Toponymic information system for description and classification of ethno-informatics of 'kampung' naming in the East Priangan of West Java

The toponymy of naming places in social culture in certain places can describe the characteristics of the society in the past, therefore it is interesting to study how the ancestors of the society culture named their place. This research describes and classifies the naming based on the word structure, including prefixes, syllables it contains, and the complete word in the naming of a 'kampung' which is covered in village, describing and classifying the meaning of the naming of the 'kampung' based on particular categories, mapping the naming of the 'kampung' on the map of the location, as well as developing the study location of the composition of the intersection of sets by taking the sample of 'kampung' naming database in districts in East Priangan areas of West Java. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall software development method. Waterfall is a systematic classical model employed in developing software. The stages of Waterfall consists of Communication (Project Initiation & Requirements Gathering), Planning (Estimating, Scheduling, tracking), Modelling (Analysis Design), Construction (Coding and System Test), Deployment (Delivery, support, feedback), and Maintenance. The result of the study showed that 8,75% of the 'kampung' names mostly start with the prefix 'Ci', 'Pa', 'Su' with 8,75%, 9,62%, and 5,12% respectively. The syllable mostly contains the meaning of nature, place, feeling, and communication. The meaning of 'kampung' naming represents the character of the society, which becomes the guidance for them in living their daily life: loving the nature and the environment, religious spirit, artistic soul, being hard worker, respecting the ancestors, soft feeling, and loving communicating. The result of the intersection of sets of the 'kampung' names can help the researchers to determine the destination of the study location under the study, while the set composition describes the taking of each set composition which has the dif

We present high angular-resolution measurements of the thermal Sunyaev-Zel’dovich effect (SZE) toward two galaxy clusters, RCS J2319+0038 at z = 0.9 and HSC J0947−0119 at z = 1.1, by the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA) in Band 3. They are supplemented with available Chandra X-ray data, optical data taken by Hyper Suprime-Cam on Subaru, and millimeter-wave SZE data from the Atacama Cosmology Telescope. Taking into account departures from spherical symmetry, we have reconstructed non-parametrically the inner pressure profile of two clusters as well as electron temperature and density profiles for RCS J2319+0038. This is one of the first such measurements for an individual cluster at z >∼ 0.9. We find that the inner pressure profile of both clusters is much shallower than that of local cool-core clusters. Our results consistently suggest that RCS J2319+0038 hosts a weak cool core, where radiative cooling is less significant than in local cool cores. On the other hand, HSC J0947−0119 exhibits an even shallower pressure profile than RCS J2319+0038 and is more likely a non-cool-core cluster. The SZE centroid position is offset by more than 140 h−170kpc from the peaks of galaxy distribution in HSC J0947−0119, suggesting a stronger influence of mergers in this cluster. We conclude that these distant clusters are at a very early stage of developing the cool cores typically found in clusters at lower redshifts. Copyright © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

As computer network growing rapidly, currently security become important to prevent from attack, both from outside and inside the network. In line with that, new vulnerability grown on everyday basis and resulting increment number of intrusion and attack. Unfortunately, each intrusion and attack have a different pattern and unique behavior, continuous development and research on intrusion detection is mandatory. By statistic, in 2017 attack associated with XSS attack is grew 39% compared with 2015.

Biodiversity of fish resources in Sungsang Estuaries of South Sumatra

The purpose of this study was to assess the fish biodiversity of Sungsang estuaries in South Sumatra. The species diversity, evenness, dominance, degree of similarity, and composition of fish communities as well as some physicochemical conditions were analyzed in order to establish the baseline data inventory of Sungsang estuaries. The results show that all of the physico-chemical parameters were in good condition for fish sustainability. Forty-eight (48) species of fish belonging to 29 families of freshwater, brackish water and marine sources were encountered in the water bodies. Johnius belangerii, Johnius amblycephalus and Setipinna taty were species with a relatively high abundance, but the appearance frequency of these species was high, medium and low, respectively. The value of the Shannon's diversity index for fish resources was classified as moderate (H'=1.477-2.708). The index value of evenness was classified as high (J'= 0.616 – 0.876), while the index value of dominance was classified as low (D = 0.097 – 0.382). This result indicate that the species diversity was good enough, the species spread was evenly distributed, that there was a stable community structure and no domination.

