The purpose of this study is to create an application that functions automatically with high accuracy when analyzing bank customer data. This needed due to non-perforMing loans occurring frequently caused by the inaccuracy of credit analysts in the assessment of creditworthiness. This can be seen in the incident occurred in a public bank located in Bandung. This bank does not have the database that serves to accommodate data history and the method used in assessing creditworthiness is merely based on the simple statistical analysis. This leads to reduced accuracy and speed in the decision-making process. This research applies Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method, a Data Mining technique. This helps credit analysts to select customers who are truly eligible to be given credit so that non-perforMing loan can be avoided. NBC calculates the probability of one class from each group of attributes and deterMines which class is most optimal. The accuracy of the NBC sampling test from 500 data is 95% compared to the decision made by a credit analyst. It can be concluded that this application is very helpful for credit analysts in recommending customers who are eligible for a loan to the bank's decision maker. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Learning to write in children requires the child's habit of using a pencil to write on paper. The manual method has drawbacks such as the use of a lot of paper when children have to study harder to keep repeating the exercises and also cannot be done online remotely. In addition to this, writing exercises on the touchscreen can also train children to be more skilled at using the touchscreen. To overcome these problems, the author will discuss the use of handwriting recognition technology to practice writing capital letters (A-H), where the technology will be built on a web-based basis. The recognition algorithm used is K-NN. Testing the use of the website was carried out at Tunas Mekar Sari Kindergarten, Denpasar. The identification number and result will be stored on the web server. Based on the experiment, it was found that from 80 image data, the K-NN algorithm succeeded in providing accurate recognition results on 60 image data, and obtained an accuracy of 78.75%.

Gurami is a native fish from Indonesian waters that is much-loved by Indonesian people for daily food consumption. The gurami inhabits still waters such as swamps, lakes, and ponds. Besides that, carp cannot live in a water content that is too alkaline or acidic, the oxygen content in the water must be stable. Water quality is a very important factor and can affect the survival of cultivated fish. Several parameters must be considered in improving the development of carp, one of which is the temperature and pH of the water and automatic drainage of water. In this paper, we conduct IoT-based research that focuses on controlling water temperature and pH and automatically draining pool water. Water temperature and pH control such as a pH sensor temperature sensor and a water turbidity sensor will later be connected to the ESP 32 microcontroller which already has a wi-fi module. A system that is linked to electrical power and the internet then the sensor will read the water quality including the pH temperature value and water turbidity from inside the fish pond, after getting the data, the data will go to ESP 32. This research can help gurami cultivating farmers to make it easy to control the pH temperature and perform automatic pool water draining. The results of sensor testing with actual data are pretty accurate with the average error value of the ds18b20 sensor being 0.05% while the value of the pH sensor itself is 0.07%.

Robots also have been trusted to help human to complete difficult jobs, for example, finding for the earthquake, a fire, or a sinking ship victims. The robot must be reliable, clever and moving automatically. The aim of this study is to develop and apply the application of artificial RAM-based neural networks (WNNs) on a mobile robot using a multilayer processing architecture with memory optimizations on to address and input pattern, so that producing smart navigation model which it has a simpler computational load and faster execution time. The gained result from the first study was the percentage of memory optimization in the amount of 50%. This result obtained from the formerly RAM using 8 bit data width has been optimized to 4 bits. Both of the percentage of data optimization pattern is 93.75%. This percentage is obtained from the optimization pattern (pattern taken is 4 bits MSB), each 1 bit data can handle 15 unseen patterns.

This study examines the mapping of research data on digital technology in the field of health education using bibliometric analysis method. Data was collected by identifying keywords in the Scopus database and sorting them out to sort the studies from the last 10 years (2012-2021). Through this step, a total of 1482 documents were obtained (articles, journals, proceedings, books, and others). The data is then processed using the VOSViewer instrument to obtain a visualization of the mapping analysis. This study also analyzes the network types of authors and co-authors through the VOSViewer instrument. The result of this study indicates that the most document types published within ten years are Articles (66.5%), Review (22.9%), Conference Paper (4.2%), and others. The most studied subjects are Medicine (55.7%), Nursing (9.0%), Health Professions (8.2%), Social Sciences (7.8%), Engineering (3.9%), computer Science (2.6%), Environmental Science (2.6%), Biochemistry-Genetics and Molecular Biology (2.2%), Psychology (1.6%), and Dentistry (1.3%). This study offers a written communication process and the nature and direction of developing descriptive means of counting and analyzing the various phases of communication as well as recognizing the authorship and direction of its symptoms in documents on the subject of digital technology in the health sector. © 2022 IEEE.

