is the process of knowledge discovery in databases in data mining, the process of automatically extracting knowledge from large databases, to get interesting patterns so that knowledge can be obtained. The application of anthroponymy by exploring the population database in Sumedang district, the results of the 2019 census from the Sumedang District Population Office. Then the anthroponymy application was developed in Sumedang district. The results of data processing show that the top ten names of people who are most used or most favorite in Sumedang district are: Muhammad, Muhamad, Asep, Siti, Agus, Dede, Ade, Ai, Tati, Dadang. Muhammad's name has been a favorite since 2000 until now 2020. Meanwhile, the top ten favorite names that have just appeared in the last ten years (2010-2020) are sorted based on ranking including;Naura, Arsyla, Keyla, Raffa, Rafka, Aqila, Zahra, Keusha and Alesha. In general, the Sundanese name in Sumedang district is still widely used, but generally it is relatively down-to-earth, replaced by new names as an uptake of other cultural names. Changes in self-naming in Sumedang regency in particular, generally self-names in Sundanese culture in West Java, were caused by the rapid development of information and communication technology. This research is expected to provide input for the community, especially for the younger generation as a guide in their daily life. It takes a significant effort from the government to maintain it, so that local culture and wisdom, especially the naming of people in Sumedang district, generally Sundanese culture can be well preserved. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. The toponymy of naming places in social culture in certain places can describe the characteristics of the society in the past, therefore it is interesting to study how the ancestors of the society culture named their place. This research describes and classifies the naming based on the word structure, including prefixes, syllables it contains, and the complete word in the naming of a "kampung" which is covered in village, describing and classifying the meaning of the naming of the "kampung" based on particular categories, mapping the naming of the "kampung" on the map of the location, as well as developing the study location of the composition of the intersection of sets by taking the sample of "kampung" naming database in districts in East Priangan areas of West Java. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall software development method. Waterfall is a systematic classical model employed in developing software. The stages of Waterfall consists of Communication (Project Initiation & Requirements Gathering), Planning (Estimating, Scheduling, tracking), Modelling (Analysis Design), Construction (Coding and System Test), Deployment (Delivery, support, feedback), and Maintenance. The result of the study showed that 8,75% of the "kampung" names mostly start with the prefix "Ci", "Pa", "Su" with 8,75%, 9,62%, and 5,12% respectively. The syllable mostly contains the meaning of nature, place, feeling, and communication. The meaning of "kampung" naming represents the character of the society, which becomes the guidance for them in living their daily life: loving the nature and the environment, religious spirit, artistic soul, being hard worker, respecting the ancestors, soft feeling, and loving communicating. The major evolutionary transition to multicellularity shifted the unit of selection from individual cells to multicellular organisms. Constituent cells must regulate their growth and cooperate to benefit the whole organism, even when such behaviors would have been maladaptive were they free living. Mutations that disrupt cellular cooperation can lead to various ailments, including physical deformities and cancer. Organisms therefore employ mechanisms to enforce cooperation, such as error correction, policing, and genetic robustness. We built a simulation to study this last mechanism under a range of evolutionary conditions. Specifically, we asked: How does genetic robustness against cellular cheating evolve in multicellular organisms? We focused on early multicellular organisms (with only one cell type) where cells must control their growth to avoid overwriting each other. In our model, unrestrained cells will outcompete restrained cells within an organism, but restrained cells alone will result in faster reproduction for the organism. Ultimately, we demonstrate a clear selective pressure for genetic robustness in multicellular organisms and show that this pressure increases with the total number of cells in the organism. © Artificial Life Conference Proceedings 2022.
