The potential for future energy crises is a problem the world is currently facing. Many countries are switching from fossil to renewable energy to prevent an energy crisis. One of the most developed renewable energy today is solar energy. Easy installation makes solar energy installation not only on a large scale but also on a home scale. Urban areas will be very suitable for building solar photovoltaic (PV) roofs due to minimal open areas. In installing rooftop solar PV, sound planning is needed to predict the energy potential that can be provided by solar energy on the rooftop of a building. Spatial modeling can be done to determine the energy potential and suitable location for rooftop solar PV installation. In building rooftop solar PV modeling, the level of detail of the building will affect the results of the model. The rooftop's shape and the building's height will affect the amount of solar radiation going into the building. However, the higher the level of detail of the building, the higher the cost and processing time will be. This study will review the differences in modeling the potential of rooftop solar PV using different levels of detail. This research will integrate solar radiation data from remote sensing to determine the energy potential of solar radiation and digital surface model data from photogrammetry to create a level of detail for buildings. Integration of solar radiation data and the level of detail of the building will use hillshade analysis. Hillshade analysis can review the shadow effect on the rooftop of a building which will be directly related to the potential of solar energy on the rooftop of the building. Technopreneurship represent a form of entrepreneurship that emphasizes entrepreneurial skills and technology. Studies on technopreneurship have been conducted, but research investigating antecedents of technopreneurship based on the entrepreneurial event model (EEM), is still limited. Most research on technopreneurship is dominated by the use of the theory of planned behavior (TPB). Therefore, this study aims to investigate the driving factors in EEM, namely perceived desirability, propensity to act, and perceived feasibility to technopreneurship intention. In addition, another purpose of this study is to explore technopreneurship intention towards technopreneurship commitment. To achieve this goal, the study used quantitative research design, primary data sources, and data collection methods using questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 240, with the sampling method using purposive sampling. Reliability, validity, and hypothesis testing using Smart-PLS software version 3. The results showed that perceived desirability affects technoprenurial intention, propensity to act affects technoprenurial intention, perceived feasibility affects technoprenurial intention, and technoprenurial intention affects technopreneurial commitment.

Fish image classification presents an intriguing challenge in the field of computer vision. This research aims to develop an accurate classification model to differentiate between four different fish species using a convolutional neural network. The dataset used consists of $\mathbf{3 0 1 0}$ fish images, divided into training, validation, and testing sets. The convolutional neural network model was trained both with and without data augmentation. Evaluation results show that the model trained with data augmentation achieved an accuracy of $95 \%$ with a loss value of 0.0983, slightly better than the model without augmentation which achieved an accuracy of $94.56 \%$ with a loss value of $\mathbf{0. 1 7 9 4}$. This indicates that data augmentation techniques are effective in improving model performance, likely because augmentation helps the model generalize better to variations in fish image data. The results of this research demonstrate the significant potential of convolutional neural network for fish image classification tasks. The developed model can serve as a foundation for the development of computer vision-based applications such as automatic fish species identification in fisheries or educational applications. Further research can be conducted by exploring different convolutional neural network architectures, more advanced data augmentation techniques, and larger datasets to improve model performance.

To fulfill the operating and maintenance costs of waste water management in Bali, Bali Provincial Regulation No. 2 of 2011 concerning Public Service Retribution, where the manager began to collect wastewater levies starting from September 2011. However, from 2011 to 2021 there was still no change in rates. In real conditions, it was found that household customers and the lodging sector did not match the registered classification. The purpose of this research is to design a new customer classification and levy rates that can meet the needs for the operation and maintenance of centralized wastewater management. The results of this study found that 26.67% of households and 82.35% of non-star hotels were not by their classification. Two household alternatives and one alternative for the lodging sector were designed to increase equitable income for the community. The alternative category of household classification assessment uses an assessment category based on the type of house (design I) and income (design II). In the classification of the lodging sector, star hotels are divided into 4 & 5-star hotels, and 1 – 3-star hotels (design III). The results of the income for the first-third design increased by 33.68%; 25.25%; and 25.39%.

This study aims to understand the willingness of urban communities in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) to move to apartment dwellings, and a study was conducted using a quantitative survey method. The study aimed to analyze the sociodemographic factors influencing the decision to switch to vertical housing. The survey collected data from a sample of individuals representing the entire population in Jabodetabek. The participants in the study were selected from various locations within Jabodetabek, including Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. These areas were chosen to comprehensively represent the metropolitan region and its urban communities. By including participants from different locations within Jabodetabek, the study aimed to capture individuals' diverse perspectives and experiences in this region. The survey covered a range of sociodemographic factors such as gender, income, education level, marital status, occupancy, and residence ownership. The participants were divided into two groups: those willing to pay for an apartment and those who wereilling to pay for an apartment and those not. By comparing the characteristics of these two groups, the study aimed to identify significant differences and understand the factors influencing the willingness to move to apartment dwellings. The study results showed significant differences in income level, education level, marital status, and occupancy between the two groups. Income level was the most significant factor affecting an individual's willingness to pay for an apartment. Additionally, the perception of better apartment productivity, which includes reduced transportation time and costs associated with work or other business purposes, increased the demand for apartments. History records that Aceh Province has been hit by earthquakes several times, including the largest one that recorded in 1983, then on December 26, 2004 with a magnitude of 9.3 SR. This earthquake devastated the city of Banda Aceh which was followed by a tsunami. Finally, in 2016, there was an earthquake that resulted in severe damage in the Pidie Jaya district. The potential for a large earthquake in Banda Aceh City requires that the buildings to have good resistance to seismic risk. In the context of seismic performance assessment of buildings, Incremental Dynamic Analysis (IDA) can be applied to investigate structural response. Incremental Dynamic Analysis is a method of parametric analysis of structural performance using the applied earthquake load response. In this analysis, the structural model is created with one or more seismic load records multiplied by a scale factor for various levels of earthquake intensity. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the seismic performance of the existing building by applying the IDA method and to obtain an overview of the structural risk due to variations in earthquake intensity that may occur. The method of Incremental Dynamic Analysis (IDA) is applied to predict and estimate the performance of the structure using several ground motions. The existing buildings that are the main focus of this study include the Tsunami Vertical Evacuation (TVE) of Lambung, TVE Alu Deah Teungoh, TVE TDMRC, SDN 48 Banda Aceh, SMPN 11 Banda Aceh, Baiturrahim Ulee Lheu Mosque, and the Subulussalam Punge Mosque. The resulting set of IDA curves was further analyzed to assess the behavior of the building structure that occurred. The result of the analysis is the distribution of structural response expressed in one or more IDA curves as a function of earthquake intensity.