There are cases of patients with Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) which are not handled quickly and appropriately at emergency department (ED), thus there should be a medium that can assist medical personnel in making decisions. This research proposes the development model of Clinical Group Decision Support Systems (CGDSS) named KLISPA models. KLISPA model can accommodate a screening process to the working diagnosis process of ARI by integrating Case Based Reasoning (CBR) and Groups Decision Support System (GDSS). Screening process completed by CBR using Nearest Neighbor method. This process helps medical personnel such as nurses, co asst doctors, and general practitioners to do screening to patients for determining the early solution to the disease. Meanwhile, the working diagnosis solved by GDSS uses the methods of Eckenrode, Extended TOPSIS and BoostVote. This process accommodates the needs of joint decision-making which involves groups of Decision Maker (DM) consisting of pediatrician, child lung specialist doctor, and the radiologist doctor.

The learners' needs are an important factor in designing syllabus and materials design, this research deals with the syllabus and material design based on the professional's needs. It is expected that the syllabus and materials designes are communicatively applicable to the professional academy. Descriptive method is applied in this research. The sample of this research is 30 students of ATII Immanuel Academy Medan. They were selected by random sampling to get the data, the questioners were administered to students. the questioners consisted of 54 items and the semi structured interview consisted of 5 questions, the finding indicated that learners' needs were focused on reading and speaking skills. With reference appropriately and proportionally derived for students of the Professional Academy. Further on the basis of the syllabus, materials are designed in which the skills of using language become a priority. The goal is so that pool users are not infected with infectious diseases due to the dirty water inside the pool. The Mamdani method is the most common method when discussing fuzzy methodology. It was Ebrahim Mamdani who first proposed this method in 1975 when building a steam engine and boiler control system. Mamdani uses a collection of IF-THEN rules obtained from experienced operators / experts. Mamdani's work is actually based on the article 'The Father of Fuzzy, Lotfi A. Zadeh: fuzzy algorithms for complex systems and decision processes.

Evolution leads to a diversity of motion-detection neuronal circuits

A central goal of evolutionary biology is to explain the origins and distribution of diversity across life. Beyond species or genetic diversity, we also observe diversity in the circuits (genetic or otherwise) underlying complex functional traits. However, while the theory behind the origins and maintenance of genetic and species diversity has been studied for decades, theory concerning the origin of diverse functional circuits is still in its infancy. It is not known how many different circuit structures can implement any given function, which evolutionary factors lead to different circuits, and whether the evolution of a particular circuit was due to adaptive or non-adaptive processes. Here, we use digital experimental evolution to study the diversity of neural circuits that encode motion detection in digital (artificial) brains. We find that evolution leads to an enormous diversity of potential neural architectures encoding motion detection circuits, even for circuits encoding the exact same function. Evolved circuits vary in both redundancy and complexity (as previously found in genetic circuits) suggesting that similar evolutionary principles underlie circuit formation using any substrate. We also show that a simple (designed) motion detection circuit that is optimally-adapted gains in complexity when evolved further, and that selection for mutational robustness led this gain in complexity. An analysis of Fama and French three factor model in market reaction to Indonesia presidential election in 2019

This study reveals stock market reaction to Indonesia presidential election in 2019 using Fama and French Three Factor Model with accounting dependent variable being Average Abnormal Return (AAR) in addition to Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE) as independent variables. The research population was all stocks of the companies registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 with their dividend announcement. The characteristic of the observed object was stock price measured by return, abnormal return and average abnormal return during 111-day-observation comprising of 11 days of windows period observation and 100 days of estimation period. The data from 101 companies as samples determined through the purposive sampling technique were analyzed using SPSS software version 23, which represented all industrial sectors in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The measure and analysis of companies stocks concluded that a gradual rise in AAR values was witnessed in all stock portfolios during the announcement date.