Environmental awareness has recently emerged as one of the most crucial topics. As a result, various groups advocate for these technologies and research ways to promote their usage in various contexts. This study examines the factors influencing the intention and use of green technology among academics. This study integrates Price Value (PV) and Consideration of future consequence (CFC) to Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) as a theoretical basis. Two hundred five valid replies were gathered and processed through statistical analysis. The results of this study partly support the developed hypotheses. Four hypotheses developed from TPB have presented significant relationships. However, PV and CFC were not. The findings indicate that individuals in this study did not consider CFC or PV of green IT products as critical factors in their decision-making process. Findings also suggest that for implementation success, competent parties must consider the campaign to increase individual awareness and provide financial support regarding environmental policy. © 2023 IEEE.

In the industrial era 4.0, it has surpassed increasingly complex technological advances in the information system that required a very high infrastructure and facilities and prevented fraud. Counterfeiting is a procedure following an entity, statistics, or documents (observe forged documents) with plans to deceive. Falsification of extensive information certificates is exacerbated by the current economic situation in Indonesia, which is currently occurring due to the widespread epidemic, namely COVID-19. The spread of the COVID-19 outbreak has had a significant impact and changes in all sectors, especially certificate forgery in Indonesia. The imitation of busy certificates is the main focus of this journal, focusing on journal publications combined with Blockchain technology. The sophistication of blockchain technology as authentication is comparing two or more items or additional tests to ensure the accuracy, correctness, or correctness of the information. This method uses qualitative methods with data sources based on case studies in controlled supervision with the basic concept of cryptography as the basis of analysis. From the decisions made, it is hoped that this will minimize the level of forgery of certificates widely measured during the COVID-19 era. © 2022 IEEE.

Along with technological improvements, online shopping is currently developing quickly. Online shops started by selling electronics, clothing, food, and home appliances and continue to evolve, selling various things. Currently, digital marketing has a novel technique, namely live shopping, where sellers can present, promote and offer their products directly through live streaming on social media and e-commerce platforms. This research will focus on gaining insight into the factors influencing customers to watch and purchase through live streaming. This research is an early-stage study of exploring and searching for research models. The study used a literature review approach by reviewing similar previous research articles. Several variable components were used in this study. The findings of the factors include visibility capacity, meta-vocation capacity, purchase orientation capacity, social presence, price, perceived product quality, perceived enjoyment, purchase orientation, perceived usefulness, and intention to buy. These factors were tested and proved to be valid with Cronbach's Alpha value being more than 0.5 and reliable with the value of the loading factor a greater than 0.6. Criteria The factors of the findings for further analysis of the relationship between factors and other variables. © 2023 IEEE.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a type of dementia that leads to memory loss and impairment, which affects patients' lives badly. It is not curable yet, but its progression can be slowed down if detected at earlier stages. In this research study, we propose a transfer learning-based convolutional neural network (CNN) model to classify magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) into one of four stages of Alzheimer's disease. One of the major limitations of the deep learning-based classification model is the non-availability of healthcare datasets related to AD. The widely used Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) dataset has a major class imbalance issue. We propose a generative adversarial network (GAN) based data augmentation technique to overcome the data imbalance. This promotes the investigation of applying GANs to generate synthetic samples for minority classes in Alzheimer's disease datasets to enhance classification performance. The results show the progression in the overall classification process of AD. © 2024 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.

Stroke is one of the leading causes of death and long-term disability worldwide. The primary goal of post-stroke rehabilitation is to maximize the independence of the affected individuals by facilitating both neurological and compensatory functional recoveries in their daily lives. This paper presents an integrated study, using multiple linear regression (MLR) and whale optimization algorithm, for optimizing the post-stroke rehabilitation performance using Medical Interactive Rehabilitation Assistant (MIRA). MIRA is one of the serious games using virtual reality. The research objective finding the best games settings for MIRA. Analysis of variance and F-test were performed to justify the goodness of fit of the developed mathematical models, as well as the significance of the individual MIRA input settings of the games. Results demonstrated that the developed MLR models for average acceleration and distance were significant, with P=0.018 and P © 2021 IEEE.
